Kunshan: hotel con bar

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

L'hotel è grande, il personale e l'ambiente sono molto amichevoli e benvenuti.Il butler (地 Xiqing) ha sempre assicurato che abbiamo tutto quello che ci serve e che la comunicazione tra noi è fluida e il viaggio è andato bene. Il cibo era buono e molto delizioso le porzioni sono molto generose. I luoghi intorno all'hotel sono anche buoni e una grande esperienza per gli stranieri molto benvenuti e un grande luogo per i bambini. Ci sono tonnellate di attività e posti alimentari da vedere. L'unica migliore è forse aggiungere un mini frigo nelle stanze per tenere le bevande fredde.A parte che il posto è una grande esperienza e rilassamento del paesaggio consigliere agli stranieri di provarlo.

Quando sono venuti a ospitare amici, ho scelto l'hotel. Quando sono entrati alla porta, ho visto lo schermo di propaganda di Kunshan Marathon, e'motivo! L'aula è al settimo piano, molto nuova, sembra un nuovo hotel di recente decorazione. Vale la pena riconoscere che non ha sapore di decorazione. La stanza è anche molto pulita, i letti sono buoni, il ristorante è anche molto atmosferico, la vendita è anche consegnata da robot, la stanza è anche controllata da ”piccoli piccoli”, La sala fitness e la lavanderia sono molto convenienti, molto progettati, il cameriere è molto amichevole, vale la pena raccomandare!!!

Per questa gente sono tornato a Zhou Xiang, come tornare a casa dei miei amici, il cuore è stanco al lavoro, e sono venuto a Zhou Xiang per un giorno e dormire fino a dodici. C'è un posto vuoto alla porta del negozio. Il sole è super comodo a bere un caffè pomeriggio. Poi posso ancora fare qualche tazza con il capo e la coppia di sera. 酒店的服務不錯，該有的基本都有，飯店房間非常舒適，傢俱雖然不是時髦那種但是乾淨衞生。淋浴龍頭豁大水壓也大，真是不息水費，一個字“爽”必須點贊。早餐也是比較豐盛，吃了一次午餐是省了。他們的中餐廳菜品量給的很大，價格不貴，點菜的小夥子很耐心的講解推薦，我們喝酒聊天比較盡興用餐時間比較長人家沒有催我們，不像有些餐廳不耐煩的樣子。 去遊覽惠聚寺公園打車C操出行3公里，起步價9元，園區內熙熙攘攘的遊客井然有序，園林造景還不錯。還有台灣風味小吃街。

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

The place is sparkling clean and their amenities were really great. They have several options for breakfast and the environment is good. The surroundings area is like an ancient town so not quite appealing but the accommodation itself is good.

Molto soddisfatto di una casa, portando i bambini a Kunshan, ho scelto questa casa, prenotato con una casa di genitori divertente (in parole duplicate, il divertimento è davvero divertente!), c'è una finestra di terra in tutto il lato, che può vedere direttamente il cortile dalla stanza, l'ambiente generale è molto buono, pulito e luminoso, Il letto è molto comodo e particolarmente piace il dente della sua casa. Il suo capello morbido ～ Il condizionamento è molto forte. La notte è molto tranquillo. È molto buono dormire ～ Il piccolo giardino del cortile, il capo ha fatto il suo granturco molto delizioso!
