This resort has great potential, but lacks managerial oversight. From my initial communications with them to my last airport transfer booking, I experienced issues with communication. Initially I had wanted to book a yoga retreat, but didn't get any kind of response for a few weeks. Eventually I found a phone number that I could use for WhatsApp, but then they wouldn't upgrade my reservation. Which in hindsight is just as well, as I was able to attend the amazing yoga classes, but had the freedom to go elsewhere for meals, spa treatments and activities. None of the aforementioned were particularly stellar at De Moksha, with the activities such as tours being of rather questionable quality. The best thing about De Moksha is the yoga teachers - they are each special in their own way, and attending classes was the highlight of my trip. The villa's don't look quite as in the photo's - the ”luxury” accommodation is in need of an update. Cleanliness could also be improved - the bathroom was never really clean, nor was the patio. Amenities are great - toiletries are eco friendly, and coffee and tea replenished daily. But overall the accommodation was just a little tired, as were the spa facilities. The swimming pools are lovely though, as are the yoga shalas. As the rate I paid for the accommodation was quite reasonable, I am happy to accept the standards at De Moksha. However, the poor guest communication means that I will not recommend this resort for anything but their yoga. There were constant issues with miscommunication, including being asked to pay bills twice, and ever-more expensive quotations for the same airport transfer. No apologies were offered, and I was informed that I couldn't speak to a manager, as it was outside office hours. However, over the next 2 days there was still no response from management. As a manager I would have liked to hear these comments first-hand rather than reading them in a review. I would suggest some form of satisfaction survey, so that management keeps abreast of clients' experiences. They don't seem to be out and about in the resort. In conclusion I would highly recommend the yoga classes, but would advise to stay elsewhere unless you find a really good offer on De Moksha's accommodation.

La stanza era spaziosa e confortevole, ma non esattamente in una zona turistica. Era circondato da un giardino muro, c’era un grande tubo, una doccia all’interno e all’esterno, c’era anche un’area aperta, un minibar, con un sacco di spazio per le bottiglie d’acqua. Abbiamo mangiato un certo numero di pasti nel ristorante.Abbiamo ricevuto un colazione complimentare, probabilmente legato alla nostra durata di soggiorno. Il colazione era in generale buona, ma le piastre di frutta avevano in gran parte frutta non matura, che era una delusione. La cena era di solito buona. Il curry verde era una delusione, ma il satai era buono. Mia moglie amava anche il bacino. La piscina era buona per la piscina e la palestra era piccola, ma tutto funzionava. Sono state fornite diverse attività libere, tra cui un massaggio gratuito del collo e spalle 15' che superava le nostre aspettative, una navetta libera, in particolare a Canggu e al tempio di Tanah Lot, e biciclette libere. le strade non sono così piacevoli. Canggu è una zona turistica, e molto piena. Non troppo piacevole, ma è stato utile per individuare alcune questioni di visto, e ha buoni ristoranti e spa. Anche molto piacevole camminare lungo la spiaggia più vuota, Solo un bu giù di bu litro in posti. È sorprendente che ci fossero pochi mosquiti.

What an amazing experience. To sleep through the night with the sound of the crashing waves 🌊, to dine under the stars and to wake up with the ocean just at the tip of your door was just incredible. We will definitely be back for more! Service was also impeccable and the rooms were immaculate.

Abbiamo soggiornato in alcune aree di bali a 5 stelle e consigliamo fortemente di soggiornare a Nirjhara come è un'esperienza boutique unica, la struttura è di nuova qualità con incredibile design e piccole dettagli attenzione, grande cibo a casa ristorante, La spiaggia è un piacevole surf vicino all'hotel con buona vicinanza al centro di Canggu, grandi attività e esperienze offerte, nonché trattamenti spa, una grande esperienze hotel di 5 stelle. Attendiamo il nostro prossimo viaggio a Bali per tornare a nirjhara.

Rispetto ai vicini alberi, il prezzo è abbastanza competitivo, e le camere e le strutture sono molto pulite, circondate da campi di giardino, e si sente molto tranquillo. Il posto più cattivo è che non c'è spazzola sotto la porta. La stanza è molto calda. Il bagno è molto comodo. La temperatura dell'acqua è anche alta. E'adeguato per rilassarsi dopo il ritorno dalla spiaggia
