Hotel a Barcellona,

Unfortunately, a review like this is necessary so you don’t run into the same issues we ran into. The positives are the room and hotel are both clean and modern. Generally, that would be plenty reason to recommend the hotel. Continue reading … If you stay here do NOT book the mini room. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel room in my life. I’ve stayed in NYC where rooms are known to be small, but this place took it to the next level. The bed was tiny and shoved up against a wall. If you’re staying with your partner, one of you will need to climb over the other. If you’ve got any kind of luggage, that’ll take the remaining floor space, literally. We found it almost impossible to open our luggage. Due to the rooms triangle shape everything about the room is simply awkward. You could barely turn around in the shower without hitting a wall. Walking into the bathroom alone was a challenge and I’m not a very large person at all. If you’re a larger person or needing room for a wheelchair or walker, this room isn’t for you. If you’re traveling as a couple, this room isn’t for you. This was booked through a travel agent so we didn’t know this was the room that was booked. I wish I had, but truth is even the pictures didn’t make this room look as uncomfortable as it was in real life. This isn’t where our discomfort ended. The ventilation system was pumping outdoor odor into the room. Add the fact the room is small, you can see how this quickly became an issue. I’m also not sure if they have some sort of toilet paper shortage, but we had to ask for TP twice. They never give you more than one and didn’t add any after tidying up the room even though it was obvious we’d need some with 2 nights left in our stay. Simply, we never looked forward to returning to our room. We never got a decent nights rest. This room shouldn’t be an option for anyone that’s not traveling alone. If you stay in one of the larger rooms you may have a different experience, but this was our experience and it was our only negative experience in Barcelona. The breakfast is ok. It’s convenient, but you can find better for about the same price. Location was fine. It didn’t seem unsafe to us. It’s right outside some of the major sites so expect to walk or take a cab.

Hotel correto e comodo. Quarto bastante agradável e cama muito confortavel. Casa de banho bem grande, o mesmo tamanho do quarto praticamente. Falta de insonorização mas nada de muito grave. Rececionistas não foram excecionalmente simpáticos à exceção da Gladys, adorei a Gladys, muito simpática e acolhedora! Fiquei apenas surpreendida que por duas vezes bateram-me à porta tendo o cartão não incomodar (para manutenção e para nos entregarem um mimo no nosso aniversário). É regra, onde trabalho que não é permitido nem bater à porta quando o cliente usa o cartão pelo que fiquei chocada, perde-se o sentido do cartão dessa forma. Também achei o valor da taxa turistica um absurdo. De resto, tudo ok, hotel bem localizado e acolhedor, voltaria com certeza!

We arrived just after check-in time to find only two working at their reception desk. Each with guests and one ahead of us in line. We waited patiently for around 10 minutes as they slowly managed to complete the check in of one. In that time the line had grown with 8 more guests waiting behind me to check in as well. I was next to check in, or thought I was, but an additional check in person stepped up to another station to help. But instead of asking for the next one he just helped an impatient guest waiting off to the side instead, making me wait almost 20 minutes just to check in. And beyond just changing you for the room they take a deposit, which I never had happen to me before. I have had hotels put credit cards on file but not actual deposits on top of the room charge. After we got to the room, had a lovely view but the windows were very dirty and couldn’t even take good pictures from it. Then after getting back from going out and about we found the phone and tv were dead. So no room service available or entertainment in our room . I went down to the front desk and asked about it and they said the whole building was out and there was nothing they could do. After we went to bed we were awoken by a maintenance man at 12:30 at night asking to fix our tv. I told him we were sleeping. I was so upset they would even think to send someone at that time of night, when I didn’t even ask them to come, I could hardly sleep after that. I went to the front desk the next morning to ask them about resending the maintenance man back to the room while we were out but they explained the whole building phone and tv was still out. I then asked why they would send someone to fix our tv in the middle of the night. They had no explanation. As of our last night here still no tv, phone, or room service. They have no estimate on when it might come back. For what I thought was a higher end hotel their customer service is lacking and maintenance of their building sub-standard.

Dove comincio? Arriviamo all'inizio delle ore con una porta chiusa e un ufficio vuoto. Infine siamo arrivati dopo mezz'ora per tasse nascoste e tasse turistiche. Una volta arrivati in camera nostra c'era un forte odore di rifiuti umani e era molto caldo - avevamo pagato un'ulteriore aria condizionata, ma convenientemente non è andato al di sotto di 18 gradi. A causa del calore non abbiamo scelta, ma di aprire la finestra dove un mosquito volava un po' un amico mentre dormiva nei letti duri di rock. Anche aggiungere la stanza ha bisogno di una polvere profonda, perché c'era polvere e sporco in tutto lo specchio e la TV. La posizione era la parte migliore di questo hotel, che era l'attrazione. Non vive fino alle 4 stelle con il personale rude, le camere calde e la necessità di pulire. La piscina era un costo di £16 per un'ora che non era troppo cattivo. In generale, era al meglio un hotel inferiore alla media.Personalmente non ritornerò.

Ho dimenticato la mia Apple Pen e, dopo aver contattato la reception per più di mezzo mese, finalmente l'ho ricevuta. Comunque, grazie al servizio clienti Ctrip.

La stanza è grande e pulita, il personale è amichevole, l'ubicazione è vicina all'aeroporto per viaggiare e un buon posto per viaggiare.

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno di 4 notti al Barcelo Sants. È molto vicino alla stazione di Sant ed è quindi molto comodo. In genere ci sentivamo al sicuro a stare in questo quartiere poiché i luoghi vicini erano illuminati e c'erano regolarmente poliziotti che pattugliavano l'area. La scelta per la colazione è molto buona e ha uno chef di frittata entusiasta da cucinare su ordinazione. Possibili aree di miglioramento sarebbero che la stanza avesse più luci. Dato che soggiornavamo 4 notti, renderebbe davvero speciale il nostro soggiorno se ci fosse stata assegnata una camera su un piano più alto anziché al primo piano.

La stanza è pulita e l'hotel è al buon posto del trasporto pubblico. Ci sono molti ristoranti, caffè, supermercato vicino. Il personale del desk front è stato utile. E 'un buon posto per soggiornare per una visita a Barcellona.

Siamo stati 4 notti in questo hostel. La camera è abbastanza pulita, con lavandino in camera con sapone e asciugamani. La camera ha le pareti di 1mm e quindi si sente tutto dalle camere adiacenti e dalla strada. È necessario tappetti e mascherina perché le tende non chiudono bene. I 3 bagni condivisi sono molto puliti (passa spesso la signora per pulire), sono un po piccoli ma funzionali. Il personale è gentilissimo anche per indicazioni. La metro e i bus sono a 3 minuti. Zona tranquilla piena di bar e supermercati 24h. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno breve.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente. La porta è la stazione della metropolitana. Dopo una strada c'è un bus aereo, che può raggiungere l'aeroporto T1/T2. Il servizio di ricezione è anche bello. Inizia a scoprire che l'hotel non ha fornito rettili, ma quando ha chiesto la seconda volta, ha detto di cercare un modo per noi, e naturalmente alla fine può fornirci rettili.
