Luxury Hotel, not so luxurious. - Pick up to and from hotel €50 This is standard and was excellent! - The front desk clerk was super nice and showed me exactly where to go to get to the local market. - I walked into the room and immediately noticed how big it was! This was so nice. But, upon closer inspection, as I settled in, there were handprints on the light fixtures, the door handle to the balcony was very loose and you had to slam the door to get it to turn. The chair is stained and cracks in the walls. - View from the balcony is a beautiful mosque. But, that is about it. - The hotel needs more insulation as 1. the prayer calls are VERY loud and you will 100% hear every note. Beautiful but loud and 2. It is in the direct path of the arrivals runway to IST airport with HUGE planes flying over every 2 - 3 minutes until around midnight and starting up again around 4:45 am. - They provided 4 bottles of water! SO GREAT!! - Full-stocked packets of coffee and tea. :) - I needed assistance turning on the hot tub, yes a hot tub in the room was super cool but loud, and I called and was told 10 minutes. After about 45 minutes I called again and the receptionist apologized for forgetting to tell his colleague and the colleague came within 5 minutes to help. So, overall it was OK for the price. I will not stay again as I travel for business and stay in Arnavutkoy a lot while in transit and I've stayed at nicer places :/
