Fantastico
HHATO111At first, the hotel felt a bit confusing and not so comfortable, especially for someone who hasn’t stayed here before 😅. My booking was on housekeeping, but after a while I started to adapt to the atmosphere. Honestly, the hotel is wonderful 🌟 — excellent service, delicious food 🍽️, and breathtaking views 🌊🌴.
Some small notes: the cleanliness in the corridors could be improved 🧹, and the way to the rooms felt a bit complicated and hot 😕. It would be much nicer if staff could guide guests through the pool or garden area 🌺, which is more refreshing and shorter. Also, the hotel felt slightly old-fashioned, even though it is renovated — the finishing is not 100% perfect.
Overall, it’s still a fantastic experience and I really enjoyed my stay here 😊.

The variety of food and drinks is incredible – there’s something delicious for every taste, and everything is prepared to perfection. The atmosphere, combined with stunning views, made it so hard for us to leave the hotel. It’s the kind of place where you just want to stay and enjoy every moment.

MMIKHAIL UDALOVLa posizione dell'hotel è eccellente. Tutto è facilmente accessibile. Se si deve entrare in città, c'è una stazione di taxi a 80 metri dall'hotel. La struttura e l'architettura dell'hotel sono molto interessanti e ben pensati quando si progetta.. Una cortesia verde con un paesaggio ben progettato. La piscina è molto confortevole. Il sole è dalle 10 alle 18:00. La piscina è pulita e tutte le procedure di piscina sono effettuate ogni mattina. Nel cortile è disponibile una piscina sotto canoa con attrezzature di esercizio di base per chi vuole perdere peso e mantenere idoneo. Cercano di effettuare il check-in il più rapidamente possibile, anche se arrivate presto al mattino. Con il check-in precoce, ci aspettavamo solo 30 minuti di pulizia della stanza a nessun costo aggiuntivo. I colazioni sono abbondanti e variabili. Una buona macchina del caffè. Puoi scegliere un posto per colazione nel cortile, nel ristorante, o anche nel posto esterno dell'hotel. La stanza è stata pulita ogni giorno. Molto attentamente. Cambiammo i tovaglioli e gli scarpe ogni giorno. Poiché questa è la vecchia città, tardi la sera si possono sentire i ristoranti e i bar nel vecchio porto e in altre strade, ma questo è in tutti gli hotel nella vecchia città. Ma questo problema è risolto rapidamente. solo chiudete le finestre buone strettamente. La vista dalla nostra stanza era sul vecchio porto. Molto pittoresco. Mi piaceva davvero l'hotel, ci ritorneremo a lui nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Antalya.

Valore per soldi 10/10.Non ho mai visto niente di simile in questo prezzo.Vai per tutti inclusi, ci sono 3 pasti buffet e molte altre cose che vanno tutto il giorno.Il buffet è stato molto buono , menu esteso in pasti buffet.
Se hai bisogno di qualcosa nella stanza, ti aiuteranno entro 5 minuti.

UUtente anonimoAmazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant.
Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era confortevole, centrale e pulito. Siamo stati seguiti molto rapidamente e bene all'arrivo in hotel, nonostante il nostro check-in posticipato.
L'hotel è ben isolato dai rumori. Il giorno in cui siamo arrivati era la finale di champions league e dalla stanza non si sentivano le feste di strada.
La stanza è spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. La cosa più notevole è la comodità del letto!
Il bagno è spazioso e con tutte le comodità sostituite ogni giorno.

UUtente ospiteThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.

UUtente anonimoОтель хороший, нам дали просторный удобный номер. Персонал отеля очень доброжелательный. На пляже с негативом не столкнулись, очень приветливые были. Мы были в будние дни, может с этим связано. В ресторане очень приветливый юный парень, не помню имени. В последний день не было уборки, просто поставили бумагу с полотенцами, было не очень приятно, так как после моря в номере пол за два дня пачкается. В целом отелем остались довольны.
