WWanderfieVery nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

UUnicornvenThe room was rather small but still gave a feeling of coziness. Everyone there was friendly, and the receptionist were patient and willing to help with any inquires. The buffet style breakfast was amazing, showcasing local Swiss pastry delight, would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for an accessible and welcoming hotel.

MMy DangLa stanza era molto pulita e accogliente. Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e supportivo. Mi hanno anche dato un biglietto per il trasporto gratuito a Interlaken durante il mio soggiorno. Il caffè era disponibile gratuitamente nella sala. La posizione è stata conveniente per andare alla stazione ferroviaria Interlaken West!

UUtente anonimo1st time visit Interlaken, I choose to stay at Interlaken Ost. After checking red notes found Interlaken West more popular peoples to stay at that area, there are more restaurants there. Just few minutes walk from the train station towards the hotel. Checking in time is at 16:00, hope this could change. The hotel display lots of vintage items, nice breakfast and good customer service

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è molto attento, molto pulito e confortevole. Mi sento come un hotel con una coppia operante. Anche se la scala non è molto grande, la sensazione di soggiorno è molto buona. La nostra stanza è a tre livelli. C'è un grande balcone all'aperto. È possibile vedere i turisti che giocano divertenti sulla montagna volare nel cielo, molto felice, Ci sono caffè e tè nella stanza, ci sono anche le latte calde, il capo ha un servizio attento e caldo.

MMohamed ThavylL'appartamento ha una bella vista sulla montagna da due lati, offre una bella esperienza di Interlaken. Le opzioni per la colazione sono limitate, ma la qualità complessiva è buona.
Il personale del ristorante è molto utile e il personale della reception è estremamente amichevole e supportante. Grazie speciali a Christian e Hadeer il loro caldo benvenuto ci ha resi confortevoli fin dall'inizio, e per loro abbiamo deciso di prenotare questo hotel.
La loro gentilezza e i sorrisi che ci hanno dato ogni volta che ci incontrammo, hanno toccato i nostri cuori, e abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno.

LLyanne92L'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Interlaken West, a circa 10-minute passeggiata. C'è un supermercato Coop in viaggio, che è molto conveniente. In generale, la posizione è piuttosto buona.
Il check-in era veloce e tranquillo, e il personale del desk era molto amichevole e utile. Il colazione era incluso e era un semplice colazione continentale, ma ancora bello e soddisfacente.
La stanza era pulita e ben mantenuta. Tuttavia, la mia stanza era situata nella parte posteriore dell'edificio. Ho scelto questo hotel principalmente perché era annunciato come avere una vista sulla montagna. Dal balcone, si può vedere la montagna... ma solo il bordo della stessa 😂
In generale, un piacevole soggiorno con buon servizio e posizione, ma la vista sulla montagna era un po' limitata rispetto alle aspettative.
