Hotel vicini a Masjid Jabal Nur a Batam

Very good location with wet market just next to the hotel and plenty of spa/massage nearby and walking distance to shopping malls (very near BCS mall and just 8-10 min walk to Grand Batam Mall). A2 food court is nearby too. Given its centralized location, grab to various places is fast and cheap. Definitely a plus for its location. Complimentary hotel breakfast is good thou some food is cold, they immediately heat up for you if you asked for it; there is eggs, porridge, lontong and prata station too. For the low price we paid for the room, no complaints. Family suite room is huge! For luxury spa/massage lovers, pls check out Amartha Spa & Massage located at the hotel - be pampered and you will love it! We are very happy with our stay. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. Hotel is full of great art. Just a charming place. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of malls and had great time shopping. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and bed comfort cannot be beat. Service was Top Notch! The staffs were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. A big thank you to Fenti, Sarah and Laura for making our stay a memorable one. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and worth the price. The ambiance of the hotel is simply breathtaking. The elegant décor, tasteful furnishings, and attention to detail create an atmosphere of sophistication and luxury. Everywhere I looked, from the stylish lounge areas to the meticulously landscaped gardens, there was an air of refinement that made me feel pampered and relaxed. The room itself was a haven of comfort and tranquility. Spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, it provided everything I needed for a truly rejuvenating stay. The plush bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep, while the modern amenities, including a state-of-the-art entertainment system and high-speed internet access, catered to my every convenience.

Simple resort tucked away in the north eastern corner of batam. Takes 40+min by taxi to reach batam city if you want. They no longer offer shuttle bus to city. They do not allow food delivery(grabfood) so your only options for food is their own restaurants. Staff are friendly enough, though you quickly realise that everything comes at a cost(small bucket of ice is IDR25000!) Rooms are clean and simply decorated, not sure if it's intentional but my room did not have a mini fridge? Couples beware, bed types are first come first serve, we got a room with 2 single beds that could not be pushed together(you can get creative and sleep on the floor like our neighbours) Privacy is OK, but the outdoor patio is visible to your next door neighbours. Toilet choked on the first morning, their staff came by within 15mins to clear it. Food in all the restaurants were generally ok. Not amazing, not bad. Shuttle bus back to the ferry terminal on checkout was organised and timely. Overall, it was a smidge over 'ok'

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

My main complaint of this hotel is that there is a ”Private KTV (Level 4)” and this is served by two lobby. At the lift lobby (which has 5 lifts), out of which only 2 serves Level 4 which is literally named ”Private KTV (Level 4)”, so definitely not all guests would know of this hidden floor. Very seedy :| Next morning at the the hotel breakfast restaurant, there were a lot of ”suspicious characters”... the kind of guys you'd expect to patronise a KTV, with young pretty girls (probably ******* or hostesses) around their arms, which made the breakfast environment very uncomfortable. The food was subpar anyway, bland, tasteless and overall poor (although the food isn't the main issue). Truly don't think the hotel is family-friendly with the presence of a ”Private KTV”. I guess you get what you pay for, cheap hotel with cheap visitors. Otherwise, here's what's good about the hotel. Location was nearer to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal (10-15 mins drive), and Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall (5-10 mins drive), though there's not much in the area, not even an Indomaret convenience shop. Rooms has wooden fixture which gives it a ”rustic charm” feel. Aircon is fine, the lobby is grand and alright. Service is alright I guess, nothing too outstanding, and not that bad either. Will probably only return to this hotel if I know the ”Private KTV” has been closed for good.

Highlight of the hotel is its buffet breakfast which has a great selection in a comfortable setting. The room is clean has everything needed, bed is comfortable. We stayed at 506, a smaller room that’s street facing. Size of the room is fine for an overnight stay. The main challenge we had is noise. Music from the street went past 11pm and the next morning before 6am there is another loud speaker with dance music outside - this went on to about 7.30am. Not sure if this is a regular event though. Location of the hotel has an interesting selection of food stalls/shops. The nearby Nagoya Hill mall isn’t very accessible on foot as roads aren’ designed for pedestrian and pavements have some missing covers for man hole (not fault of this hotel - just that it may be safer to by taxi).

L'hotel è situato in una buona posizione, a piedi si raggiunge il Grand Batam Mall. Vicino alla strada ci sono molti piatti e il Grand Batam Mall è anche un buon ristorante per la pasticceria. Il condizionatore d’aria non è troppo buono, perché c’è un gocciolamento d’acqua che è avvenuto due volte durante il soggiorno. La prima volta che la manutenzione è venuta e non ha mai fatto nulla. 2 giri il ppl pulito il tubo e pulito l’acqua che gocceva sul pavimento. Inoltre, era molto gentile e mi ha fornito una mappa di pavimento aggiuntiva. Grazie al 2° tecnico. Il personale della reception è tutto gentile e gentile. Media buffet, abbiamo mangiato un giorno e un altro giorno scelto di mangiare fuori.

Ho avuto una splendida esperienza presso il Panbil Residence Apartment Batam. Ogni membro del personale che ho incontrato, dal valletto al check-in al personale di pulizia erano felici e ansiosi di aiutare! Il personale di front desk è estremamente efficiente, piacevole e utile. Così questo era un grande plus.La stanza era comoda e pulita. Hanno un autobus gratuito per tre grandi centri. Il buffet per la colazione è piuttosto buono. Grazie, inviare un amico lì!

Sono rimasto con mio marito nel 3505 per 2 notti. Questo resort è perfetto per tutti i tipi di viaggiatori, affari, coppie solitarie o famiglie! Una colazione decente si è diffusa fin dalle 6:00, in modo che si possa avere un pasto caldo prima di andare in giro. La sala di gioco è dotata di tavoli da piscina, dardi e tavoli da football - divertente per amici, famiglie e coppie. Una grande piscina per adulti e bambini, un tranquillo spa e una camera per bambini per i piccoli. La stanza, anche se alcuni hanno commentato che è leggermente datata, è molto ben mantenuta! Molti canali TV, la dimensione della stanza era spaziosa e tutto funzionava bene. Non dire che era molto pulito e luminoso con molta luce naturale. Siamo stati aggiornati alla suite, con una bella vista sulla piscina. Ci sono stati sempre i luoghi dell'hotel puliti. Ci siamo incontrati con il personale del paesaggio che teneva le loro piante a posto. Non c'era una sola foglia caduta nella piscina! Le letti solari sono stati tenuti secchi e puliti per gli ospiti. Tutti i membri del personale del Holiday Inn Resort Batam ci hanno certamente fatto sorridere con il loro amichevole servizio, vale a dire Dinda, Ocha, Raya e Angga (spero di aver scritto i loro nomi correttamente.) Non sono riuscito a ottenere i nomi del personale del ristorante durante il colazione Le cuoche, i cuochi vivi e tutti i servizi ci hanno salutati ogni volta che ci vedevano. Hanno presto pulito le piastrelle e offrono un caffè fresco di birra (la latte del caramel era buona!). Anche i kudos per tenere le nostre camere fresche. La posizione era leggermente fuori dalla zona della città, ma non avevamo problemi a trovare nessuno con Grab. Anche - i cookie di benvenuto erano stupidi! :)
