UUtente ospiteThis is our second room. It’s quite smaller than our first room but still the same service we received. On our second day, we went swimming. But the only con was the pool area is in different location and the pool is not heated. After 6pm,no more hotel driver available. So we dont have a choice but to ride in a tricycle just to get there. But then, there is a staff who assisted us and gave us fresh towels. I just hope that they will have a driver until 9pm. Because they said that the pool use is until 9pm. But then, we enjoyed our experience and surely would comeback here.

1. Il personale - Super sorprendente e amichevole, sempre sorridente e utile.
2. I manager - grandi, carini, divertenti e sempre andavano sopra e oltre per aiutare e ospitare.
3. Resort - Amazing vista sull'oceano e molte attività, siamo tornati 3 volte in un periodo di 2 settimane.
4. Camera - pulita e confortevole!
5. Alimento e bevande - delizioso e sorprendente! Uno dei migliori nelle Filippine.
Sono stato a molti hotel e ristoranti in tutto il mondo, ma questo è stato il top di tutti i miei soggiorni. La vibe, l'amicizia, le attività, il cibo e le bevande. Non mi sono mai sentito così rilassato e non ho nemmeno bisogno di usare il mio telefono. Non c'è stress e tutte le buone vibrazioni! Svegliarsi per vedere l'oceano con una bella tazza di caffè con musica liscia, rende l'ora di guida (quasi 4 ore in un solo modo) ben vale la pena.
A mio parere, questo è stato più che un soggiorno, è stato un'esperienza inoltrabile! Abbiamo passato i giorni regolari e anche i giorni del tifono, sono stati sorprendenti e utili tutto il tempo! Ora sono tornato in Florida e mi manca questo posto, ma sto pianificando una visita alle Filippine l'anno prossimo e farò questo il mio posto migliore per visitare!

JJose Emmanuel evaIl nostro soggiorno a Splendido Hotel a Tagaytay è stato molto rilassante e memorabile.L'hotel dispone di un'atmosfera tranquilla e tranquilla, perfetta per una fine settimana di giornata. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute, con una bella vista sulla verdura e sulla fredda brisa Tagaytay.
Il personale era molto accogliente e attento, sempre pronto a assistere con un sorriso, che rendeva il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
La posizione è anche un plus, dal momento che è vicino alle principali attrazioni di Tagaytay, ancora abbastanza lontano da godere di un silenzio lontano dai punti occupati.
In generale, Splendido Hotel ci ha offerto un grande valore per i soldi e una splendida esperienza. Molto consigliato per le famiglie, le coppie, o chiunque cerca di rilassarsi a Tagaytay.

RRosalieWe recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect.
Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

MMargo ELashApart from the surroundings being naturally beautiful with trees, lake, etc., for this kudos for the way the place is designed… nothing much special about this place unfortunately.
We were not impressed given all the hype in Social media platforms. Here are a few things I have noted that made me feel not worth coming back for:
1. Check in process is so Manual - we arrived right on check in time by 3pm. Lots of paperworks to be done, asked for each guests IDs, took photos of it. 1 paper we need to fill out with guest names etc, another paper to sign acknowledgement on rules, etc - literally in pen and paper. After all the paperworks, that is the only time we were briefed of the facilities map, where to go, what to see etc. So for this part alone - is almost 1 hour.
Since we have to go to each room/suite, we had to wait for buggy to bring us, another waiting of about 30mins., we even needed to approach again the reception desk to ask where is the buggy just for them to check again.
Come on, this is already 1.5 hr of us paying for the stay and yet we haven’t utilized the room and facilities itself.
We were only able to settle in our rooms almost 5pm already.
2. Restaurants, I understand all are organic. Hence charges are high. We went to the Indian Vegetarian restaurant and ordered - Parata, Fries, Fried Tofu, Palak Paneer and 2 juices our bill is about 3,500 pesos. For it being homegrown plants and organic, we accept that amount is that high. However, we were only 3 tables filled in the restaurant, not full house and yet food took almost 1 hour to arrive. 😕
3. All else comes with charge if you wish to utilise, like massage, water therapy and all. Charges for each of this service is already same as how much the room cost.

Yoga in morning is good.
Sound therapy - not so.
Room wise is ok. It is a expected with the rates they charge, you expect to be in a decent room at least.
Nonetheless, it was good for experience. But may look out for other places with same facilities that will make you feel the value for money.
Main disappointment we have is all the waiting time we had faced, while being there on non-peak days (weekday) and yet for each thing we had to do/request, we had to wait minimum 30mins before getting the service needed.
Meanwhile, check out wise - everything was done fast and 12:30 sharp we were on our way out.😂
I am sharing based on what I have personally experienced, some may have enjoyed and experienced otherwise, unfortunately not the case for our group.

UUtente ospiteLa camera era pulita, spaziosa e ben mantenuta, con letto confortevole che ha fatto per un riposo di notte. La custodia di casa ha fatto un grande lavoro per tenere tutto a posto durante il mio soggiorno.
La posizione era conveniente, vicino ai ristoranti e ai trasporti pubblici, rendendo facile esplorare la zona. La colazione aveva una varietà decente, anche se ritengo che potrebbe essere migliorata con più opzioni.
Uno dei punti per migliorare sarebbe il livello di rumore, a volte potevo sentire dei suoni dalla strada, ma a parte questo, il soggiorno era piacevole.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The view of the ocean from my room was absolutely breathtaking, making my mornings truly special. Check-in was impressively quick, and I received my key card in no time at all, which was a pleasant surprise.

CCarenThe place is great, loads of complimentary drinks and food. When it comes to cleanliness, they can do better. And a little upgrade of the amenities will be best, too. But overall, we enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Camp Netanya. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Sir Owen, the restaurant manager, and all of the staff for making our stay feel at home.
