L'hotel è vecchio e sporco. Non ci sono servizi come quelli elencati su Trip.com. Al personale non interessa e cercherà di negare la richiesta dell'ospite. nessuna pulizia domestica difficile da comunicare Non consiglierei di soggiornare qui se vuoi comodità. Non molto colpito

Good location, this is a condominium not hotel be aware of check in time, in the night time no staff have to call to staff and ensure you can get the key. Room is ok but please note parking here they charge the cost need to get parking card from staff and ensure with security guard that your parking lot is free of charge or need to pay extra!

Lobby looked posh and luxurious. Location was not exactly near to bts, about 20-30mins walk Check in was swift, but room was with foul smell, had to open windows the whole day. Aircon leaking, features in room were worn. Some lights were already fused but left unchanged. Bathroom trap and sink were choked causing ponding with just less than 5 mins shower. Low water pressure, water is cold (no warm water in bath), flies in the room. Bed was extremely hard, you can literally feel the coil poking your back! Walk way to the room is very dark, don’t feel safe at all. TV not working, tried contacting hotel staff via WhatsApp and WeChat for remote assistance during office hour and after office hour but no response at all! Even until today after few days! Check out early the next morning because it just doesn’t feel safe to get out of the room at night. For the price, you can definitely get hotel of better quality and location.

This my 2nd times I stay in Ivy, Location is good. Staff is friendly, they ever remember me when I check in. Will come back again for my next trip.

TOTALLY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. Location wise, surroundings happenings, shops etc. I thought its a bathtub but it’s actually a Jacuzzi! Totally recommend for couples families and friends. Staff is nice too! but if you checkin late after office hour maybe want to inform them.

인근에 밥먹을곳 많아서 좋습니다 직원들 친절하고 청소는 별로입니다
