Bella camera loft grande, con splendida vista dal balcone e dalla camera stessa. Un grande vantaggio con gli elettrodomestici disponibili per cucinare in modo leggero o conservare le bevande nel frigorifero. Il livello della camera da letto è grande con un'ampia area studio. Tuttavia sarebbe meglio se il letto king size potesse essere sistemato nello spazioso appartamento. Nel complesso, godetevi la sistemazione spaziosa e la buona quantità di opzioni di cibo nelle vicinanze?

Amazing stay although it was just 1 night. Will definitely do it again! Same as the other reviews, the floor was a little bit sticky. Maybe should mop it thoroughly. I also feel that amenities is 4/5 stars as they mentioned that there’s both microwave oven and oven but there’s only microwave oven. Another thing is there isn’t any bidets in the toilets 😢

Efficient clearing of rubbish at the lift landing. Could have left a Big SULO bin instead of letting guests leave it next to the recycling bins. Enjoyed my stay. Should not have removed the vending machines. It allowed guests to buy tit bits and drinks back then.

beli gud location which is close to transport, food and supermarket. remember to bring your own room slippers cos floor abit sticky lol

I got a free upgrade to grand loft. Very appreciative of the hotel mgt. The room is big n nice and the balcony is big too. The hotel service staff are all friendly n helpful. Will stay again in future .

Floor looks dirty with stains. No comb provided and this hotel is extremely stingy with providing toiletries. The better hotels I have booked for extended stays are willing to provide extra toiletries. But for Citadines Fusionopolis, you literally have to beg them for it. And the Chinese lady at the reception has very very bad attitude. Was rude and unhelpful. Woman, nobody wants to see your black face on what is supposed to be a relaxing holiday. And if you are not customer oriented, do us all a favour - don’t be in the service industry. Whereas in contrast the other Filipino lady was friendlier and made me feel more at ease talking to her. The Filipino lady greeted each time we walk past. The Chinese lady has a lot to learn from her colleague.

Easy to go MRT with sheltered route. Staff are very helpful.

Room was small not as expected. the floor at level 1 was sticky. tv was placed not comfortable level to watch from bed but channels was good though. Citadines Balestier is better for me.

Swimming pool and the facilities was great. The bed was comfortable too.

Pros • Good location surrounded lots of food. • Two bathrooms, shower and bathtub • Friendly staffs Cons • Dining table is magnetic, while eating food almost spilled for few times • Sofa is uncomfortable • Spotted hairs inside the bedsheet • No soundproof in room • TV is not smart tv unable connect to Netflix but there are many channels to watch
