L'albero pulito e classico con grandi aree comuni. Il personale della reception è professionale e gentile. Forniscono un deposito bagagli gratuito. L'unica cosa inconfortabile è che i letti di bunker non hanno così tanta privacy come le tende copre metà della perla. Non forniscono asciugamani.

Il servizio è buono. I bambini giocano molto bene nella sala da gioco per bambini per due giorni consecutivi. Il giorno dopo la colazione è migliore del primo giorno. Il cavallo rotante e il piccolo treno sono grandi. La mancanza di melodia è che l'auto elettrica richiede un costo per giocare e può essere usata solo per due piccole chiavi, costose.

因社團群推薦，我們買了好幾張住宿券，因快到期了，要趕快用掉，而這次是第二次入住，分享一下兩次入住的感受… 第一次（2020年4月）～連住2晚親子房 1.廁所垃圾桶沒清，底層留了幾張衛生紙迎接我們入住！ 2.第二天外出回房，補的備品，沒有依SOP整齊擺放在浴室洗手台上，而是混一整袋隨便的丟在房間桌上。 3.我當下沒有直接反應，但退房時有特別跟櫃臺提，櫃臺反應超級冷漠，一聲歉意也沒有，可能以為我都要退房了，過客沒什麼好理的，加上整房是房務的事吧！但房間整理不好、服務不好，是飯店整體問題！ 第二次為耗住宿券，必須連住三晚 1. Check in櫃台員很冷漠，基本禮貌也沒有，我們離櫃臺一步距離，有好幾人在櫃臺裡，我們正看要找那一組辦，這些人一句詢問也沒有，像雕像一樣直直盯著你，縱使靠近，也一句話不吭，像沒溫度的機器一樣幫你制式的辦入住（建議飯店找AI或許比這些像機器的人類好）！ 2.房內的頻道表沒更新，櫃臺連電視頻道那幾台有或沒有也不清楚，小孩想看momo親子，頻道跳掉，跟櫃臺反應，態度很不耐的跟我說，我們現在全部都很忙，等有空再處理，問她們大約要等多久？更不耐回你，有空就處理，電話就掛了，我PM6:15入房就問，到我們睡前還沒處理，真是藐視客人！ 3.房間裡的馬克杯很髒就算了，有一組泡茶杯組，更是噁心，一層厚厚白色粉末的“霉”，應該是“年”以上沒洗過！ 4.今天第一晚入住四人房，安排在A棟6樓，隔音超級差，凡有人走過、跑過、講話聲，全都聽的到，好多次我以為房門沒關，走過去確認！更誇張是隔壁按門鈴聲音大到像按我們這間的門鈴。 5.今天唯一感覺好一點的是，晚上訂富胖達，店家沒給餐具，櫃臺有免洗筷跟湯匙可提供，這點還正常（其實很多飯店都有提供餐具的服務，至少這點他們也有） 第二～三晚，我們加價換親子房，還不知會發生什麼事。

Questo hotel non è situato in una zona di città calda per i viaggiatori. Check in veloce. L'atteggiamento di servizio è molto buono Lobby e bell'apparecchio e il pianoforte sul campo è molto facile da sentire. Il piano superiore ha una piscina di circa 120 centimetri profondi e nessuno usa la famiglia per fare pacchetto. I bambini sono molto felici. Non c'è spazio interno per quattro persone, ma le attrezzature confortevoli sono pulite e complete. Il secondo difetto è che il letto troppo agitato influenza il sonno del passeggero e il suono esterno è molto male.

Stay here only if the top 50 hotels in a 100 kilometer radius are full! 1) arrogant attitude. They won some sort of “most Instagram friendly hotel” because they have a pretty lobby. Now they think they’re “the sh*t”. No compromise, no hospitality. Just a “take it or leave it” attitude 2) everything is extra pay or requiring advanced booking. guests need to “pre-book” their vaunted rooftop bar. No special access for in-house guests. Gym use requires a trip to the lobby in advance 3) from online pictures you’d think all rooms had nice bathrooms. Not true. Check the fine print. Our room not only didn’t have a tub, it didn’t have a separate shower stall. Just a wet industrial bathroom 4) it seems that double beds are standard. If you don’t request you won’t get a single queen bed 5) inadequate parking. We had to park in a supermarket parking lot three blocks away because the 20 spots the hotel provided were full 6) full of screaming children. Not sure what special might be going on but hotel full of yelling families and screaming kids running around. 7) in the middle of nowhere. You can’t get anywhere interesting by foot and there are no taxis 8) And to top it all off, it’s not cheap! It’s actually one of the more expensive hotels in town

We had a great stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, with a fun foosball table, PlayStation, and an awesome breakfast and supper. The gatchapon and board game room were a unique touch that really added to the experience. The room itself was very comfortable, and I especially liked the AI assistant for added convenience.
The only downside was the location—it was a bit far from key attractions. While there was a bus stop nearby, we couldn't catch the bus due to a detour from ongoing construction or something. Despite this, it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a fun, comfortable stay!

這次透過別的網站訂兩大兩小5歲和3歲經典家庭房 不推薦給帶小朋友住宿的客人的理由是... 1.被安排了別的房型 櫃台說我這次訂的房價看起來是精緻客房.我強調說我訂的是經典家庭房還給他們看訂房確認單.但是他們說他們的家庭房分得很細然後...不理我了 他們分的多細我不知道但是至少要給我家庭房這個名字的房間住吧？ 2. 精緻客房裡面的備品都是只有兩人份 他們說因為這次訂的這房間是兩人房所以裡面的備品當然只有兩人份如果需要多的話要備註... 再次強調我這次訂的並不是精緻客房是經典家庭房！訂房網站裡寫最多可以住6人的房型！而且人數我☑的是兩大兩小四個人住 難道我還要另外備註要準備4人份的備品嗎？ 結果備品是有補給我但是房間還是沒換.越想越覺得被騙的感覺. 3.停車場是戶外.還好我們住的兩天都沒有下雨... 我還是給兩顆是因為 *房間很乾淨(但是隔音很差) *早餐的服務生服務很好.看到客人需要幫忙都主動過去協助.

魅魅力幻影Located next to the Wenhua night market, and provided all the amenities required for a normal traveller, and the check-in was smooth. The breakfast buffet provided variety of food to fuel up for the day, especially providing great options of vegetarian dishes.
Bath salt was also the highlight, giving a moment of relaxation.
However, the bath is quite small and only fits for 1 person (not even a tall one), so it was not easy for getting my partner to enjoy it together. And the wash basin looked heavily used like gonna be breaking very soon.

CChristianWI recently stayed at the Maison De Chine Hotel in Chiayi for two nights and was pleasantly surprised by the value offered. I booked one of the cheaper rooms without a window, and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a cozy sofa corner, a separate tea-making station, and a cleverly designed layout with a separate toilet, bathroom basin, shower, and bathroom area. This setup provided a level of convenience and comfort that’s hard to find at this price point.
Although I mostly used the room for sleeping, it was a great space to retreat to after a day of exploring. The reception team, especially Ken, was fantastic. They were always ready to help, whether it was organizing taxis at a moment’s notice or offering detailed information on how to catch a bus to Alishan.
One of the standout amenities was the free laundry room—an absolute lifesaver for someone like me who’s been traveling solo around Taiwan. It’s also worth mentioning the hotel’s excellent location. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the night market, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and enjoy some delicious street food. There’s a cheap and tasty breakfast cafe right across the road and a Family Mart around the corner, where you can conveniently book your HSR tickets.
Overall, my stay at Maison De Chine Hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chiayi.

UUtente ospiteIn un 10-minute camminare alla stazione e al mercato notturno più un 7-11 a destra. Scegli il tipo di camera leggermente più grande con un divano all'interno che sembrava decente, ma sii consapevole che c'è davvero zero di controllo del suono! Abbiamo 2 camere che sperano di dormire meglio senza disturbarsi l'uno dall'altro, ma nessuno di noi ha dormito molto bene perché si può sentire la gente vicino alla porta parlare e guardare la TV molto chiaramente oltre a quelli che camminano in passato nella sala, vicino a terra dormendo, come e il rumore del traffico. Anche quando è ”quieto” c'è un rumore costante umido dalla sala. Forniscono un'orecchina, ma non consiglio di rimanere qui se vuoi dormire bene. Una delle camere ha anche profumato molto forte di qualcosa come una soluzione di pulizia nonostante la nostra La ricezione era molto utile per aiutarci a cambiare le stanze immediatamente. La doccia era quasi calda e molto debole.

UUtente ospiteI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner.
The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops.
My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!

UUtente ospiteL'ostello ha una buona posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al bus a Alishan. La colazione è molto fondamentale ma un'opzione o cibo stradale e un 7-11 non sono lontani. La camera femminile è incredibilmente piccola per un letto di sei. E accanto a nessun deposito, quindi il bagaglio è letteralmente ovunque nella stanza con il trucco già nella stanza. Il bagno in suite è un'opzione, ma è anche piccolo e la sezione doccia è quasi sopra il bacino e il bagno. L'AC è modesta in camera ma aiuta perché l'intero ostello è caldo e umido tutto il giorno e la notte. I letti sono semi confortevoli ma hanno cortine di privacy che erano belle. WiFi è solido in ostello anche. Nonostante il caldo tempo e le dolorosamente piccole camere, non mi sembra che l'ostello abbia preso molte precauzioni intorno al virus COVID-19. L’ostello non era stato davvero pulito o disinfettato, nessun sapone reale fuori dal principale bagno di cucina, solo una piccola bottiglia di sanitatore per la gente per pulire le mani. E solo un membro del personale indossava maschere. In ogni altro ostello che ho soggiornato a Taiwan fa molto di più per rendere gli ospiti si sentono comodi durante questo tempo difficile. DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!
