The horrendous hotel to stay. It was more like a nightclub. The only thing that was good about it.Is the location Didn't get a single good night's sleep because of the music pumping all night.Until the morning.There's about 3 nightclubs inside this hotel.I would never Recommend anyone to stay at the so called hotel/motel/night/club! Shocking!

Eravamo in palestra. Zoloto. La grande palestra all'8 piano dell'hotel Ramme dispone di tutte le attrezzature sportive. È pulito e ha un buon odore. Buona posizione nel centro città! Il nostro allenatore Artur è stato attento e severo! Quindi grazie 👍👍 la mia raccomandazione! Torneremo con i miei amici

personale non professionale quando sono andato al bar tailandese ONYX nessuno è venuto a prendere il mio ordine ero lì ad aspettare circa 30 minuti, c'erano 2 membri del personale, una ragazza e un ragazzo che parlava arabo insieme a un senior, penso che sia supervisore o manager, dovresti guidarli come lavorare nel settore alberghiero.

Property doesn't provide good blankets or hot water. Hot water is not coming and I informed multiple times in reception where they said they are going to send people however no one turned up. Blankets are spoiled, Foul smell and rust everywhere in bathroom.

How does a 40 yrs old get 4 star rating? Must have bribed someone to get it. In comparison to other hotels of the same class in Dubai, this is certainly NOT a good hotel. Firstly I couldn't sleep because of the noise and the beat from the night club in the same building which goes on until 3:30am! The windows also did a poor job blocking car sounds and horns from outside. Secondly the hotel breakfast was aweful, consisting of expired bread, and a bunch of cheap potato options. Thirdly the safe wasn't working in my room which is very important to me. And finally the hotel guests were inconsiderate , I heard some woman screaming in middle of the night from one of the rooms and also people arguing and shouting on the corridors after 12:00 am.

Not a clean hotel,it's dirty . Not at all meant for family to stay . Very bad service. Ramee Royal ,Dubai is having Russian dance club.The hotel didn't have good vibes ,vulgarly dressed Russian girls ,drunk bachelor men roaming around in the hotel . Worst was when a hotel guy knocked at our door at 1 am in the night without any prior notice demanding some absurd amount of money and started arguing.We were totally scared after this incident couldn't sleep entire night. Felt very unsafe in the hotel during our stay . The hotel staff declined to give basic scissors that we needed to cut out suitcase ziplock.So,staff was not co operative or helpful at all. Housekeeping didn't clean the room properly .Food ( Aloo paratha ) was below average with no Aloo in it and costed a bomb.

Booking was cancelled. Got through a bad situation. No other way to get to the hotel on high price

We went to stay for 2 nights as location was good I didn’t try there food but the breakfast was okay the employees was polite and humble asked everytime that we need something the room was good for that price it was clean well with all the amenities Only disappointment was that they didn’t clean the room for whole day when we were not there,as it was informed to do and it is not family friendly,good for bachelor,okay for couples besides all these things stay was good.
