Molto pulita. Amiamo il design contemporaneo. Tutto sembrava davvero nuovo quando eravamo li'. Ci siamo rimasti nella piccola stanza ... alcuni potrebbero trovarla un po' stretta.. ma era tutto a posto per noi. È stato un bel colazione. Solo più basso è che c'era un po'di muffa o un po'di odore di vapore nella nostra stanza, solo un po' quando entrammo, eccetto che era grande.

The hotel is beautiful, the surrounding view is stunning. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We sat at the poolside to watch sunset for 2 days. It was a very nice experience. We took so many pictures. Snorkeling at the seaside was also super enjoyable. The hotel provided snorkeling equipment and a guide who taught us how to snorkel and led us to swim to the area where we could see lots of colorful fish. The price of snorkeling and kayaking was already included in the room rate. All the staff are very friend and helpful. We enjoy the stay at the hotel very much.
The only problem with our room was that the shower area was not fully covered by glass or a curtain, the whole floor of the bathroom got wet after a shower as water splashed out from the shower area.

I was in CaSoBe with my family in February 2024. It has been a great holiday! The sea view from our cabin, the beach sunsets and the big swimming pools were a hit.
The personnel of the resort were really friendly and always ready to answer our needs and questions.
In particular, I would like to mention Mr. Alexis, who accompanied us in some trips around the area. He has been so kind and friendly with us and our kids and showed us all the best spots to visit, allowing us to experience the real Filipino life and tastes. A special thanks also to Marcus, from the resort management, who contributed to make our holiday memorable.
We highly recommend Calatagan South Beach resort for any visitor who likes to find a clean, friendly and relaxing environment for his holiday. We hope to be able to go back sometime!

A great place to stay and easy to find the location. Walking distance to SM Lipa. The hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They treated with high respect all the people specially all the hotel guest. Rooms are very clean and space is more than enough for us. I will recommend the hotel and I will not think twice to stay there again with my family.

- The resort was easy to locate.
- The staff were very helpful.
- The ambiance was so still.
- Food were great! ( Sisig was the best)
- Pool were very spacious since a few people were only swimming.
Cons:
- The kiddie pool was full of fallen leaves.
- The mosquitoes were everywhere specially on the public CR. Better bring anti mosquito lotion for this.
- There were no soap dish or holder in the bathroom. It was a discomfort to put the soap and shampoo on the sink, moving back and forth to bathe just to use both.
Overall we had a great time.
Didnt take a pic, we enjoyed the time we spent here.

JJulien AleliMy third time in aquaria but first time staying overnight and it did not disappoint. Casobe just keeps on improving everytime we go back and its services never fail.
We loved the cocoons, its good for stayinf overnight you wont really need a big room coz your out to play in aquaria and beach, but they made the cocoons so cozy and complete with towels, kettle , toiletries and coffee. Level up glamping i guess 😅 the shower and toilet is a common access but we didnt have any hassle at all it was clean!
We'll definitely come back!

This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble.
From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home.
We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest.
The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self.
Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back.
Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.

1. Il personale - Super sorprendente e amichevole, sempre sorridente e utile.
2. I manager - grandi, carini, divertenti e sempre andavano sopra e oltre per aiutare e ospitare.
3. Resort - Amazing vista sull'oceano e molte attività, siamo tornati 3 volte in un periodo di 2 settimane.
4. Camera - pulita e confortevole!
5. Alimento e bevande - delizioso e sorprendente! Uno dei migliori nelle Filippine.
Sono stato a molti hotel e ristoranti in tutto il mondo, ma questo è stato il top di tutti i miei soggiorni. La vibe, l'amicizia, le attività, il cibo e le bevande. Non mi sono mai sentito così rilassato e non ho nemmeno bisogno di usare il mio telefono. Non c'è stress e tutte le buone vibrazioni! Svegliarsi per vedere l'oceano con una bella tazza di caffè con musica liscia, rende l'ora di guida (quasi 4 ore in un solo modo) ben vale la pena.
A mio parere, questo è stato più che un soggiorno, è stato un'esperienza inoltrabile! Abbiamo passato i giorni regolari e anche i giorni del tifono, sono stati sorprendenti e utili tutto il tempo! Ora sono tornato in Florida e mi manca questo posto, ma sto pianificando una visita alle Filippine l'anno prossimo e farò questo il mio posto migliore per visitare!

UUtente ospiteThe room is very clean and it's really like a hotel it has a comforter like the ones you see at hotels we availed the deluxe room so its not that spacious specially the comfort room only one person can fit in. You can bring your own drinks or foods too inside the resort you don't need to pay a corkage fee. They have court for basketball and volleyball the price is cheaper when you rent it in daytime. We also tried their full body massage for 1 hr that cost us 750 pesos each. You will need to go to their resto to claim your free breakfast if you avail the room that comes with a breakfast, it will not be delivered to your room but you can choose whichever breakfast meal they have in their menu plus it comes with a soup which is great and their foods taste delicious also the price of their food is reasonable but they have a 10% service charge for dine in and 15% for room service. The resto's cutoff for room service is 5pm, 7pm for dine in. The resort's downside is their operations time the front desk and restaurant is only open from 7am-8pm so if you're going to need something from the front desk after that time no one can assist you because they'll be gone by then only the guard will be left in the front door and also if you got hungry at night you might need to buy food from their resto before they closes or buy from a nearby convenient store because there's also no foodpanda or grabfood nearby stores also closes early so you have to plan your dinner ahead of time. We went to SM (closes at 9pm) the fare going there using tricycle is 120pesos.Their pool is only open till 9pm only if you want to eat or drink near the pool you can use their cabanas. Another downside is the beach, the beach area closes at 8pm. Their sand is gray (but a fine sand) you can't really swim in it because the waves are strong and the water is not clear and it's kinda dirty there's a lot of trash beside the beach it's not well maintained. You will really need to go island hopping which is already not part of the resort's activity so they'll let you sign a waiver. There's a lot of bangkero beside the beach it's best to ride by group there's only 2 of us when we rode the boat so it's a bit expensive, island hopping will cost you around 2000 (1 island) to 3.5k (2 islands) we availed the 3.5k. We went coral diving (they lent us their goggles for free or bring your own goggles) and also went at the white sand beach which is in Bauan, Batangas which also has clear water and you can also spot some fish and corals, travel time going to those 2 places is 35-45mins you can also bring your food but keep in mind to really cover it in plastic so it won't get wet because the trip going there is really rocky you will really get wet because you will pass by a strong waves so cover all your belongings. It was raining when we went there so maybe that's why the waves are strong. Overall we had a blast! We indeed had a memorable stay. They even gave us a gift when we checked out they're so thoughtful. Thank you for the wonderful experience we will surely recommend you to our friends.

NnyiorelacbMy dog and I were actually celebrating our birthday during the stay. We arrived around 8:30pm as we had some errands before going to the resort. As for the room, WOW! So happy it’s just 1st floor and has breathtaking seaview since I have senior mom with me. The location is actually a little bit far but it’s understandable since it’s a diving spot. I really love that it’s almost a secluded place. The beach is not crowded and it’s beside the 5-star resort, so called Vivere. The service is great, however, the reception is so hard to reach. Their mobile number is not working, I think? Plus the telephone in the room. ‘Cause everytime I dial, it doesn’t push through. Just a suggestion, since the front desk is not 24/7, atleast improve the communication service with the reception using other platform like social media or messaging app to address guests’ concern. Cleanliness, it’s good but I spotted some stains in the linens, particularly with the duvet cover and flat sheet. It was an old stain which I think laundry can no longer remove it. But it didn’t bother me at all, so long it’s not blood. For the amenities, highly recommended! You don’t have to look for anything else because they have it in the hotel. I just hope that the elevator soon will be available (one of the staff told us). Also, kudos to the one who assisted us when we arrived. I wasn’t able to get his name but maybe he’s from HK Dept. I appreciated how he’s happy to help us eventhough we have to go down 200+ steps and go up as well. I think he was also one of the staffs who carried our things when we checked-out. :) For the resto, food was awesome and the staffs are easy to approach :) Overall, I will recommend it and surely will comeback, not just for leisure but for diving (as I’m planning to push Scuba soon). NNice_one AnneThe Christmas Gala’s menu was not good, the meat of the chicken kebab was so dry,the clam chowder taste awful not the usual clam chowder you expect it to be,the meat of the beef caldereta is still tough, there was no ice for the drinks. Then the free breakfast buffet was a disaster,it was past 8am there was no food,no food attendants..we have to cook pur own eggs coz the post was abandoned.. they ended up serving plated food..the tocino was still frozen and uncooked..he had to cook it at the egg station..the chicken kebab from last night was served again in a different dish.most guests gave up and was not able to eat at all..it was a very disappointing especially it was for a Christmas vacation.

AAnn89The location is great, one tricycle ride to the Nasugbu downtown - where you can do groceries and eat at common fast foods, like McDonalds. The fare is Php20 only. The beach is not appealing, since it has black or dark sand. But you can opt to go to nearby islets with white sand and clearer water, you just need to rent a boat. The rooms are not that clean, and hardly maintained with a very old airconditioning unit. The tiny bathroom has a foul smell. No water heater, but you can get hot/cold water at the restaurant. Wifi is so-so, it can reach the guest's room area but if you need a stronger connection you need to go closer to the restaurant or reception area. A lot of things need to be improved in this resort. But this area in Nasugbu has one of the great sunset views.
