It is located in a good location. It is convenient to move around and the staff is kind. There are many good restaurants nearby!!

Nice hotel near to shops and markets The bigger shops are about a20 minutes taxi or bike taxi which is. an experience but cheap away Studio had all necessary amenities ie washing machine h cook facilities should you need them when its s torrential rain outside Shops are well stocked and good prices

It is by far one of the best hotel I have stayed in Bangkok. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The only down-side is that the nearest BTS is 10 minutes walk away. However, the surrounding amenities compliment the shortfall. There are plenty of shopping centres and very nice food around. There is probably a free shuttle to the BTS station, which I didn't have the chance to confirm during the stay. Overall, the staying experience is wonderfil and I will definitely return again.

Good location in middle of thonglor. Booked the suite room with a small balcony, living room and nice bathtub.

Hotel was great, nothing to complain about at all. Had great staff and cleaning was amazing each day. Location was its biggest plus, very central but still quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was a 3.5/5 but still very good

[Duplicated from my review on Google] May at the front desk was an excellent representation of the company and gently coaxed me to register for the ASR membership in order to grant me a late check-out by 90 minutes which was duly honoured. It was a slight disappointment however that the hotel looked better on the outside than on the inside. The beds were quite hard, though not the worst I’ve had, and the water pressure in the showers were average but acceptable. Other than that, the rooms were big and spacious, serviced apartment style with a full-sized refrigerator, sofa, washing machine and microwave, with an excellent view of the bustling neighbourhood. Location can be said to be subjective, it’s a bit of a walk from the subway station (~12 min) as compared to Hotels Nikko & JAL City which are considerably nearer. That said, Somerset is closer to the hip and buzzing areas of the Thonglor district, which house numerous bars, restaurants, entertainment and nightlife establishments. Having put up at Somerset Ekkamai earlier this year, one thing is for certain - Somerset Thonglor is definitely a cut above it’s sister hotel in Ekkamai.

As always excellent stay whether for business or family. The only issue for the trip is the basin that didn’t drains well, the nozzle of the eco-washer was coated with waste and not cleaned. All else aside, I will give it a 4.5/5.

Stayed here 2x; once in January 2024 and again in March. Rooms are spacious compared to price and other hotels. Room is January was a little dated and TV was in strange location compared to the sitting area. Room in March was renovated and MUCH MUCH better. Nice to have kitchen area to chill wine, make coffee and bring leftovers back. Location is super for those who like Thonglor area--great restaurants, massage and stores. Pool area and fitness center are nice and have nice dressing/shower areas. Breakfast buffet is solid; not great, but has all the basics. I split time between here and hotels in Soi 39-49 area so I get different eating options. Solid choice

A lovely hotel with incredibly friendly staff. The location is very good for the bts in one direction or fun nightlife in the other direction. Good facilities with a lovely pool and mini gym. It's not the cheapest choice around but still good value for money and the service is top notch.

They have nice pool and the room is spacious! The pool opens until 11pm which means that you can enjoy night swimming

my family like the modern design and high ceiling. the staff are helpful as always.

Nice infinity pool, rooms are spacious and got everything you might need.
