L'hotel è pulito, ci sono ristoranti e negozi confortevoli intorno, e la zona della stanza è abbastanza grande, ma la signora e la signora sono scarse. Il bagno non è molto igienico e non può entrare in acqua nel bagno Devi usare un piatto di pavimento per spingere l'acqua indietro e ci vuole almeno un'ora per ottenere l'acqua. Io rimasi per due notti, ma la prima notte ho trovato due asciugamani che erano sporchi, così li ho chiamati; ho chiesto due asciugamani relativamente puliti, ma dopo 40 minuti, nessuno li ha cambiati, così li ho presi da solo. Il personale che ha risposto al telefono avrebbe dovuto dimenticare, forse hanno dimenticato tutti i problemi degli ospiti mentre parlava!

I booked the hotel on Trip.com. The earliest check in time was 3pm. Check in was easy. I asked for a room on a certain floor and not too close to the elevator and got exactly what I wanted. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was nice & clean, with all necessary amenities included.
The location is excellent. Its a short walk (under 9 mins) to Birmingham New Street station also known as Grand Central. Hotel is also very close to Bullring Mall. Shops, restaurants & banks are all within easy access to the hotel.
I did not eat any meals in the hotel. Ate out at different restaurants. The hotel amenities are good and well stocked. King size room amenities: kettle, tea coffee milk, safe, mini fridge, ironing board, iron, hair dryer and toiletries.
The shower does not have a glass door, instead it had a shower curtain which was torn on the top. The windows are not double glazed. It rained heavy. The sound of strong winds & rain hitting on to the windows was too loud. Double glazed windows would have solved that issue. The fire alarm went off on Friday morning 3 or 4 times in a row. I tried calling reception a few times but the line was engaged. The hotel should have informed all guests about the fire alarm but they failed to do so. I had to ask one of the cleaners about the alarm. She told me it was nothing to worry about.
In general, I would gladly recommend this hotel to others due to location, cleanliness and comfort.

Great location and the staff of front desk is very friendly, helpful and smart. I requested 2 more pillows for my kids, and once the front desk's staff realized that there were no more spare pillows at front desk, he advised me that he would get the pillows from the unoccupied guestrooms and asked me to wait at the room. Recentemente abbiamo prenotato 2 camere. Ci siamo divertiti a stare a Holiday Inn NEC Birm, e non potevamo essere più felici con l'esperienza. Il personale caldo e accogliente ci ha resi sentire a casa quando siamo entrati. Il processo di check-in è stato semplice e veloce, e mi è stato immediatamente impressionato con la decorazione moderna, pulita e elegante dell'hotel.
La stanza era spaziosa, comoda e bellamente progettata, con tutte le attrezzature che mi servivano per un soggiorno rilassante. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, assicurando un buon sonno notturno. Inoltre apprezzo l’attenzione al dettaglio.
Una delle nostre eminenze era la colazione. La selezione era diversa, fresca e deliziosa. La zona di cena era luminosa e invitante, rendendola un grande inizio al giorno.
La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, con facile accesso alle attrazioni vicine. È possibile esplorare la città o rilassarsi in un ambiente tranquillo, questo hotel offre il migliore dei due mondi.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but had dust in certain parts of the lighting and table. The bathroom didn’t smell to good when we got there. There wasn’t much soap to wash your hands. Unfortunately at night time the people next door were loud and at times the door was shutting it would wake you up. The tv remote wasn’t working properly.

In mio parere un hotel tutto intorno eccellente abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel Leonardo in tutto il mondo, questo è così bello da fuori l'aspetto bella media, ma si entra e sembra che si sia entrato in un hotel 5 stelle davvero bello personale, Acqua e frutta gratis al frigo di ricezione in camera anche ottenere bottiglia d'acqua, macchina del caffè e bidoni nerspresso non si può lamentare, molto pulito, e hanno uno dei migliori giochi d'albergo che abbia mai visto, Come onestamente è irreale l'atmosfera macchine tutto.
Ma l'unico lato in basso che avevo e questa è la mia seconda volta la prima volta era 10:10 nessuna denuncia questa volta tutto il giorno e tutta la notte, anche a 1 2 3 4am tutto quello che potevo sentire era il rumore come i furgoni dell'inferno nelle vie che le cose che presumo spinge le bevande e Alimento per le camere sono così forte pensavo fosse come un vento che stava scoppiando attraverso le finestre, ma non c'è nulla che non sia come un vento che stava scoppiando i corridoi tutto il giorno tutta la notte, così non dormire tranquillo questa seconda volta.

UUtente ospiteLocation of the hotel was excellent. Parking is £13 for the night on site. Room was clean. The aircon did not work and it’s was so got my partner almost fainted. I called up the manager who came along with the housekeeping. The housekeeping tried to say oh it’s motion sensored and you got to wait 30 minutes or so to come on. I’m standing there looking at her like say what again?! I explained to her nobody has time to wait around for the air con to come on for that long like tia 1994! Even the manager stood there who agreed it was hot. All our food had gone cold. And eventually 30 mins later they moved us to the room next door and from the word go it was so much cooler and the air con was working.. wait for it.. without anybody being there for the “motion a/c” to work. They didn’t do anything about the food that went cold, the inconvenience. Manager did offer to get us drinks but we don’t drink so pointless. He offered to reimburse £13 for parking again not worth it. Overall it was a poor experience but slightly made up for it when we moved room. This is not really the marriot experience and we made the mistake not to use the usual aloft hotel east side who are always 5/5!

UUtente ospitethe room is good enough for 3 persons, though the sofa beds are actually smaller than the photos. well equipped with 2 head cooking hobs, small fridge, dish washer, microwave with grill function and sufficient utensils, and also instant coffee were provided.
the water pressure of the shower is super good and water is hot enough but the toilet is a bit small, you have to hide just next to the toilet bowl then you have enough space to open the door.
The down side is the service of the reception & housekeeping team. After we got the room cards, we couldn't access to the room and needed to go down to ask the receptionist to fix the cards and come back to open the room. After entered the room, we found that the water in toilet sink didn't go, we asked the housekeeping staff who was just working at the next room to have a look at it but who said we needed to go to the receptionist (as there's no inter-room telephone, we have to go down again). Then the receptionist arranged another room which was downstairs for us.
We booked for 2 nights, when we came back to the hotel the next evening, the room cards didn't work, again. The receptionist claimed that it might be due to the cards being put together with the mobile phone that might damage the cards. However, we were sure the cards weren't put together with the phones!
It would be perfect if a small box of tissue could be provided.

SSfrixelReally unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously.
Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it.

Ma l'hotel ha bisogno di molti miglioramenti! Il buffet del colazione è lasciato aspettando che riempiano i prodotti alimentari, è necessario continuare a chiedere al personale dove sono le tazze per il tè come nessuno è stato sostituito c'erano cune a causa della posizione del tostapane, Siate attenti se chiedete che l'acqua venga sostituita in camera come mi è stato ordinato, ma poi ricevete un rimborso dopo avermi lamentato.. la sala dirigente era buona, ma so che le camere standard non sono grandi. Il personale era buono, ma c'è bisogno di una migliore organizzazione. La zona di piscina è data e non sembra che si stiano scelendo e scegliere le ore aperte in prossimità. Non rimarremmo ancora e certamente non 4 stelle 3 al massimo .. non può commentare i trattamenti spa come non ha usato, ma guardare il Spa I'm sure there are better ones around. Il campo da golf 9 buca in buono stato, ma all'esterno dell'hotel è necessario un po' screwy.

MMike LutzA very pleasant stay in a clean room with decent amenities. The bed was comfy and I didn’t hear noise from other guests, it was good to have blackout blinds too. The location was perfect for my conference and walking distance to the city centre (about 15 mins). The breakfast is decent and there are snacks and drinks available as well.

UUtente ospiteI letti erano molto comodi e ho avuto la migliore notte di sonno che abbia avuto nelle settimane. La stanza era piccola, ma a meno che non si stia pianificando di passare molto tempo in camera, era perfetta. La stanza era grande, molto pulita e aveva una testa di doccia piovana che mi piaceva. Non hanno fornito assolutamente nessun bagno, eccetto lavatrice a mano e lavatrice corporea, dovevo comprare il mio shampoo e condizionatore. Non c'è neanche frigorifero/microonde, ma c'era tè e caffè con una caldaia fornita. Vorrei sicuramente raccomandare e rimarrei ancora.

TTaz MalikI like the normal central heating compared with some hotels that have electric heaters- because you can dry your clothes. Bonus that there is a wall plug -in socket by the bedside unit( which has drawers too. That way, you can charge your phone nearby when in bed. Mine was a single room. Loved the new bathroom with a dual shower( rainfall and flexible shower ( I hate fixed shower heads ). Plus point was the rubber/ plastic mat to use as you come out of the shower. It's such a reasonable rate at this hotel. Plus, it's great for single travellers - then you are not paying for a double room. Biscuits are also a plus and the huge TV screen with free Internet that's not limited
