really love the moose hotel. the location is perfect exactly in the downtown area and its near iga supermarket and bus stop. the outdoor hot pool is so lovely at the top of the hotel with the view of Banff mountain . there is a laundry coins The staff also really nice :) will coming back for sure

The hotel locate nearby the bus stop that take a few minutes to Banff downtown. There provided everything and the hot pool is great. Affordable price and nice decoration, recommend!!

We stayed here 4 nights at the end of a 2 week touring holiday in Canada.Rooms were comfortable and complimentary breakfast was good and varied to suit most tastes. Staff were helpful and efficient . 2 nice hot tubs, a cold plunge pool and dry sauna in the courtyard .Underground paid garage but you can park for free in the street behind the hotel. Free s’mores between 4-7 were delicious . It’s on the edge off town but Roam transport stop is close by and seniors pay $1 each way on route 1 which saves parking ! Hotel also has a guest laundry. Nice toiletries in bathroom too. Can recommend.

This was a disappointing stay. The contract was for a private bathroom. The wash basin was in the main room and doubled as a sink. No definition of private bathroom has the wash basin outside the toilet/shower room. There was a constant vibration from the large fans / generator directly outside the window. This went on all night with the window shut. We raised this and were told ‘it’s for the whole complex so we can’t turn it off’ and “it’s next door and not on our property so we can’t do anything about it.” “You need to keep the window shut as it’s soundproof.” We did and it wasn’t. We asked how to manage the heat in the room. The toilet/ shower was like a sauna and the rest of the room was very hot. The advice was turn off the thermostat (it wasn’t on), put on the airconditioner (all night!?) and open the window. See above re shutting the window against compressor noise. There were no other rooms we could be moved to for our remaining stay of two nights and ‘housekeeping didn’t like it if guests stay single nights’, ‘if we have another room you’ll be the first to know’ All in all we felt dismissed. The inconveniences in the room and the terrible attitude of the staff were far short of expectations for a room of around $500 per night. Congratulations to Marwan and his Czech colleague who helped get maintenance reduce the heat. But a rip off for the price.

Un hotel fantastico. Fairmont Golden Eating room / salone è impressionante. Grande piscina interna 33m e fantastiche viste sulle montagne circostanti e il fiume Bow. dall'hotel. Questo è un bel, classicamente stilizzato, costoso e impressionante. Il parcheggio auto è a 3 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Prendi un autobus di 10 minuti a Banff Ave. I biglietti per gli ospiti sono complimentari. Banff è una città molto pittoresca e vale la pena visitare. La via Banff punta direttamente alla montagna Cascade per una vista sorprendente ogni volta che si cammina per la strada.

This was a very comfortable, well-managed hotel. The staff willingly changed our room when we asked to move from the first floor. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again! Price was high, but going rate in Banff.
