Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. I have checked about your comment and I’m afraid you have caused a damage in the room which you need to pay for it as a standard procedure in all hotels. I understand the prices may be different from the online prices and also it’s not the same Items, Hotels purchase the decoration items from a design company which of course is much expensive because its custom design for the hotel.
