Monaco di Baviera: hotel con bar

Ho avuto la fortuna e il piacere di scegliere e di soggiornare con la mia famiglia e la nostra cagnolina in questa splendida struttura. Tutto è stato perfetto.. l'hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Monaco. Le camere sono moderne, funzionali spaziose, ben organizzate. Il personale (tutti giovani) estremamente gentile e disponibile a risolvere ogni richiesta.... La colazione è ottima, ricca sia nella parte salata che dolce... C'è anche una ampia selezione di prodotti della tradizione bavarese. Il parcheggio è a pagamento e non è dell' hotel ma considerando la posizione il prezzo è adeguato. In definitiva quando ritornerò a Monaco sicuramente non dovrò più cercare un hotel dove soggiornare perché il Mercure munchen City è per me la soluzione ideale

+Molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Alcuni lavori di costruzione nella zona, ma nessun rumore di costruzione percepibile. +Nuovo hotel, stile Dubai (moderno, scuro, tutto grande) +Accoglienza cordiale +Ottima colazione, ampia scelta, cameriera molto cordiale e capace (giovane, capelli neri). +Molto pulito +albergo molto spazioso (la camera era di dimensioni normali). +Bella SPA, anche se un po' scura (avrei voluto più luce). - Boombox in camera (buona idea!) apparentemente utilizzabile solo se si carica l'app (secondo la reception è possibile anche senza, ma non ci sono riuscito) - Il percorso per raggiungere la camera (dall'ascensore) è in parte abbastanza lungo. - Gli ospiti hanno depositato i loro rifiuti (imbalaggi di McDonald's, bottiglie di vino vuote, altri rifiuti) davanti alla porta (cosa strana di per sé), non sono stati ripuliti tra le 18 e le 8 del mattino.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e utile!!! La sala da ginnastica è ben attrezzata. Parcheggio disponibile, sicuramente una buona scelta per i viaggiatori che guidano. In generale l'hotel è troppo nuovo per poter dire che le cose non sono ben preparati. La posizione non è vicino a nulla, ci vogliono più di 15 minuti a piedi per la stazione ferroviaria. Molte riparazioni vicine. La stanza non è molto pulita, abbastanza polvere.

L'Holiday Inn ha uno stile coerente, strutture complete e un servizio premuroso. Essendo un hotel in centro città, la colazione è più ricca che in altre città e comprende piatti caldi. Si ricevono gruppi di turisti, la colazione è rumorosa e caotica, c'è molta gente e i pasti sono concentrati. Si trova a circa 1,5 chilometri a piedi dal punto panoramico Marienplatz, circa 25 minuti a piedi. Parcheggiate l'auto nel parcheggio pubblico adiacente, con limite di 20 euro al giorno, e pagate alla macchinetta presente nel parcheggio. A causa del soggiorno nel fine settimana, il prezzo non era adatto. La colazione è a pagamento. Devi effettuare il check-in alle 15:00, puoi depositare i bagagli e il servizio è nella media.

The check-in process was a breeze. The staff were very helpful and polite. Location - The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the main station in Munich. The area is not the best and I would probably not recommend a late-night walk but the convenience makes up for it. All the tram and bus lines are within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There’s a supermarket next door and loads of food options around. Rooms - The rooms were large with twin beds, a tv, a minibar, a kettle, a large desk and a wardrobe. The air conditioning worked really well. You can use the mobile phone to open the room door.. although it didn’t work on the elevator. Might be easier to just use the key card. There are plug points near the bed. Wi-Fi was super fast. The view wasn’t great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t large but had a tub. The water was hot and the water pressure was great. The only area of concern was when I placed the Do Not Disturb sign on my door before heading out for the day (as I didn’t want my room cleaned), when I got back I found that my room had, in fact, been cleaned - this was a huge issue for me as there were many valuable items left around (and no one should have entered the room either way).

It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

Questa volta ci siamo trasferiti solo un giorno in Jackie. Ci siamo arrivati quella mattina per stare qui, e voglio dire, prima mettiamo il bagaglio e andiamo a fare il bagaglio. Incidente, l'hotel ci ha dato un soggiorno in anticipo! Siamo treno alle cinque e mezza mattina, e'fortunatamente l'hotel alla stazione ferroviaria!Sono arrivati due passi. Andare in tutte le attrazioni è anche molto vicino!Raccomandazione

L'hotel si trova di fronte alla stazione centrale di Monaco, proprio dall'altra parte della strada. La colazione dell'hotel è molto buona e anche i cinesi sono abituati a mangiare. L'ambiente è molto buono e anche il servizio è buono.

The booking was made from Trip.com but the reply from hotel was slow. It took more than 10 days to change name of guest that was after many emails, many calls and also many trip.com chat support. ... . Hotel response was quicker than trip.com support which was surprising. For hotel: For the location its good as its near to the 3 groceries store such as netto- and bus stop is just in front of hotel. overall hotel staffs was good but need to improve the email support. same for trip.com, as trip support was less in compare to hotel itself. They try but I think trip.com need to improve.

La posizione è ottima. A pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana U3. L'hotel è molto moderno e le camere dispongono di angolo cottura e lavatrice. Ma non c'era la tenda della doccia nel bagno, il pavimento era molto bagnato dopo la doccia e la ventola di scarico del bagno era rotta. Non sono presenti segnali direzionali all'ingresso della strada che conduce alla zona reception. La reception si trova al piano seminterrato. Il personale della reception al momento del check-in era molto indifferente e non sembrava che ci fosse alcun senso di benvenuto in questo hotel. Forse è perché il mio soggiorno è stato di sole 6 notti, forse è stato troppo breve per gli standard dell'hotel. Ho scelto questo hotel nella stagione sbagliata! Check-in dal 18 al 24 agosto. Il clima a Monaco è molto caldo, 30°C+ ogni giorno. Al momento della prenotazione mi è stato detto che in camera non c'era l'aria condizionata. Ma non c'è nemmeno un ventilatore? ! Inoltre, tutti gli aspiratori nei bagni e nelle cucine sono fuori servizio. L'unica finestra nella stanza poteva essere aperta solo di circa 10 cm (motivi di sicurezza?). La stanza era così soffocante che era difficile dormire la notte. Inoltre ho alloggiato nella camera 105, che si trova al piano terra e si affaccia sulla strada, è molto rumorosa e polverosa. Se pensi di soggiornare in questa stanza durante l'estate, buona fortuna! Oh, la Germania è un paese che pone grande enfasi sul riciclaggio e sul riciclaggio. Questo hotel sembra essere progettato per soggiorni di lunga durata. Ma nella stanza non c’erano informazioni su come smaltire i materiali riciclabili come carta, vetro, plastica o metallo. In cucina c'era solo un sacco della spazzatura di plastica.
