L'hotel è grandioso e le strutture sono sopra la media. La camera era estremamente bella, con una magnifica vista sulla città, il letto era molto comodo e il caffè era favoloso. Il bagno era il doppio delle dimensioni degli altri hotel. L'acqua della piscina era cristallina. Il deposito cauzionale è di 2000 Baht al momento del check-in. Il personale era per lo più oltre l'eccellente. Sono stati molto disponibili e tutti erano educati. Grazie per il soggiorno incantevole. Vorrei avere più tempo per soggiornare in questo hotel.

Super spacious and great location, by Asok BTS. Plenty of massage shops around, as well as eateries and convenience shops. The breakfast had a huge range and really good quality. The fitness room was well equipped with dumbbells up to 20kg. The swimming area was well laid out, with enough space between guests.

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, la colazione è abbastanza buona, con un'ampia varietà di varietà, e la posizione è ok. Ci vogliono 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana. Accanto c'è un ristorante 7 Tsai e un piatto caldo ristorante di fronte. Ha un buon sapore!

Great location. We had a small incident with the guard on arrival as the parking is a little confusing when you first arrive. The staff at the hotel was very respectful and gave us complimentary breakfast as a thank you for the incident. It is very cozy and quiet based on where it’s located. Highly recommended to stay.

在MCC看演出訂的酒店，步行過去大約10分鐘，挺方便的。酒店雖然離市區比較遠，但是很方便，周邊都是當地美食，酒店房間很乾凈，大小也很ok。

Questa è la mia prima volta che sono rimasto a Chatrium Grand Hotel, e certamente non sarà l'ultima. Da check-in all'out, il servizio era eccezionale. La posizione è molto conveniente, situato vicino ai negozi popolari. Il personale era sempre sorridente e amichevole, facendoci sentire davvero benvenuti durante il nostro soggiorno. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, offrendo un ambiente confortevole. È particolarmente adatto per i viaggiatori di sesso femminile, poiché ci sono guardie di sicurezza in diversi punti che portano all'hotel, assicurando una sicurezza di esperienza. Questo rendeva davvero la nostra permanenza memorabile.

Il Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok è davvero un hotel impressionante. Fin dal momento in cui si entra nella hall, si percepisce un forte senso di modernità e di moda. Il personale di servizio è sempre cordiale e pronto ad assistervi per qualsiasi esigenza, facendovi sentire come a casa. Nel complesso, il Twin Towers Hotel non solo offre un'esperienza di soggiorno di alta qualità, ma presenta anche un'atmosfera moderna e accogliente. Si tratta davvero di una scelta di alloggio da non perdere durante il vostro viaggio a Bangkok.

Ascott Embassy Sathorn (not to be confused with another Ascott down the road) truly lives up to it’s 5-star rating. Service was excellent. Staff upon check-in reminded me the benefits of being an asr member, amenities they offer at the hotel, including the free shuttle to the BTS, pool, gym, bar and top-floor restaurant. The room was very spacious. It had a king-size bed and a sofa as well. All the amenities you need are there - toiletries, dryers, fridge, etc. I even requested an iron / board which they provided quickly. It is always kept clean and tidy especially when you return from your travels around the city, it’s always nice to sleep in a well kept bed. Had breakfast at the top floor one day and there were a lot of good choices and since it is at the top floor, very nice views! I also love the infinity pool they have. Refreshing after a sunny trip around the city. The hotel is walking distance to Silom MRT station or Sala Daeng BTS station, but they also offer a free shuttle to either Silom Complex or the BTS. The area is generally walkable with wide enough sidewalks, Lumphini Park is a 20 minute walk away. Put on sunscreen as the Bangkok sun can be harsh. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel, the party place is in Silom area. There is a nearby park (Lumphini), and a large mall just opened right beside the park called One Bangkok. The area is dotted with massage parlors and spa. For business travelers, the business district is also nearby, but I think the other Ascott hotel can serve you better in that regard as it is nearer. Still the business district is just 10 minutes away by foot. For its price, it’s a bit steep than usual Bangkok hotels, but I you get the value out of it. Highly recommended, a 5/5 for me. I’m down to stay here again even if Bangkok is quite a competitive space for hotels.

La reception era attenta e il check-in è stato veloce. La camera era perfettamente pulita e la vista era molto bella. Il letto era comodo e l'aria condizionata Daikin era silenziosa ed efficiente. Il ristorante per la colazione era molto affollato e affollato alle 8 del mattino, quindi consiglierei ai viaggiatori di evitare questa ”ora di punta” se possibile. Era a circa 8-10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione MRT, a 5 minuti a piedi dal negozio Central Dept ea solo una passerella dal supermercato Lotus. Ma potrebbe diventare un po' goffo camminare sotto la pioggia perché non c'erano ripari lungo la strada. Per questo prezzo prenderei sicuramente in considerazione l'idea di tornarci.

The staffs care only about foreigners, a Thai person as myself always got ignored by the staffs. When I drive into the hotel, there was no security guard at all and when I parked my car, no staffs were there to offer me help to or tell me where the lobby is. The signs were confusing. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, they don’t change the bedsheets or bathrobes at all, I came back to still found the dirty bathrobe I left on the floor being picked up and hanged back on the door hook. I wouldn’t trust them for the cleanliness of the room after seeing this. The room is not soundproof at all, you can hear all the sounds outside in the hallway and I can even see the light from the hallway all night so it didn’t offer me even the basic like goodnight of sleep for 3 days because all I can hear is the other rooms’ door closing sound all night for 3 nights. Even worse, the policy is no smoking but I can smell smoking everyday that I stayed here. I told the staffs 3 times but they didn’t take any action at all. Until the last night, I came back early and saw the room next to my room openly smoking in their room. Plus My room lights also all went out when I inserted my keycard, I thought my keycard was faulty so I went down to the lobby to change my keycard and complaint to the staffs about the smoking and the loud sound. They offer apologies and they said they would take action about the smoking. They even have the audacity to ask me why I don’t tell them earlier and do I know which room smoke. I’m a woman staying here alone, even if I heard or smell anything, would I dare to go out of my room to check? Common sense right? At last they resolved the smoking issues because when I went back to my room after I complained, the room next door was shut tight but I came back to my room still unclean (at this point it was 5pm already and I left my room at 8am, plenty of time to clean my room). The lights still wouldn’t turn on, I tried calling them from the room line but the staffs wouldn’t pick up the phone. I had to go out of my room to find the housekeeper and had them call someone to fix this. Half an hour later, the handyman showed up, told me he needed 1-1.5 hours to get this fix and proceeded to ask me if I hade some business to run. I said fine because I had some appointment and I would be back around 8-9 pm. I came back at around 10pm, I asked the lobby staffs if my room got fixed already, they said yes and please go check it myself if the lights came back, if not they would change the room for me. So I got back to my room. I was lying down ready to go to sleep when, tada!, the room’s light and ac went out again. I called them from the room line again, lucky they picked up this time, I told them I would like to get my room changed. They said would send staffs to help me move my stuffs. I cleaned up my things while waiting for staff to show up and show me a new room (during this time, the light came back and went out repeatedly for 2-3 time). I had to wait for them for 10 minutes at 11am. They moved my stuffs to the new room in the same floor but a bit smaller room. I wanted to get my sleep so I didn’t complain about the room being smaller and not what I had paid for. I got to go to sleep at about 12-1 am. In the morning, at around 11am they called me asking me would I be checking out today. I mean they wouldn’t even offer me late checkout for what I had to really because of your faulty electricity and all the problems that had occurred while I was staying here. I wouldn’t stay here again😤.
