Il personale è amichevole e utile, le strutture finora sono così buone, la camera è anche vasta.
Forse a causa della stagione festiva . La colazione era gia' in fila, ma fortunatamente ha prolungato l'ora per gli ospiti. Ma spero che la possibilità di colazione possa avere un diverso giorno. La posizione è un po' fuori dalla necessità della città, ma forniscono servizi di navetta al centro.
L'hotel offre anche una grande tazza di torta e decorazione della stanza per sorprenderci per la celebrazione del compleanno 🎉

This was an amazing find. The rooms are so comfortable to be in. Though this is an apartment, it had everything that a hotel provides.
This property is right beside the hotel so we enjoy the hotel benefits as well. They provide shuttle services to the malls and back.
It has a few restaurants and they serve amazing food. There is a well known Eska massage place in the hotel too. Swimming pools are inviting. It is extremely windy at the pool area so falling asleep on the seats are highly likely especially after a meal.
Definitely coming back. Confirm and double confirm.

The hotel rooms are only fairly clean, there are stains on the bedsheets. Even after changing, there are still stains. Cockroaches were spotted inside the room….
The food quality from hotel restaurant on the roof top was also terrible. The beef ribs tasted like rubber…..
Only good thing is that the hotel is near shopping malls like Nagoya hill, only 10 mins car ride

I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button.
The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging.
Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

Hotel di bilancio in mezzo alla bata. Forse 10-15 minuti di auto da terminale di traghetto di bata. Hotel di bilancio molto di base non si aspetta troppo. Vale il prezzo di 300k rupiah.
La dimensione della camera è abbastanza per il prezzo, non troppo cramp.

Non c'è acqua calda nel bagno, nessun shampoo, nessun acqua potabile, nessuna stanza pulita ogni giorno (lungo soggiorno alle 3:00), anche se la stanza è molto comoda ma l'igiene manca perché le foglie e le casse non sono cambiate, e la stanza non è svuotata, molto polvere/gri ... 🙏

AAdalene Loh APWe often stayed in iHotel Baloi. This round tot to try out Artotel due to many good reviews and lower price. Indeed is Nice, new clean hotel. Spacious room and very good customer services. But breakfast is below standard. Food are cold even on warmer, scrambled egg, sunny side up all must request and was not informed is available until we request. Food are not tasty compare to Ihotel.

MMyQWent batam for 3 days 2 nights.. first night at 4 points and 2nd night at marriott to celebrate my birthday this month.. booked stay and dine (either lunch or dinner for 2pax). I was caught in surprises as there is miscommunication within the hotel team about the dining that causes some disappointment.. luckily, that's a young interm with the name ”Natalia” that came to ask about our stay during breakfast that we manage to voice up about the dinner.. I feel much better after talking to them, and they offered us the BBQ dinner as compensation.. I am happy with their sincerity and close the case without taking their compensation. It's very good following up and having a good stay in 4 points as the room is very clean.. Can consider to go back if going to batam again

RRainManAsiaWas apprehensive after reading the reviews. But this hotel had many pleasant surprises! Inwas greeted with a massive lobby. Space is what this hotel has. Corridors are wide. Rooms are larger than normal.
I needed a quiet room to rest after a long week at work. I was allocated a room at the rear of the hotel, come 9pm the karaoke opposite the street started. Oops! But Yuli, who had a great smile from front desk reception was at hand to assist me select another room which was more pleasant and had a garden view. She called me by name the following day as as well! (Maybe coz I forgot my passport, double oops 😅)
Breakfast selection was good. Trays were full to feed the many guests. There was a cooking station to literally a fire wok to whip up hot and spicy local noodles in the morning. Nice 😀demonstration. But the chefs can’t make poached eggs which is my travel comfort food. Tried over two days 😔.
I selected this hotel because it is one of the few hotels that had a bathtub at a reasonable price. I like to soak myself to relax and unwind.
COMPLIMENTARY shuttle to/fro Harbour Bay Terminal (5min). Only found out on check-out. Ms Yuli was again on duty to assist me. And she gracefully walked me to the car. The hotel driver was also full of smiles and he was conversational and made my journey very enjoyable. What great hospitality.
In summary, this old dame of a hotel (changed name 4 times) still has grand old charm and is well-maintained for a pleasant stay.

Although the price for spa and wellness is high, I will justify it as convenience and high quality 👍 will definitely come back again ! They had events - valentines dinner and bbq!

It is clean and we find it very comfortable with a nice sea and pool view but phone is not working and wifi is slow from villa. As for breakfast it is very local. Not much variety. So many things to do in the resort. The beach was dirty so we didn't swim. Please clean the beach shore.
