Amazing hotel. Stayed a few nights for a wedding near by and was perfect location.

非常喜歡巴塔拉別墅酒店。 行程至此，訂酒店時有多個周圍小城的選擇，多方考慮因地理位置和星級標準選擇了巴塔拉別墅酒店。非常慶幸做的這個選擇，酒店極其乾淨，大堂古典美觀，房間卧具考究，早餐豐富。 酒店周圍有幾家很不錯的葡萄牙和地中海風味的飯館，離巴塔拉修道院步行距離。 酒店的停車場很大，參觀修道院時可以把自駕的車停在酒店的停車場。

Atendimento péssimo principalmente do responsável que estava na receção. Ar condicionado sem funcionar, ao ponto de estarem 30 graus no quarto. SPA horrível, ninguém a usar touca, mesmo sendo obrigatório, higiene nai existia neste local além de sobrelotado. Hotel recusou se compensar por os clientes mesmo assumindo que não prestou os serviços contratados. Péssima experiência que apenas foi positivo pela boa localização. Trip.com tentou várias vezes junto do hotel uma compensação e este recusou prontamente todas as tentativas, deixando os clientes lesados. O Trip.com compensou conforme possivel a situação.

Bom hotel, pena a agua da piscina estar fria

Ho usufruito di questo hotel durante il mio roadtrip in Portogallo. Mi sono fermata una notte per ammirare le bellezze della zona (Batalha, Tomar, Nazarè). L'hotel è bello, comodo, silenzioso. Il parcheggio è privato e gratuito. Di fronte c'è un comodissimo supermercato aperto fino a tardi. Per gli italiani come me: il bagno ha il bidet! Ho usufruito anche del ristorante interno e devo dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta (anche del prezzo).

Staff atencioso e prestativo, localização excelente, supermercado em frente, estacionamento sem custos, restaurante funcionando por um período considerável (embora os preços sejam altos). O reparo é que embora o café da manhã seja muito bom, exigem que seja agendado o horário em que se vai usá-lo. Não é facultado ao hóspede decidir-se aleatoriamente, tem que agendar.

Very nice hotel. Friendly personnel, the room is more than large enough, bathroom is spacious and clean. Breakfast was living up to the necessary standards. Only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t working. Overall I would recommend this hotel when visiting Batalha.

Spacious room, clean and wel maintained bathroom, good value for money. The room was quite warm, so it was needed to pur on the airconditioning. The Breakfast Buffet was not thas extensive as I would like it to be.

This is a modern hotel that has the most amazing front desk staff ever! We were visiting from the USA and every single person helped make the experience memorable! There are walkable restaurants and beautiful scenery close by. We love Portugal!

Fantastic Hotel Spa, well designed and very spacious, located in small village with all services (kids park & futball pitch, sport area, all at walking distance from hotel). You can visit the magnificent monastery (at 5mn walk) ,and also go to nazare & alcobaca at 25mn, Lot of very good local restaurants in the village (burro velho has astonishing meat),

Great Hotel, rooms are clean and large but… the thermostat in each room is from 1978 and you need a aerospace degree to figure out how they work. Tryed pressing the 25 buttons on the panel with no luck. Slept in 37 degree heat all night!!!
