I am a frequent Hilton customer and Hilton Honors member, but will avoid this particular hotel in the future. My family stayed here as part of a block of rooms my niece reserved for her wedding The rooms and views were beautiful, and most of the staff were very friendly; however, we were absolutely shocked and appalled as to how the bar manager treated our wedding guests the Friday night before the wedding. My niece had called in advance and was assured the bar/restaurant could accommodate our crowd, as we came in from all over the U.S. for the event. Instead, the bar manager seemed thoroughly annoyed and bothered all night, and began yelling at some of the guests to MOVE away from the entrance, even though we were not blocking anyone from entry. While the bar apparently closes at 11 pm, we were told by the bartenders at 10:15 that the manager announced it was last call. We are not an unruly group. We were just enjoying some drinks and each other’s company since we rarely get the chance to see each other. (My son and I had just been through Hurricane Milton and were just happy to be safe with family.) My brother-in-law civilly asked if he could inquire about the early closing with the bar manager, who then came over loudly announcing that if anyone wanted to know her name, it was Lanesha, and that she would be happy to spell it if someone wanted to complain. My sister, the mother of the bride, also attempted to calmly speak to her privately, explaining that it was her daughter’s wedding, and that her behavior was making us feel unwelcome, and that it seemed like she was angry with us. The manager was apparently very offended by the use of the word “angry,” and became immediately irate, introducing a discussion about race into a situation that had nothing to do with race. She then walked over to the check-in desk and told the receptionist there to tell us to all quiet down and began turning the lights on and off to make us leave. Many had already left at that point, and the few who remained were simply dumbfounded as to what was happening. We asked the bartenders (most who seemed terribly embarrassed) what we had done to offend anyone, and they just uncomfortably explained they thought it might just be a difference in the way people communicate. I then tried to speak to the manager myself, informing her that I would be leaving reviews detailing this incident, to which she responded that she was “being harassed” and was now calling security. Security??? Again, just absolutely shocked—as this was completely unnecessary. To my knowledge, at no time did anyone other than the manager raise their voice or behave in a way that was inappropriate or threatening (check the security video should there be any doubt). The handful of us left walked outside as security showed up. Together, the manager stood laughing with them, clearly unintimidated in any way. This is a beautiful hotel, close to Inner Harbor activities and sports stadiums. From the moment I arrived and throughout my stay all of the staff were VERY helpful. I would particularly like to recognize Folu O., from the night staff who helped me after another hotel cancelled my reservation. Recognizing my situation, he gave me nice room and a late checkout, so my granddaughter could enjoy the aquarium, and giving us an easy checkout in the afternoon.

Questa è la prima volta che vengo in questo hotel, mi sono sentito molto ben accolto, il personale era super gentile e professionale, pulito. Mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio, la camera era fantastica, il bagno era fantastico, non volevo lasciare ciò che amavo era che il mio nome era sulla TV, tornerò sicuramente presto.

We've stayed here before and enjoyed it, so we chose this as our hotel when visiting the area again. However, this hotel is lacking in several ways, one of them is service. We arrived in the evening and the elderly valet came out, not to help, but to tell us we couldn't park in the courtyard. We were going to valet, so we weren't parking but going to unload our luggage as we did last time. As we began unloading, the man came out pulling the luggage cart I was going to get. As he was rolling it our way, someone walked into the courtyard distracting him and he let go of the cart still in motion, walked off, and allowed the cart to ram into our new car. I was loading the cart, I told him we would do it, he took over and put my $500 carryon on the top where it wasn't secure, pulled the cart and sent it flying. My luggage went rolling leaving gashes in all sides of it. We rented a mobility scooter delivered to the hotel and the same valet didn't understand what the customer service clerk kept telling him, which was to retrieve the scooter from the valet closet. Finally, he figured it out, went to the closet and did not understand how to turn it on. Because of this, I had to walk to the closet on my crutches, go inside, and find the scooter. Once in, I asked for the key, no one knew what I was talking about. We eventually made it to the room and the same man asked if we wanted our luggage left in the hall? No, we wanted it in the suite, so he pulled the cart in. We asked about the mini fridge, he said there had to be one but he didn't know where. Upon checkout, we wanted in the room over an hour for the cart that never showed. Every time we called, they put us on hold and never picked up. I went down on my crutches where one attendant was just sitting, asked for a cart, the cart was brought and left in the lobby. I couldn't take it up w my crutches, so the person I was with had to come down and get it. I requested the car, no one brought it around, so we eventually were able to leave at 12:10PM after being ready to leave at 10:30AM. I love the space in the suites, but the poor service was unacceptable, and we will stay elsewhere next time.

Hotel Revival is a beautiful work of art and the blending of styles (Victorian-Modern-1920s) is aesthetically pleasing, from the lobby to the hallways, to the rooms. The main light fixture in the room is very modern & interesting, akin to a fancy desk lamp, and I especially like the black-and-white bathroom, and the shower is extremely relaxing. The pillows are nice and fluffy, and I enjoyed an extended rest. The valet staff is very friendly, chivalrous, and timely, the front desk attendants are welcoming and helpful, and the bell hop is very personable, and began placing our luggage on a cart upon arrival before we could even ask! I most definitely plan to return!
