Ci sono bambini, il negozio ha aggiornato la casa dei genitori!Grazie!Ascoltare la vista del mare è anche buona! Le camere e le aree pubbliche sono arredate in stile Santorini. Le camere sono pulite e igieniche. Questo è il miglior homestay in cui abbia mai soggiornato. L'ultimo piano è fantastico per scattare foto. La spiaggia dista solo 20 metri e si trova nella zona panoramica di Lingshui Chiling. Ai bambini piace alzarsi la mattina per pescare frutti di mare. L'hotel fornisce gratuitamente attrezzi da pesca e il servizio è molto attento. Il personale è stato molto entusiasta nell'aiutarci con i bagagli quando ci siamo incontrati e ci hanno lasciato all'aeroporto. Soprattutto quando l'auto è appena arrivata, c'era del personale di servizio che aiutava con le valigie, era come se fossero stati avvisati in anticipo, è stato molto inaspettato! 這次陵水之行，四個閨蜜一起定了這家別墅院子，體驗感超出了我們的預期～攜程訂了機票後，贈送了一起訂服務，於是定這個院子有免費升房服務，從一居室升級了兩居室。以後有家庭出行，朋友出行，訂這樣的別墅院子就好了，比酒店更自由，更便利，環境更好。管家超級超級負責，從訂房到入住到離開，訂單確定後就加了好友一對一細緻服務。總結了以下幾點給大家參考:
1.別墅位置和生活: 是在一個別墅羣，都改造為這樣獨門獨棟的院子，分上下兩層，上層是客廳廚房和主卧，圍着一個私人泳池，下層是次卧洗衣房，太陽出來就能曬到院子裏，很舒服，廚房基本餐具都齊全，還可以提供燒烤爐子，自己買食材鐵網和木炭，在港村市場，多福商行就能買到這些材料，市場裏的蔬菜調料購買也很方便。
2.出行: 對外出行我們是自己租車在陵水到處逛，別墅內的出行管家隨呼隨到，到海邊，到停車場都很方便。外賣寫清楚地址，可以送到“歡迎回家”崗亭，管家取了送到房間。
3.沙灘和游泳: 酒店有公共泳池，報房間號就行。房間也有泳池，有專門的人每天來撈樹葉和花花。香水灣的海灘邊很舒服，可以看到長長的一個沙灘線，踩沙子堆沙子耍耍浪都很好。就是冬天水温還是很涼，建議是春天游泳更好一些。
4.遊玩推薦: 酒店在萬寧和陵水之間，更靠近萬寧，離分界洲島就十分鐘路程，不過陵水縣也不大，酒店到網紅的新村大排檔、嶺仔村、泓發海鮮餐廳附近去趕海吃海鮮什麼的就30分鐘路程。自駕到陵水的猴島呆呆島，到萬寧的日月灣都是30-40分鐘車程。
整體來説，幾個朋友一起出行遊玩，一家人出行定這個別墅是很方便很舒適的，推薦～

1、房間設施有些年頭了，但還是乾淨整潔，功能都沒問題；
2、沙灘、海景，還有躺椅、泳池都是無敵的，好過多數酒店；
3、如果是帶小孩，或者情侶出行，很在意避開擁擠人羣的話，這裏簡直是天堂；
4、周圍餐飲當面，住了6天，每餐都沒重樣過。想要吃正經酒店餐飲的，旁邊有個君瀾酒店的餐飲，價格也還好；想吃海鮮的，附近好幾家大眾點評高分的海鮮小館子；再遠一點的話，也有槽粕醋。都很好吃；
5、建議自駕出行，附近玩的太多了，分界洲島、海洋歡樂世界都挺不錯，超級適合帶娃；
6、店家的服務是挺好的，也很及時、主動。服務態度，反正我住了6天，非常滿意！

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite making a full payment through Trip.com at the time of reservation for 3 rooms, the hotel staff demanded another full payment upon our arrival. Even after checking out of the hotel on November 21st 2024, I have yet to receive a full refund from Trip.com, as the hotel staff had assured us. This lack of professionalism and transparency caused unnecessary stress during our stay.
Furthermore, the security guard refused to let us alight at the main driveway in front of the hotel lobby to drop off our luggage, claiming that it would ”block the hotel’s feng shui” as per their boss’s instructions. However, we observed many other cars and guests doing so. This left us scrambling to find an alternative while managing our heavy bags to check into the hotel.
Such behaviour is not only inconsiderate but also unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. We will avoid staying at this hotel in the future.

HHISHIl nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stata un'esperienza straordinaria, resa eccezionale dallo straordinario servizio fornito da Elena. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, Elena ci ha accolto calorosamente e si è presa cura di ogni nostra esigenza durante il nostro soggiorno. Era sempre disponibile per la comunicazione, sia di persona che per telefono (o tramite SMS tramite WeChat), assicurandosi che fossimo a nostro agio e ben informati.
L'assistenza di Elena è andata oltre il solito. Ci ha aiutato con le traduzioni, parlando fluentemente inglese, cinese e russo, assicurandosi che la lingua non fosse mai un ostacolo per noi. La sua dedizione ha davvero brillato quando ha orchestrato una sorpresa speciale per il compleanno della mia ragazza. UUtente ospite服務：首先必須點贊這裏的服務，重點表揚美女Vicky管家，從入住前一天就聯繫添加微信，到了大堂還熱情出來招待，很認真地講解房間和樓棟的各種設施，退房也休假的Vicky美女還特意拿小禮物給我們，千言萬語真的無法形容她的好。酒店裡的每一位工作人員，包括接車的帥哥，清潔阿姨都很禮貌，路過都微笑打招呼説您好。
環境:這是我選擇最明智的一次，客房不僅大，設施還特別齊全，洗護用品都是每天換新，前朝大海，春暖花開，三亞是我們這麼多旅行城市中體驗感最好的。
設施:酒店裡有美味的自助早晚餐，有小童遊玩的各種項目，還有一個大大的玩水娛樂場所，加上拍照超出片的無邊泳池，讓我們家長可以輕鬆帶娃，都可以放手不需要看管，海灘離酒店50-100米左右，基本可以無視這距離，並且沙灘邊有工作人員看管，很負責。
旅拍:木蘭旅拍就在酒店一樓，拍照的攝影小哥超級nice，還耐心哄娃，拍出來的效果超美.

AAbby18We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Blue Bay. We booked the sea view room and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are clean and spacious, a lot of natural light coming in. The weather in November is nice and warm.
The swimming pool is big but freezing cold, however you get used to the water after taking a dip. They have small hot springs too for the little ones.
I’d say the food and drinks are more on the pricey side, and it would be nice if the bar area by the swimming pool would open.
Overall the trip was great, beautiful area, close to the beach. Great for morning walks, jogging etc. I’d definitely come again!

UUtente ospiteIf you are looking for a quiet place with great beaches, this is your hotel! The rooms are clean, very spacious and have everything you need (fridge, hairdryer, washing machine, big balcony with seats. There is a gym in the basement and a lovely large garden that leads to the sea. Everything is accessible with your hotel card. The hotel is very big and has a luxurious feel. The service is impeccable, they will help you no matter the time or request! Thank you Huang Xiaolan!
The beach is clean and quiet. Bring your own beverages, because there’s no vendors. The sea can be a bit wild, but a ‘sea pool’ is created right in front of the gate by the board walk. If you go left, you’ll find a playground for kids too. Toys for kids to play with in the sea can be found at the mall or Jiarunfa. In the morning musicians sometimes play at the beach.
There is a mall nearby (1 km walk) that has a little market, some stores and a lot of restaurants, the people are nice and helpful. There’s also a massage center on the first floor (take the stairs behind McDonalds) that offers great massages for a very good price. If you cross the street in front of the mall, there’s some fruit vendors and a big supermarket (Jiarunfa). Very nice people there too.
I loved staying here and will definitely come back!

UUtente ospite正進入猴島購票停車場對面一家酒店，然後被一位騎着三輪車的大爺給截胡，説這家酒店老舊了，不好帶我去環境好的，然後我就做他車走了1.5共計左右，到了門口他對老闆説叫他幫我開一個房。然後前台小妹安排我掃碼下單，上面寫着：掃碼下單8折，我選了一個觀景露台房，進入以後房屋很簡陋，就是自建居民房，瓷粉哪些很粗糙，一個房間衹有一個垃圾桶，廁所什麼都沒有，應該屬於以前的旅社吧。第二天退房時前台小妹看見我第一句話説：昨天我坐的三輪車沒付錢，5塊……我蒙了，心想他大老遠把我拖在我不願意的地方來消費，還讓我開錢，太坑了太坑了太坑了。我就問昨天説的打八折還沒給我，她説你掃碼好評截圖反饋給11元……我説不是8折嗎？她説是11元，我説了一句：太坑了，把我拉過來消費，沒給我説要收車費，第二天退房叫我付錢……前台小妹違心的説了，我能理解……我心想算了幾塊錢，不要浪費我時間，付錢走人，以後不要太善良

NNaiharaWhen I’m on vacation I like the full package. It is a nice hotel with a lot of potential to be great but unfortunately the lack of good service and attention to details makes it an average hotel that I wouldn’t list as one of my favorites. Pros:
- a self pay convenience store in the lobby and snack machines you buy things anytime
-room has a whole fridge inside with a mini kitchen equipped with sink, microwave and hotplate ( really cool)
-a toilet room separated from the shower
-Nice swimming pool with depth getting over 1.2
Cons:
-The only swimming pool for adults has sections of it we cannot use who knows for what reason
- The aforementioned swimming pool closes at 12:30 and opens only at 4pm. (I would rather be at a hotel with a pool open the whole day)
- the room description is garden view but is so sad to see they don’t care about growing a garden to actually make the view nice. There is a bunch of rocks. Disappointing
-the staff gives you zero help with luggage. The guy at the door barely says hi to you and that’s about what you’re going to get even when struggling with your luggage
The breakfast is ok. The room is spacious and comfortable. Long story short: the hotel is not bad. It has potential to be great, though.

UUtente ospite1.酒店挺大的，房間也多，而且房間都不小，住着很舒服。
2.地理位置還挺好，尤其帶孩子泡酒店，挖沙子，淌水。絕對性價比首選，酒店到沙灘一分鐘。出大堂門口路右拐一直走到頭，是一條街，有水果批發，有飯館，超市。挺熱鬧的。水果比三亞便宜，可以入手。
3.服務員都很有禮貌。開始定的房間有點吵，換房很順利。
4.衞生打掃及時，表揚六區5層的客房保潔小姑娘。有眼力價！幹活利索！
5.早飯基本都能滿足，粥，米粉，小菜，炒菜，炒飯，麪包，培根，水果，牛奶，咖啡差點意思，也湊合吧。
6.距離分界洲島，南灣猴島都不算特別遠。打車自駕皆可。
總體來説性價比可以，下次還會考慮住在這兒。沙灘真的不錯，水清沙細。哦，忘了説，還能放煙花，過癮了。

The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it.
The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night.
Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning.
There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it.
There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants.
The pool is very nice but isn't heated.
You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote.
The bad:
You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea.
The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot.
The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room.
There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food.
There's no breathing in the rooms.
Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited.
There is a gym but with limited equipment.

DDominic FHotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨
