Hotel a Ban Waen, Tailandia

My family and I have had a wonderful experience at North Hill City Resort. This is our first time here, but it won't be our last. The accommodations are lovely and even more attractive given that this hotel is relatively small and has a lovely boutique flavor. Everything worked perfectly in our rooms, and the showers are impressive in and of themselves with multiple jets of water that can soothe your aching muscles after a long round or two of golf at the world-class golf course (literally) 100 paces away from one of the entrances of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We were also pleasantly surprised by how efficient and cost-effective room service was. All of our food came promptly and was hot and delicious, which has not been my experience of most hotels in my years of travel. The one improvement I would make would be to the breakfast buffet, which was very good, but limited. All the food was well prepared and delicious, but if there were more options that would be helpful. Mostly, however, it was the generosity of the staff which was most impressive. Under the leadership of the resort manager, Mr. Pholkrit Poenmunkong, we were exceptionally well cared for by all staff members, but, in particular, by Mr. Poenmunkong and the front desk staff of Nada, Ploy, and Chainoi. Mr. Poenmunkong was warm and generous with his time. He greeted my young son with a formal handshake which helped him feel very proud. During our stay, he also ensured that we had everything we needed to make our experience exceptional. The front desk staff was an exquisite example of people going ”above and beyond” to help us feel at home. When you're in a new city, small things matter, and whether it was Nada making sure my four-year-old had his hat (or carrots to feed the rabbits), Ploy ensuring that we took the correct shuttles to the correct places, or Chainoi making sure we had fresh towels and teaching us archery, we felt their warmth and their competence, which was a gift. What happened as I type this review is an example of this generous hospitality. I am sitting in the hotel cafe writing this review and Nada (who works with the front desk staff), unsolicited, greeted me warmly and brought me a delicious drink, which was quite thoughtful and appreciated. This is the type of service we've experienced North Hill City Resort and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great hotel, with delicious food and amazing hospitality.

First of all thanks you for perfect corporate and the best hotel accommodations for our family, whenever go to Chiangmai must select this place, clean , best location . Will never feel you are in the city. Natural around your hotel. Many places near by such Chiangmai zoo . Flora park . And the hotel have amazing coffee shop . There are grab taxi available easy to call from application, and the price is not expensive if compare with the size and how wonderful this place you will feel the value of money you spend you get more benefits from this place. Breakfast is enough for everyone. One more thing ! This place made your sleeping time very deeppppppp be careful you might lost your trip if you not wake up from the bed. We miss you content villa

L'albergo era fantastico. La camera era incantevole, solo una persona che serviva al bar, ha rinunciato ad aspettare di essere servita dopo 20 minuti, quindi è andata altrove, non per colpa sua, solo a corto di personale. La piscina era enorme, necessita solo di un aggiornamento e mancanza di lettini, a parte questo ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglierei.

Se si arriva a Chiang Mai, si dovrebbe certamente rimanere in un luogo simile.Questo posto è a circa 10 km dalla zona dove si trovano i mercati notturni. E'un grande senso venire qui dopo aver divertito la folla, come un posto dal cielo, solo il suono degli uccelli e dei cricket. La prima cosa che vedi quando si sveglia è un giardino meraviglioso. La piscina è molto piacevole ma vorrei che non fosse vicino a 8... il personale è amichevole e gentile. le camere sono pulite e molto bello. Questo è il posto dove voglio tornare. Grazie per tutto 🌸

Interesting resort. The gate is too simple and frugal that we were a bit disappointed when we saw it in the taxi. But when you go through the glass restaurant, you’ll find a new jungle garden world. Good gardening and swimming pool. However the room facilities are a little old, especially the bathroom which should be renovated. Btw there are many funny exploration restaurants, farms and places near the resort.

Amazing location and great view from my balcony ! There are quite a few of cafes and restos around, walkable distance from Baangawat which is a cultural hub with young local handcraft booths and vegetarian café. Walkable distance to Wat Ram Poeng, cozy monestery with vipassana for locals and foreign visitors. Enjoyed the view from my balcony of the mountain of Doi Suthep :) enjoyed a nice dip in the pool too~ Nice neat stay with reasonable price. Thanks so much!

La zona di Nimman è un buon posto in cui soggiornare, a circa 10 minuti dalla zona della città vecchia, ma è tranquilla e silenziosa. L'hotel è grande e il servizio è ottimo. Le viste sulla piscina sul tetto erano incredibili. Ci sono anche saloni per massaggi e 7-11 a pochi passi dall'hotel, quindi era comodo procurarsi degli spuntini.

Grande hotel a Chiangmai. E' veramente nuovo e moderno. Il servizio è buono, ha un semplice colazione ogni giorno per fornirvi l'energia prima di scoprire Chiangmai. La stanza è pulita, calda e il personale riempirà l'acqua e la tovagliola al mattino e al pomeriggio. La cosa migliore che mi piace è l'ambiente. Ma una cosa negativa è la posizione.È conveniente con chi ha un trasporto. E l'hotel non supporterà affittare per voi, quindi pianificare o cercare alcuni negozi che sono affittate la bicicletta o l'auto. Tutto bene, suggerisco questo hotel ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia.

Un problema da denunciare è l'aggiornamento a triplo condivisione pagando 150++ sgd ma in realtà è una camera gemella superiore solo un extra bianchetta n pillow. Non ci sono letti aggiuntivi. Senti ingannato.

Il hotel è molto pulito e pulito, il giardino esterno e la piscina sono bellissimi per godermi.
