Ci siamo stati per 9 giorni. Il check-in non è stato agevole e piacevole: La chiave fornita non può aprire la stanza, alla fine hanno deciso di cambiare la stanza dopo aver riprovato due volte ma hanno comunque fallito. (Siamo andati avanti e indietro tra la camera e la parte anteriore 3 volte). Ma la doccia della nuova stanza non funziona bene (non esce acqua calda). Si è scoperto che abbiamo cambiato la camera per la seconda volta. Una delle reception non è così professionale. E non si sono scusati né hanno fornito alcun compenso per questo inconveniente. PS a causa dei lavori in corso, la sera e la mattina, a volte fuori era rumoroso.

Location is great but I found many roaches in the room. When I called the reception, they did not have extra room to swap mine hence only pesticide was used.

It was a relatively good experience as this is my second stay there. The Main Street is a little noisy but it’s central location

Clean and big rooms. 5mins walk to BTS station. Very convenient

Amazing location in the heart of Sukhumvit. Plenty restaurants and bars in close vicinity of the hotel . The hotel room is clean and well equipped. Highly recommend this hotel for anymore considering visiting Bangkok.

At firs hotel gave me room on level 9. Oh my god, corridor cover with tend for construction because some rooms are in renovation, they should not offer this floor to customers. Went into the room, flooring so dirty and look at the toilet, nothing to say, stain along the wall and floor, so ugly. Door not hand lock at night time window cover with green tent. They should not offer such room to customers. They just tried with customer patient and cleanliness. I am ready to give up my 3 night stay here if they don’t change the room for me. Luckily I called reception and they changed me to room on level 5, which is acceptable compared to the price. No service at all, I brought my luggage to the room by myself. Very scare to stay at night as a solo gravelly for this hotel. Imagine room no manual lock when u slept. What I can say, reception saw you are a solo traveler, they tried to test your patient and cleanliness if they could sell their ugly room or not. I have few photo of the floor and room on level 9.

Overall good experience

The location is very good, close to everything. The service is excellent, the reception staff are wonderful, and the food is varied and good. I recommend this wonderful hotel.

Manhattan Hotel Bangkok (Sukhumvit) is situated in central, almost every places is within reach from here. The hotel is slightly hidden from the main road, which may be a good thing from traffic noises and crowds. Situated between Na Na and Asok stations on BTS blue line with sheltered skywalk linking many shopping malls. Terminal 21 shopping mall is just under 5mins walk, which houses many kinds of shopping experience and foods.

Service is good at the check in counter. Well for the facilities. Look good. For the breakfast need to do some improvement. Especially on the food, noodles did not top up in time, sunny side eggs and prepare early and making the eggs to be cold.

Great location, easy access to both BTS Nana and Asoke stations. Will stay again when visit Bangkok next time.
