Sono stati gentili ad farci upgrade della stanza ma la camera la pulizia non era il massimo. Si sente L odore del tappeto

Questa volta ho soggiornato all'hotel e mi sono sentito molto bene. Nonostante il tempo non sia stato dei migliori e i due giorni siano stati nuvolosi e piovosi, l'esperienza complessiva del soggiorno in hotel è stata al completo e il servizio dell'hotel è sempre stato online. Il concierge della hall e la reception sono molto educati e accoglienti. Dopo il check-in, prenderanno l'iniziativa di chiedere se hanno bisogno di portare i bagagli. La colazione è al 22° piano dell'hotel, con piani alti, bei panorami e buon cibo, che è anche altamente raccomandato. Durante il soggiorno, sono stato invitato al club VIP di recente apertura nell'hotel. Non c'erano molte persone, ma è più adatto per tre amici incontrarsi, chiacchierare e bere il tè qui. C'è un sacco di cibo per l'happy hour la sera, e gli gnocchi e i nachos saltati in padella sono fantastici! ! Il tofu al sesamo nero nel dessert è ok! Dolci ma non unti, buonissimi! ! A proposito, la fragranza all'osmanto che entra nel club è molto in stile Hangzhou! Insomma, la prossima volta che tornerò sceglierò di soggiornare nuovamente in hotel.

Sono venuto con la mia ragazza e l'ho aiutata a trascorrere un compleanno qui. Jiang Jing è fantastico! Peccato, pioveva quando sono venuto oggi, ma è bello anche il tempo nebbioso! Nel complesso è abbastanza comodo

Le camere dell'hotel sono spaziose e confortevoli, la vista del ristorante è fantastica e anche il servizio è molto buono! Un ringraziamento speciale a Zoe Wang alla reception per aver aiutato a organizzare una camera confortevole, il suo servizio attento e la sua presentazione!

Durante la Festa Nazionale, la piscina è invincibile e c'è l'idromassaggio. L'hotel Vicky ha regalato un dolce set per i bambini. Anche la vista sul fiume in camera è una buona esperienza.

Non è un upgrade gratuito della tipologia di camera nei giorni festivi, il servizio è molto cordiale, ma i cuscini devono essere migliorati, la vista generale della camera è buona, l'area è abbastanza grande e il soggiorno è confortevole

Dopo essermi sposato, ho scelto questo posto come nuova casa della sposa. Ho comunicato in anticipo con l'hotel e ho contribuito a decorare magnificamente la stanza. Le lenzuola sono state cambiate in un rosso festoso e due cigni bianchi sono stati legati con asciugamani da bagno. La stanza è di 66 mq, molto aperta e luminosa, le tende sono comandate elettricamente e ci sono lunghe finestre a tutta altezza. È un peccato che non sia una vista sul fiume fuori dalla finestra, quindi è un po' deplorevole. Le strutture sono complete e gli articoli usa e getta sono puliti e igienici. Il giorno del matrimonio, il convoglio nuziale si è recato all'ingresso della hall per prelevare i parenti e ha scattato molte foto. L'hotel non ci ha messo troppo in imbarazzo per il rumore, era molto in linea con il nostro processo. Cerchiamo anche di tacere e di non disturbare gli altri residenti. Quando alla fine me ne sono andato, ho praticamente portato via i palloncini e i nastri del matrimonio, altrimenti sarebbe stato addebitato un costo aggiuntivo per la pulizia.

Excellent service from the front desk to the concierge that assisted me buy a physical stamp. The hotel staffalso helped me to send the cards. Kudos to the 保洁team. Not only did they help hanged my toiletry bag, they arrange my messy items after i hastily left the hotel after washing up. Plus the excellent view from my room. Will always be my first choice if i do come to Hangzhou

I have a really pleasant stay in Azure Qiantang. Everything is perfect here. From the food, view, service, the best! Definitely will come back again when in Hangzhou. Thanks to Tom Tang, Edward, Anderson, Molly, Conny Xu for help me with everything i need. From book a taxi and give me the information about Hangzhou. They’re very helpful and i’m amazed with their kindness. Actually everyone here is amazing but i didn’t remember all the name. Very satisfied to stay here for 4 nights. Location is away from the city center but is only a 10minutes taxi ride and taxi are cheap. Excellent size room with 2 Queen beds. Perfect for 2A2C. Breakfast is at Lvl 22, nearly roof top with great views of the river. Big gym and indoor heated pool with a decent size Kids play room. Service is top notch!

Great experience, third time staying at the Azure and the standards still remains high. Quick check in and the room was clean and spacious. The River view was amazing despite the fog. The room service cleaning lady who helped us with some amenities was so cheerful and very kind. She definitely deserve praises (UNA ZHAO).The panorama resturant still remains the best fine dining spot in HZ. Our butler (Leon) was also cheerful and made the diner experience more pleasant. The À La Carte menu has a lot of great meals to choose from. Also the breakfast selection has a lot to choose from, great value for money. Only 1 disappointment the main Jacuzzi is still not functioning, though one can still use the ones in either men’s or women’s changing room. Definitely coming back!!!

Amazing hotel with great amenities. Highly recommended as staff is very welcoming, ready to assist anytime and most importantly they do speak English well.

Not only the best location and a great room. The service was more then excellent. Me and my girlfriend we asked more then one time help with our necessities in the room and the service was ready and fast at helping us with any issue. More, the guy at the reception , Edward , was more the nice. When I asked extra pillows , he told me what kind I would like cause they have hard and soft one. And when I asked if I could have a late check out, he immediately and gently replied I could leave at 15.00. And held this conversation in perfect English, something that in this country is really rare to find even in the 5 stars hotel. The best hotel you can stay in Hangzhou . Thanks to all the staff
