LLayneIl servizio all'Hotel Nuwa era eccellente dal momento in cui siamo arrivati. Il personale è andato di sopra e di là per farci sentire benvenuti, sempre amichevole, accessibile, e veloce per aiutare con tutto quello che ci serve.
La stanza era incredibilmente spaziosa, ben progettata e offerta di conforto, rendendola un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno.
In generale, questo hotel ha reso il nostro soggiorno particolarmente speciale.

UUtente ospiteUnfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

UUtente ospiteUn posto molto bello e pulito, ma senza parcheggio gratuito dobbiamo pagare un'ulteriore somma. La mia richiesta è stata respinta (spazio aggiuntivo, letto da divano, asciugamano aggiuntivo secondo i conti degli ospiti e parcheggio ) ma la notte dopo aver scelto i nostri parenti al portafoglio dell'aeroporto, ma il parcheggio deve pagare) . La mia proposta è se controlliamo almeno la prossima volta ci sarà un parcheggio sicuro e gratuito per l'ospite e mettiamo un piccolo detergente per lavare i vestiti in caso l'ospite vuole lavare qualcosa.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. Shower mount was broken which fell on my head when I used it first time.
