Definitely the best hotel in the center of Bangkok. The swimming pool is the best u can find in this area, the room is quiet with huge bathroom, services is top one, everyone has been very kind and helpful, they sent me a email right after the check to inform me that I’ve left some items in the room, and when I come back they helped me with huge smile and kindness. Overall, whether if you’ll like Bangkok or not, you’ll like this hotel.

Wie immer meine Rede : es ist kein Familien Hotel aber für ein Single oder Pärchen was nur 2-3 Tage in Bangkok bleibt, eine günstige Alternative. Vor dem Hotel stehen Abends sehr viele Frauen die in den Club unter dem Hotel möchten. Wir waren nach unseren Urlaub nochmal 2 Tage in Bangkok und uns diesmal das 5 Sterne Hotel vom Anfang der Reise in Bangkok ersparen was uns sehr enttäuscht hatte (380€ 3 Nächte). Das Ruamchitt kenne ich aus Reisen von früher und es war immer in Ordnung für einen kleinen Preis. Habe diesmal ca. 95€ bezahlt für 2 Nächte und Late check out (18 Uhr) (Deluxe Room) . Man darf natürlich nicht zu viel erwarten aber zum übernachten reicht es aus. Was dringend repariert werden muss oder ausgetauscht : - Dusche hat kein Wasserdruck - Fenster könnten etwas mehr Dämmung gegen den Lärm vertragen - der Pool wurde renoviert aber die Liegen und Auflagen müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. - die Dusche am Pool ist sehr ramponiert, diese könnte auch erneuert werden. - am Zimmer war nur ein Nachttisch Ansonsten ist das Hotel super für diesen Preis und ich würde auch das 5te mal wieder kommen :) Die Bar vom Hotel im Lobby Bereich ist für ein Getränk zwischen durch immer schon cool gewesen. In front of the hotel in the evening there are many women who want to go to the club under the hotel. We were after our vacation again 2 days in Bangkok and save us this time the 5 star hotel from the beginning of the trip in Bangkok what had disappointed us very much (380€ 3 nights). The Ruamchitt I know from trips from earlier and it was always fine for a small price. Paid this time about 95€ for 2 nights and late check out (6pm) (Deluxe Room). Of course you can't expect too much but it's enough for an overnight stay. What urgently needs to be repaired or replaced: - Shower has no water pressure - Windows could use a little more insolation against the noise. - the pool was renovated but the sunbeds and cushions would have to be replaced urgently. - the shower at the pool is very battered, this could also be renewed. - there was only one bedside table in the room Otherwise, the hotel is great for this price and I would come again the 5th time :) The bar of the hotel in the lobby area has always been cool for a drink in between. Ci siamo stati per 9 giorni. Il check-in non è stato agevole e piacevole: La chiave fornita non può aprire la stanza, alla fine hanno deciso di cambiare la stanza dopo aver riprovato due volte ma hanno comunque fallito. (Siamo andati avanti e indietro tra la camera e la parte anteriore 3 volte). Ma la doccia della nuova stanza non funziona bene (non esce acqua calda). Si è scoperto che abbiamo cambiato la camera per la seconda volta. Una delle reception non è così professionale. E non si sono scusati né hanno fornito alcun compenso per questo inconveniente. PS a causa dei lavori in corso, la sera e la mattina, a volte fuori era rumoroso.

Vivevamo in questo spazioso appartamento per un mese. Ha una grande cucina, soggiorno, camera da letto, e una bagno pulita con bagno. I piatti giornalieri e servizi di pulizia della stanza sono forniti, che permette di cucinare anche. La posizione è fantastica, con numerosi 7-11s, ristoranti, e Asok BTS in prossimità di Sukhumvit.

Come suggerisce il titolo, c'è un grande ma a questo hotel. Quasi tutto il personale dalla ricezione fino alle ragazze da casa, tutti mostrano così tanta atteggiamento..! La maggior parte di loro sono sorpresi. Certo che si salutano in modo normale in Thailandia, ma si può dire che è solo una formalità e preferiscono fare qualcosa di diverso. Ho trovato che fosse molto triste perché un nuovo visitatore in Thailandia (come me) ha sentito che è la ”terra dei sorridere”, ma poi si arriva a questo hotel e si accoglie con piacere dal personale. Ho sentito gli ospiti dire al personale di non gridare...!L'impazienza sembra correre attraverso le vene di tutti coloro che lavorano lì. Ho imparato rapidamente che il modo migliore per affrontare il personale è non chiedere niente di loro. Basicamente lasciarli da soli e quindi non avrai atteggiamento in cambio. Forse sono diventati giade. Qualunque sia la ragione, non ha posto nell'industria dell'ospitalità. La gestione deve guardare seriamente a questo problema. La posizione e la vicinanza a tutto è per questo che ho dato questo hotel 3 punti

Seconda permanenza, molto diversa dall'ultima volta. • ha prenotato lo stesso tipo di stanza ma ha una più piccola? • ha prenotato un letto matrimoniale ma ha ricevuto 2 letti gemelli messi in 1. E' stato un po' strano pensare di tornare indietro a causa di buone esperienze precedenti.

Very accommodating staff and personnel. Easy access to food deliveries. Clean and safe room. Excellent service at a great price with very beautiful ambiance of the place. We are very happy and grateful for the place to acquire our needs.

Amore quanto è conveniente. Il personale parla eccellente inglese. Ho chiamato il contatore per controllare il mio riscaldatore d'acqua da doccia alle 1:00, hanno mandato un tecnico e immediatamente risolvere il problema. Mi piacerebbe rimanere di nuovo. Lo amo!

This was the second time for us to stay in this hotel, because the location is really convenient, hotel staffs are nice, although the hotel is not big but quiet, clean and cheaper than the same level hotels. We did not add breakfast this time but the breakfast buffet is nice and the room service foods are also good this time. We prefer to stay in this hotel again for the next stay at Bangkok. Thank you so much.

La camera era davvero pulita e luminosa.Il letto è davvero abbastanza grande per due persone.Mi piaceva davvero la piscina e la vista era davvero incredibile alla notte, dal momento che l'hotel è intorno al centro della città.Il personale è davvero utile e amichevole.Sono certamente Mi sono divertito laggiù e mi sarei fermato quando sono tornato a visitare Bangkok.È un posto per rimanere reale se ti piace la vita notturna di Bangkok dal momento che è vicino alla maggior parte delle attrazioni.
