UUtente ospiteThis is our second room. It’s quite smaller than our first room but still the same service we received. On our second day, we went swimming. But the only con was the pool area is in different location and the pool is not heated. After 6pm,no more hotel driver available. So we dont have a choice but to ride in a tricycle just to get there. But then, there is a staff who assisted us and gave us fresh towels. I just hope that they will have a driver until 9pm. Because they said that the pool use is until 9pm. But then, we enjoyed our experience and surely would comeback here.

UUtente ospiteThe resort and farm are spacious and well maintained. They have lots of staff, and everyone we encountered was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The cabin is also generously sized, with a large bathroom, ideal for families or groups. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, whether you’re looking to stay active or simply relax and appreciate nature.
They have a restaurant, though the prices are somewhat on the higher side. The dishes we tried were a mix, some were good, while others were just average. Because of this, we were a bit hesitant to explore more of the pricier items on the menu. But we did enjoy several dishes, including their champorado, tinola, pork barbecue, bulanglang, and their breakfast set with dried pusit.
We also appreciated that guests are allowed to bring snacks into the cabin. We purchased some of their tablea as their chocolate is really good,
as well as fresh harvested eggs.
Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay for my family.

This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble.
From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home.
We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest.
The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self.
Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back.
Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.

1. Il personale - Super sorprendente e amichevole, sempre sorridente e utile.
2. I manager - grandi, carini, divertenti e sempre andavano sopra e oltre per aiutare e ospitare.
3. Resort - Amazing vista sull'oceano e molte attività, siamo tornati 3 volte in un periodo di 2 settimane.
4. Camera - pulita e confortevole!
5. Alimento e bevande - delizioso e sorprendente! Uno dei migliori nelle Filippine.
Sono stato a molti hotel e ristoranti in tutto il mondo, ma questo è stato il top di tutti i miei soggiorni. La vibe, l'amicizia, le attività, il cibo e le bevande. Non mi sono mai sentito così rilassato e non ho nemmeno bisogno di usare il mio telefono. Non c'è stress e tutte le buone vibrazioni! Svegliarsi per vedere l'oceano con una bella tazza di caffè con musica liscia, rende l'ora di guida (quasi 4 ore in un solo modo) ben vale la pena.
A mio parere, questo è stato più che un soggiorno, è stato un'esperienza inoltrabile! Abbiamo passato i giorni regolari e anche i giorni del tifono, sono stati sorprendenti e utili tutto il tempo! Ora sono tornato in Florida e mi manca questo posto, ma sto pianificando una visita alle Filippine l'anno prossimo e farò questo il mio posto migliore per visitare!

Amo tutto e ripresero tutto. La nostra stanza era aggiornata gratuitamente e aveva un tubo all'aperto. La stanza era enorme e aveva molte aree di sedere. Il letto era re di dimensioni e confortevole e pulito. La TV intelligente può collegarsi a YouTube ma è necessario accedere al proprio account Netflix. Il bagno era enorme. Credo che la stanza abbia bisogno di più pendenti, shampoo complementare, scarpe da camera riutilizzabili, candela/diffusa spezzata e sarebbe perfetto. Wifi era anche veloce. Il buffet colazione al pesce era pulito e delizioso per noi. Amorevole camminare intorno alla fattoria, nuotare nelle piscine, e altri servizi più, il personale della fattoria è molto amichevole e utile. Il pranzo al Upperdeck e il cibo erano anche buoni e piccoli e si sentiva romantico perché un chitarrista e un cantante ci serandono.

RRosalieWe recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect.
Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Clean environment , Room is clean.
But the washroom needs improvement
1, Bathtubs higher than the deck during the shower causing water flows on the ground , Floor gets wet and won't dry till overbite .
2, The shower water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold making it difficult to maintain a comfortable shower,

Rrina chinCanyon Cove, Nasugbu Batangas has always been a special place for me and my husband for about a decade already. We have seen its evolution through the years and how it always aims to improve itself both the hotel and the service they provide to its guests.
Now, we share that experience with our sister who had been away from home for almost 2.5 decades. Oh boy, how she love the place, its people and the sea.
What an excellent way of keeping the place spic and span - no pets allowed (the in-house cats are all well-behaved), the staff have been up and about while the guests are still sleeping. I just wish though that the guest would try to help in keeping the place free from trash (we saw and threw away a piece of broken glass on the sand and also we took out plastics from the water near the shore).
The breakfast food is great, the dinner ihaw-ihaw is awesome! The services of its staff - from manager to housekeeping have been continuously improving. People is the number asset in the organization and I am pleased to see that being practiced by Canyon Cove management.
Hope to be back next year or very soon! Thank you!!! You are awesome!!!
