There was black mold in the ice. The room was dirty.

The front desk service was pretty rude! The room was alright but service not so much!

Great place to stay with great location They also have a good little breakfast

This hotel was dirty and had a bad smell to the place. The shower and toilet was not working properly. The hallway and room carpet was nasty and not cleaned. I was told that the pool was not to be used. The WiFi also had problems. One of the worst places I ever stayed. The pictures are nothing like this place looks. No cancel policy, if you book you have no way of getting your money back.

床單很臟，通知了也不打掃!

一進去樓道就是臭烘烘的味道，裏面房間床單被罩都是漏洞的，臟兮兮，地面地毯更不用説，同樣的臟，衞生間超級馬桶歪的，裏面水都不乾淨。進去十分鐘，換地方不住了。雖然不能退錢。那也住不下去。

My husband and I come every 2 weeks tp stay. We love the friendly service and treatment we have received each time. Because we're older, and there's not an elevator, we were given an upgrade to a room on the 1st floor. We were fine climbing the stairs but the lady insisted moving us to the first floor

When we got to the hotel they had already given our room away so we had to get one in non-smoking which was okay until we started to use the sink and it leaked Non-Stop it was all over the floor and we ended up having to use our towels the two that were in there to get it all mopped up and then they wouldn't give us more towels to bathe with, on top of that we ended up fixing the toilet because every time you flush it it would just keep running and running and running and it was so loud we just got tired of it and fixed it ourselves.

There’s no elevator, you will have to climb stairs. Tub backed up while trying to shower. Blood on the comforter on the bed. Two of the lamps were broken and not working. I will not recommend anyone that I know to stay there. Hotel across the street is better

False advertising. No fitness center or pool. The breakfast was stale bagels , no jelly or cream cheese. The owner/ manager Bob was extremely rude! The room was nasty and smelly. The back door doesn’t lock and there are scary people hanging out in the stairwell. I highly DONT recommend!!!

The staff was very nice and helpful but the place was dirty inside and outside I understand that they are remodeling but certain things cannot be helped but picking up the trash and vacuuming could help

I was exposed to covid and had to cancel and the INDIAN guy was so rude to me. There is no need for rudeness

Had to go out and buy pillow cases and sheets and blanket and towels .... everything was dirty

The photos online did not look like what I paid for.The carpet walking towards my room was dirty. The comforter in my first room was dirty. You gave me another room and it was worst. Dirty comforter with holes. No Wi-Fi, No towel in the bathroom to place on the floor by the shower. Only one bar of soap for the shower. The only good review I’ll have to say is the air conditioner worked good. The front desk lady was friendly.
