Hotel in zona yayasan pelestari penyu, Bali

This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

Vorrei lodare Anom e Novi per essere buoni nel loro lavoro. Anom mi aiuta molto a essere familiare in questo luogo e Novi ha introdotto diversi prodotti alimentari indonesiani. Sono così amichevoli e hanno un ottimo servizio clienti!

Questa volta ero in una stanza senza finestre, quindi non potevo dire se fosse giorno o notte. Quando effettui una prenotazione, dovresti essere in grado di scegliere se c'è o meno una finestra.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Un ottimo hotel. Dalla camera all'ambiente dell'hotel, anche la piscina è molto grande. Non è assolutamente un problema soggiornare in hotel per un giorno o due. La biancheria da letto in camera è molto confortevole e ho dormito molto bene Ci sono molti supermercati e ristoranti nella zona, ma ci sono molte persone e macchine dall'altra parte della strada. La spiaggia è proprio dall'altra parte della strada, ma non è consigliabile. È sporca e sembra che non ci sia nessuno in acqua È ancora possibile scattare foto da lontano. È molto vicino all'aeroporto. Il volo parte intorno alle 8 del mattino e ci vogliono 20 minuti per arrivare alle 6.

La stanza è relativamente compatta Lo spazio non è grande ma un po' piccolo Perché durante il check-in è successo qualcosa di spiacevole Check-in alle 11:00 Poiché il bambino andrà a fare surf sulla spiaggia di fronte, è arrivato il momento dell'appuntamento Comunicate e negoziate se potete andare in camera per mettere prima i bagagli e lasciare che i bambini si mettano prima i costumi da bagno. La signora alla reception si è semplicemente rifiutata. Insisti per le pulizie per un'ora prima di poter effettuare il check-in Mi ha anche chiesto di andare in bagno per cambiarmi i vestiti. Più tardi, l'hotel ha scritto un biglietto di scuse nella stanza e ha regalato ai bambini dei cioccolatini. all'ora del pasto del giorno successivo C'è una ragazza che sembra una manager Anche le scuse verbali sono considerate sincere. Ho anche chiesto l'orario per fare il check-out e andare in aeroporto e il mio check-out è stato prolungato fino alle 13:00. Di sopra nel centro commerciale Ma il centro commerciale è molto grande ed è composto da diversi edifici circolari, il che rende facile confondersi. È un po' confuso girare per il centro commerciale dall'hotel alla strada. Il centro commerciale non sembra avere linee guida. Si consiglia all'hotel di predisporre alcuni segnali di orientamento Complessivamente La posizione è comoda e relativamente nuova La colazione è ricca e anche l'atteggiamento del personale del ristorante è OK. Il direttore del ristorante ha eccellenti capacità comunicative Dopo aver chiacchierato con un altro tavolo, ha festeggiato il compleanno dell'ospite🎉 Complessivamente Coloro che amano il surf a Kuta Beach È conveniente scegliere qui È comodo sia che tu stia cenando, visitando un bar o andando in spiaggia.

Il Dripz Coffee sotto l'effettivo Eden Hotel offre un grande caffè più cibo, snack ecc. Amichevole e utile personale!!Abbiamo avuto molti colazioni all'Eden Hotel - molto bello e grande valore!! Abbiamo avuto colazione americana, e c'è anche un'opzione per un buffet. Grazie a molti utenti, tra cui Juni, Ari Arum e Satria dal Dripz Coffee.

First of all, the staff in this resort are exceptional. From the reception desk to the restaurants, they are all very helpful, friendly and genuine. Special shout out to Rias at the reception desk, Julio at the Marriott concierge desk, Novi, Widi, Pasek and the chef at the Tanat Liat Restaurant, Astika the activity coordinator, and more who I'm sorry I didn't copy their names. They all made the resort an unforgettable place for their guests! The hotel only opened last year that's why everything is brand new. The swimming pools are so relaxing. The activities schedule is so much fun. There are 4 nights a week they offer free cocktails and they were delicious! The breakfast buffet in the Backstage restaurant is impressive, there were even ice cream for breakfast! Do not miss out the Tanat Liat restaurant, which apparently is the top restaurant in Bali on Tripadvisor. Food was exceptional, staff were excellent! The hotel is not located by the beach. But they have a shuttle bus schedule going to their hotel private beach at Nusa Dua. I will definitely be returning to this resort when I go to Bali again!
