UUtente ospiteWe visited to celebrate my partner’s birthday and overall had a really lovely time. The hotel kindly decorated our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. They had also assured me there would be a cake surprise in one of the restaurants on our final night – this was initially missed, but once I reminded them, they quickly arranged a beautiful cake, which we really appreciated.
The guest relations team were friendly and helpful with most of our requests. One thing I hadn’t realised was that the à la carte restaurants weren’t included in the all-inclusive package, which may have been something I missed at the time of booking.
As a vegan, I did experience a few hiccups when dining – despite letting both reception and guest relations know in advance, the restaurant team initially offered me fish sushi, then sushi with cream cheese, before finally preparing a vegan version. That said, they were patient, kind, and had lovely attitudes throughout, which made all the difference.
We really enjoyed the massages and hammam treatments – very relaxing and professionally done. There were plenty of food options in the main buffet and outdoor areas. The beer garden was a nice addition, although some of the beers on tap like Guinness weren’t available during our visit.
Food labelling could have been a little clearer – for example, some dishes were labelled as both vegan and containing dairy, so I needed to double-check with the chefs. I did appreciate the designated vegan corner with three hot dishes, vegan cheeses and salads – a lovely touch. The café had plenty of vegetarian options and one vegan ice cream.
One of the highlights was the variety of adult-only spaces – from dining areas to pools – which offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our room on the 7th floor was fantastic – clean, comfortable, with a lovely view and a pillow menu that was a great extra touch.
The cocktails, drinks, and food overall were very enjoyable. I’d pre-booked a taxi from the airport for €25, which went smoothly. On the way back, we found Uber didn’t work in the area, despite advice that it might – we ended up paying €30 for a local taxi, so I’d definitely recommend pre-booking both ways.
Entertainment and activities at the hotel were brilliant – we tried water gym, pilates and Zumba, and really enjoyed the evening live music in the amphitheatre. The beachfront bar on stilts was a standout – especially the firepit by the sea, where we watched the sunset and listened to the waves.
All in all, it was a memorable and relaxing break with some wonderful touches – just a few things to be mindful of for fellow travellers, particularly if you have dietary requirements

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel è eccellente. Tutto è facilmente accessibile. Se si deve entrare in città, c'è una stazione di taxi a 80 metri dall'hotel. La struttura e l'architettura dell'hotel sono molto interessanti e ben pensati quando si progetta.. Una cortesia verde con un paesaggio ben progettato. La piscina è molto confortevole. Il sole è dalle 10 alle 18:00. La piscina è pulita e tutte le procedure di piscina sono effettuate ogni mattina. Nel cortile è disponibile una piscina sotto canoa con attrezzature di esercizio di base per chi vuole perdere peso e mantenere idoneo. Cercano di effettuare il check-in il più rapidamente possibile, anche se arrivate presto al mattino. Con il check-in precoce, ci aspettavamo solo 30 minuti di pulizia della stanza a nessun costo aggiuntivo. I colazioni sono abbondanti e variabili. Una buona macchina del caffè. Puoi scegliere un posto per colazione nel cortile, nel ristorante, o anche nel posto esterno dell'hotel. La stanza è stata pulita ogni giorno. Molto attentamente. Cambiammo i tovaglioli e gli scarpe ogni giorno. Poiché questa è la vecchia città, tardi la sera si possono sentire i ristoranti e i bar nel vecchio porto e in altre strade, ma questo è in tutti gli hotel nella vecchia città. Ma questo problema è risolto rapidamente. solo chiudete le finestre buone strettamente. La vista dalla nostra stanza era sul vecchio porto. Molto pittoresco. Mi piaceva davvero l'hotel, ci ritorneremo a lui nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Antalya.

The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant.
Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

AAngelaHotel was lovely clean and helpful. We were unlucky with the weather we couldn’t leave the hotel because of the weather. I feel there could have been more inside entertainment during the day as there was not much to do beside swim.
Maybe this could be improved in future when weather is bad.
Overall we enjoyed the break food and drink.

L'hotel è ben isolato dai rumori. Il giorno in cui siamo arrivati era la finale di champions league e dalla stanza non si sentivano le feste di strada.
La stanza è spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. La cosa più notevole è la comodità del letto!
Il bagno è spazioso e con tutte le comodità sostituite ogni giorno.

Disappointing Experience at this Hotel, Antalya
I recently stayed at here, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations based on the information and images provided online. Here's a detailed review of my stay:
Accommodation (3/5): The room at Spa Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel lacks the amenities shown in the images, such as a pool and beach access. Additionally, the room did not offer any outside views as depicted in the promotional photos. This discrepancy was disappointing and misleading.
Service (3/5): While the staff was polite, the service did not fully compensate for the hotel's shortcomings. Check-in was efficient, but when I raised concerns about the discrepancies, the staff was unable to offer a satisfactory resolution.
Facilities (3/5): The Hotel does not have the advertised pool and beach amenities. This was a major disappointment, especially since I chose the hotel based on these features.
Overall Experience (3/5): My overall experience at this Hotel was disappointing and not reflective of the hotel's online portrayal. I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others seeking similar amenities.

UUtente ospiteThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
