La stanza è buona con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, anche se una piastrella mancava dopo la pulizia del giorno dopo, ma è stata sostituita lo stesso giorno dopo il feedback. Fuori dalla stanza, i tappeti hanno un odore di muffa. L'accesso al bancone al piano terra è costituito da scale e gli scarafaggi vagavano al piano terra. La hall dell'ascensore era nascosta in un angolo. Ma nel complesso non ci si può lamentare per quel prezzo e quella posizione. Il divano nella hall sembrava avere un odore sgradevole Il personale era estremamente cordiale

The hotel surrounding is under renovation and very dusty and untidy. The bath tub is small and the washing basin is slightly clogged

When checking out, the person at the counter had to go up to my room to do a check before coming back down to check us out. It took a while. And the 1000 baht deposit has to be in cash, cannot use card. Room was dated

Quick check-in and check-out. Convenience store nearby - also walking distance to Siam Mall. Hotel currently undergoing renovation with signage that loud works will be carried out between 10am - 3pm only.

The electricity shut down and THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY GENERATOR. We used the staircase to go down and it was COMPLETELY DARK. NO SIGNAGES OF OR EMERGENCY EXIT. WE REALLY GOT SCARED AND NERVOUSE ON WHAT IS HAPPENING. THEY JUST TOLD US TO WAIT. THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO CHECK ROOMS FOR SAFETY REASONS 🤦🏼♀️ THEY HAD ONLY 1 FLASHLIGHT IN THE LOBBY 😂

Very close to areas like pratunam and Siam. These are with walking distance

location was very convenient. the outside of the hotel was not the best visually but the room we stayed at was very nice and spacious. i wished the rooms had more light tho as we felt like it was a bit dark at times. hotel lacked amenities tho but staff were friendly. overall a great stay and would think about booking again.

Very good location in Bangkok, close to everything. The hotel is good for people traveling in a budget. Still very beautiful though and the hotel staff are very friendly and ready to help you

Pleasant stay. Room was clean enough. Went during the earthquake period. Good that its only 5 floor so it was not affected. Only use the stairs. Stay is very near to platinum mall and below have 7 11. **becareful and check the bottles when you check in. I was charged for a bottle where i did not open at all. Cap was open but i did not even touch it. ***

The location is excellent. The service is good but I find the amenities incomplete.

Tissues are not available in the room as well as coffee and tea. Sofa at lobby area shall be upgraded.

The room was big and spacious. The bed is comfortable and the cleaning service does a good job daily. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is literally on a side road next to platinum fashion mall and then a 10 minute walk from Centeral world and ultimately Siam Square. It’s a very convenient location… everything you need is around. If you’re in Bangkok for shopping it’s an ideal location.

The hotel is ok. You get what you paid for. It’s suitable with the price tho since it was pretty cheap consider location
