My trip ended since September 2021, at that time when i checked out of the hotel, i thought i would give them 1 star, or even 0 star if having, but i was convinced myself of being calm to go back later for unbiased reviews, and until today it's a pity to say that I can't still give them more than 2 stars after everything we had experienced in Toscana Hotel La Casetta. At the beginning I discussed so clearly with the booking staff that my husband and I wanted to book their room for 2 weeks for our anniversary vacation. They offered me a cheaper room under 50 square meters but I refused. I chose the ” nicer and larger ”, accepted to pay more with hope we would have a great trip. I sent some pictures of the room and they 100% confirmed that we would be accommodated in that kind of room. But finally, in reality we wouldn't. The very first night when we checked in, I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to unpack my stuffs because the room was different from what we saw in the photos. They claimed this room type was for 4 people but really for 2 of us it was not enough, 1 wardrobe was so old and small, my husband had to put his clothes on the extra bed. There was only 1 sink which was so small and dirty while in the picture it should be 2 separate sinks. Toilet, shower very old and extremely dirty. The mezzanine of the room was lack of sofa, completely not the same which what we wanted to book and pay for. We arrived at the hotel when their restaurant was closed, there was no microwave in the room and the surroundings were quiet. We were forced to eat cold food that we brought with and that night I had a stomach ache because of that. The next day I had to call the manager asking him to take us to the correct room that we booked, they cooperated, and it turned out to be an even worse room with a very bad air conditioner, noisy like a plow, I think I've read a few comments here from another guests about the noise of the AC also. They even knew that and arranged a fan just in case, but sorry we didnt spend money to use the fan, right? After discussing again, my husband said we couldnt get the money back anyway, then try to stay and make the room better. We decided to ” help them to help us ”, clean and rearrange the room with the aim of trying to enjoy our vacation together. We went to the supermarket to buy dishes, cutlery, napkins, garbage bags... Honestly I was not satisfied at all but tried to bear it. A few days later, I called their restaurant to order room service. I asked for pad Thai, and extra onion. It was so stupid that the restaurant staff who spoke English pretty well didn't understand what oinion was, she told me ” im sorry Madam i dont know what onion meant ”. I got angry and canceled the order. The last time was at noon when I had an urgent matter to contact the reception, I called the front desk 8 times, called the manager's number 3 times, both by the phone installed in the room and by the mobile phone, calling them contin

Overrated and overpriced, the 2 words that sums it all. Read on and the details will reveal. We were in the Boribot Forest Pool Villa going at the very rare promotional rate of abouts USD 130 this season. Room was exceptionally large no doubt, air conditioning was working well to battle the tropical heat. Toilet was a cordon off area but was lacking was a bathtub. The outdoor area was vast, but other than the small plunge pool tastily imbued with a fountain and a swing, there was nothing else. There was no view at all, but that meant ultimate privacy for one that seeks. So, the stay will be ultimately suitable for couple activities all day long since there is nothing else to do. It is not at all for a workcation due to a lack of in-room amenities (more about this later), and not so much suitable for family with children. Viewing the resort from Google Maps, you can see about 8 units in Boribot. So, the upside is this place gives exclusive vibes. There will not be a crowd. Above the restaurant, there is the Boribot Panoramic Suite. There will be no pool, but they do have a jacuzzi. The view is supposed to be better, but cables crisscrossed the narrow panorama to big mountain beyond. Next to the restaurant and adjoining the main infinity pool is the Biorobot House with Pool Access. That offered no privacy to the residence as I could watch their occupants out early in their pajamas on their front porch, and them pool playing during the afternoon in full view from the restaurant and lobby area. All these units were going for the same price. With 30 USD or more, will be the Boribot Mountain View Villa, claiming to have a good view to the mountain. And then there is the Boribot Mountain View Signature Villa with Private Pool at twice the price, with a larger pool and with a view. We were given a room near to the main road. This road that leads to Wang Nam Kaew is popular with droning big bikes, vroom of sports car and loud lorries. What peace? None. Road noise starts 430 am in the morning. I got a feeling promo means we were given the not so desirable rooms. So, not being able to sleep since 430 am, I headed to their common restaurant to do some work. As to why not just work in the room? Well, back in our room, the Internet access was terrible. I had issues downloading, my child could not do her Zoom online classes, wife had issues accessing office applications and my Teams meetings failed. We had to resort to moving all our computer related staffs to the restaurant whenever it was time for work or meetings. Getting a good Speedtest result does not mean streaming works well. Complaining to the reception did not help. If Biorobot ever comes up with a stay-and-work package, I will be the first to leave bad comments, lots of it. In addition to bad internet access, the rooms are not catered for a workcation. Scrivo questa recensione mentre sono seduto nel balcone della stanza, è eccellente e tranquilla. Il tempo, l'atmosfera e il servizio dell'hotel parlano da soli. Questo è sicuramente il mio miglior hotel finora, anche se è considerato vecchio da molti, ma la camera, il servizio e il cibo è eccellente. Non può raccomandare abbastanza di esso. Non guardare più per voi rimanere in Khao yai, è solo grande. Valore per soldi e tranquillo.

In questo luogo, il proprietario di Francofilo Versailles deve essere stato il suo posto, anche oggi sembra grande nonostante gli edifici in declino, le strade sovraccariche e il giardino superficiale. Molto consigliabile di rimanere alle nuove residenze ali sul retro, che sono molto nuove. I principali edifici del resort sono in uno stato di pesantezza e sembrano avere squatter in essi, vedendo dalla lavanderia in uscita. Solo la denuncia era quella del telefono del lobby deserto che non si fermò finché non ho preso le cose nelle mie mani e ho tolto il ricevitore dalla linea. Più tardi qualcuno ha messo il ricevitore indietro e ha iniziato a chiamare di nuovo, questa volta ho sbloccato la linea ma lasciato discretamente sotto il telefono, così nessuno può dire.

Quando siamo arrivati a questo ”hotel” non aveva una ricezione. Ci siamo guidati intorno alla proprietà e in un momento abbiamo visto la nostra residenza. Un membro del personale ci ha avvicinato e abbiamo passato attraverso le formalità con lei utilizzando Google Translate. La casa di vetro. Non è stata operata una sola lampada a letto e l'aria condizionata è un dispositivo di 2 a 1 a 1 metri. I bagni e la doccia sono molto piccoli e il bagno non si è spruzzato. La signora ha fissato il bagno, ma non le lampade! Tutte le informazioni sono in Thai fino al menu e incluso. Quindi sembra più un posto per Thai poi per gli stranieri. La piscina è lontano dal nostro soggiorno netto le tende ansmd è 2 a 3cm. Nessun sedie, niente! Hanno suggerito di prendere la macchina!!! Abbiamo ordinato dal menu e era delizioso! Dopo che siamo tornati all'inizio della serata, la nostra stanza non era pulita. Il dipendente con Google traduttore ha detto che sta venendo, ma non succede. Quindi i piatti sporchi e coppe abbiamo messo fuori. Dopo la richiesta abbiamo avuto tazze e bicchieri puliti. Dopo un minuto era andata. La mattina dopo siamo andati e siamo stati davvero sorpresi. Non è un hotel, non ha servizio e abbiamo avuto zero informazioni

Siamo stati sconvolti per sapere che la velocità della stanza è di 9000 bati per notte. Grazie trip.com per il furto! Questo è un altro alloggio 6 stelle che è al di là della scala. It’s located at the end of the road of an area which provides the privacy and peace. The room and the pool are 🤩 Per la prima volta, con miele fresco per colazione, ci sono alpacasi che sono bellissimi, a differenza di quelli in alcune attrazioni. Se non fosse per un viaggio pre-arrangement, avremmo prolungato il nostro soggiorno. Il mio amico ha detto che saremo tornati per un'occasione speciale ✨ Forse at the new extension which looks like there will be a cluster of villas.
