The location is superb! There's a few malls around as well as restaurants. Supermarket is located at 1st floor. The hotel provides the lounge area too.

Not many shops are open 31Dec to 1Jan. Rooms are comfortable. Lounge on 5th floor is comfortable, and coffee is good.

The hotel location & service was good. Except the noise from train from 6-23:00. Also the bathroom was cold not sure is it due to top floor

Sheltered all the way from utsunomiya station.. even though it's right by train station, the room we had was extremely quiet. The decor and lightings abit dark. Coin laundry available. Overall,we appreciate the convenience of the location as it's surrounded by malls. We walked 6 mins to the car rental place to explore Nikko. There's also light rail station ( just a few stops to Bell Sakura onsen)

The hotel is very close to JR station and a few shopping malls in that area. Room is clean and tidy.
