Hotel 3 stelle a Batangas

We recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect. Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Vengo qui per rilassarsi, andò a casa a sentirsi ricca e più legato alla natura 💫🌿 Aveva i giorni più calmi a Nawa. Da benvenuto a partenza, ci siamo sentiti curati di sp da nostro butler benessere (sì abbiamo un butler!!), signora April :) i nostri giorni sono ben organizzati con attività intenzionali che ci hanno fatto mettere i nostri telefoni e effettivamente vivere nel presente.  Inoltre, loderò il rapido tempo di giro quando abbiamo chiesto cose dalla ricezione- sia un mango shake, un asciugamano, un asciugamano extra, è lì in pochi minuti! 5/5! Solo caveat potrei pensare che le scelte alimentari limitate... def non un dealer. Grazie, Nawa!💛

Our family had the most beautiful and memorable stay at this beachfront resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The place itself is simply excellent — peaceful, clean, and perfectly located right in front of the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out to that breathtaking ocean view every morning was pure happiness. Our room accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for our family. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-maintained — you can truly feel that they value their guests’ comfort. Being just steps away from the shore made our stay even more special. Kids were so happy, and as parents, seeing them enjoy every moment made it all worth it. The staff were outstanding — warm, polite, and always ready to assist with genuine smiles. Their hospitality made the entire experience even more unforgettable. Overall, it was an excellent place with excellent service and an excellent experience. We left with full hearts, beautiful memories, and a promise to come back again. Highly recommended for families who want both relaxation and joy by the sea.

Very Nice ambiance kasi po mapuno sya. Ndi mxado mainit.  Medyo pricey ang resto.😮💨lumabas pa kmi for dinner. Pero yung free breakfast super sulit nmn ang servings at yung request ko na happy wedding anniversary written in a plate with slice of cake nasunod nmn. Thank youu so much the Henrys Resort. Hi Team, Definitely will go back to this wonderful paradise! This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble. From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home. We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest. The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self. Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back. Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.

Il posto è ancora in punto perché è accessibile ai centri, alle chiese e anche ai ristoranti. L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva è il loro servizio. Quando entrerò per la prima volta, ci sono persone che vi saluteranno caldamente. E' la mia seconda volta qui, ma questa volta con la mia famiglia. Se ricordo bene, c'è 3 o 4 persone nel lobby quel giorno. Nessuno apre la porta per noi. Ho un compagno che è un cittadino di alto livello. Abbiamo 7 in totale e portano bagagli. Non hanno offerto il troll se avessimo bisogno di lui. Ma l'ho sbattuto. Ci siamo rimasti qui per una notte perché abbiamo un parente proveniente da Laguna e volevamo solo entrare. Non c'erano asciugamani da bagno e acqua in bottiglia. Ho chiesto molto gentilmente per queste due cose. Ho anche detto al ricevitore che potevano lasciarla nelle nostre camere perché hanno qualche golf e bowling da fare. Ma per sorpresa, quando siamo tornati all'hotel, ho controllato che la mia richiesta non era stata consegnata. Ho chiamato per la seconda volta e l'ho chiesto. Non ancora dato. Quando ho controllato il tempo, era 2300 ore senza asciugamani e nemmeno con acqua. Ho chiamato per la terza volta e il ricevitore ha chiesto: ”Che cosa vuoi ancora, mamma? “È come se non sapessi tutto questo tempo quello che ho chiesto. Poi ho chiuso il telefono. Non potrei tornare qui se il loro servizio continuasse così e non avrei certamente raccomandato a Solano ai miei parenti e amici se il loro servizio continuasse così.

Ok sa mare master ...9/10..mabait ang may ari at care taker ... Problema Namin Un Island Hopping Naun Nansira Ang CP Namin Nag Ka Sugar Sugar Namin Kasi Duon Nila Kami Dinala Sa mabato at Malakas Ang Alon.. Nag aaway pa Ang mga Bankero Di Sila Magkasundo.. May mga Bata pa Naman Kaming KSMA.. Kaya kung mag isola saltando kayo wag kau Dun sa sinabi nila na white sand nkktakot dun nlang kau sa starfish at sa fish feeding .. Para safe lalo kung may mga bata.. Carico di esperienze di Samin yun nangyare Grabe ang experience name dun sa island hopping natakot ako para sa mga anak ko lakas ng alon ang layo pa ng bangka kaya nag ka tumba tumb kami incluso sa lakas ng alon na tangay mga sleepers namin kaya nu tumapak kmi sa mga bato sugat sugat.. Indi pa pantay ang lupa may mababaw may malalim.. Wlang kwenta ang bangkero di man lang kami tulungan nasira ang mga cp namim napasukan ng tubig kasi wla silang siplock nilagay lang sa plasticik ng tinapay..

Quite a secluded place very chill only shared with a few other hotel guests which was a plus. Beach was literally right on your doorstep, wouldnt say its the most pristine but there was barely anyone there which was great and so was the pool. Rooms were great they were all spacious, airconditioned and had a great blend of modern and traditional filipino style into it. The cons, the hotel is underconstruction was never mentioned in the booking which was annoying they had people working around the place which ruined the vibe. There were no showers outside or toilet. The quality of the towels were poor some had stains on them. Another issue was the complete lack of restaurant in the hotel, they did provide a restaurant who would deliver food to the hotel. However despite this the service from the staff was exceptional and they were able to accomodate our requests and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

I had a really pleasant experience overall. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made sure everything was comfortable and smooth throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and complete with everything we needed. It felt safe and relaxing, which made the experience even better. As for the food, I truly enjoyed it! The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. There were good options to choose from, and everything tasted great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others. 😊
