Hotel in zona Jogglo Viewpoint, Bali

D’Byas si trova proprio al di sopra della spiaggia del sogno, che è molto segreta. È solo dieci minuti a piedi dalle lacrime del diavolo, ma non c’è molto altro vicino. Se si affitta una moto, la posizione non è una questione, ma camminare sarebbe un po' difficile da raggiungere ovunque. Il doccia dell'hotel non ha acqua calda costante, quindi abbiamo finito di prendere docce fredde ogni giorno, che non è davvero un problema nel calore Bali, ma preferibile evitare. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto bello e in grado di soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze, ma l'hotel è un po' lontano, quindi c'è una quantità limitata di servizi accessibili. La prossima volta, probabilmente, trasferiremo tutto il Lembongan, ma se rimaniamo su questa isola, potremo considerare questo hotel per la bella vista sulla spiaggia e la seclusione. Anche la piscina è piccola ma bella!

Bernie e io siamo rimasti a Akah Cottages per poco meno di una settimana e sono stati piacevolmente sorpresi dal livello elevato di ospite e servizio clienti fornito dal proprietario e dal suo personale. Le camere sono state ben mantenute e hanno dimostrato l'amore per la proprietà stessa. Dopo aver soggiornato nel presunto '5-star' alloggio a Bali, questi hotel ricchi non sono arrivati vicino a Akah in termini di vera attenzione ai dettagli, cura e servizio clienti. Il nostro ospite era bello e sicuramente torneremo indietro. Grazie per averci preso così bene cura di noi! Olivia & Bernie

This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

The hotel and amnenities was great . However during check in , I had a really unpleasant experience. I had booked a room with a king sized bed , however the staff offered a deluxe room with a terrace and double beds , stating there was no king size beds available. This was when to my dismay , the manager named Mr Wija stepped in and was extremely rude to us,treating us like fools eventhough I asked politely if we could get a king sized bed as booked. He was furious about our request and raised his voice to tell us NO UPGRADE WILL BE GIVEN eventhough I never asked for one .It left me with a distasteful feeling the entire stay. Please do better Mr Wija, a hotel manager of a 5 star esteemed hotel shouldn’t behave the way you did

La tipologia base della camera di Qianba è più vecchia e i piani inferiori sono più umidi, le mele sul piatto di frutta fornito avevano segni di denti. Il cibo nel ristorante italiano è buono ma l'ambiente è un po' buio; il ristorante cinese è buono ma anche affollato, e ogni sera ci sono stranieri che fanno festa e fanno rumore dopo aver bevuto troppo; la colazione è molto varia ma il cibo è meno delizioso; , e non è soddisfacente perché ci sono molti bambini. Ma è estremamente popolare. In breve, è adatto a viaggi in famiglia a cui non importa l'a**osfera. Se siete una coppia, potrebbe essere adatto per un hotel in stile villa. Il vicino samabe è buono. Costa mille yuan in più ma ne vale la pena soldi.

Hotel assolutamente bellissimo. Il posto più grande e impressionante in cui siamo mai stati. Il livello del servizio e dell'assistenza era ben oltre ciò che avremmo potuto immaginare. Le piscine e la spiaggia sono eccellenti. Abbiamo visitato alcune altre zone e le spiagge erano piuttosto sporche e per niente piacevoli, quindi abbiamo davvero apprezzato quanto fosse ben tenuta la nostra. Le nostre uniche lamentele (puramente per poter migliorare l'ultimo% 10) sarebbero: Alcune aree erano piuttosto sporche. Sembrava che pensassero che nessuno avrebbe guardato lì, quindi perché preoccuparsi La spa era molto bella, soprattutto il design, ma sembrava piuttosto frettolosa e non così attenta come potrebbe essere. Abbiamo predisposto anche il bagno all'aperto al termine del massaggio, ma non è stato molto piacevole a causa dello stato della vasca stessa. Il cibo è OK. Decisamente non è affatto male. Ma va bene. La nostra camera aveva una porta fastidiosa per collegare 2 stanze insieme, il che è molto obsoleto e piuttosto fastidioso in quanto c'è praticamente un buco aperto tra le stanze. I nostri vicini erano molto rumorosi e potevamo sentire tutto, compresi i loro bambini urlanti. Sentirai anche tutto al piano di sopra, inclusa la casa che tiene i carri che vanno lungo i corridoi. Non so perché, ma sfortunatamente era decisamente piuttosto rumoroso. Nel complesso, comunque, un hotel molto, molto carino e altamente raccomandato. E ancora, il personale era eccezionale.

The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is a beautiful resort with a lot to offer. The beach is nice and relaxing. The serving staff on the beach was quick and friendly! The food and service at the breezes restaurant was good. All of the staff was very welcoming and polite. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I love the noodle/soup station. The waffles and pancakes were sweet. The fresh juice options were delicious. I loved how they were willing to bring anything we order to tables. The Breezes lounge staff were very polite and friendly! The fish dishes were scrumptious. We also enjoyed hookah there for a couple of nights and they used fresh fruit which was nice! The hotel provided us with an adapter, for our chargers, which was very helpful. We didn’t use the buggy pickup and drop off service much as our Villa was in walking distance to everything. The main pools were at a good temperature same as the one in our Villa. I really appreciated that they allowed us to check in early as our room was available. The high and low tides of the beach were great! We were able to enjoy both! Although I had a great stay, there are a few things that were under high praise. 1. We booked the pavilion villa with a private pool. The private Villa pool we were assigned was not actually private. We shared the pool with one other villa. So that was a huge disappointment since it was advertised as a private pool. 2. I understand it is a nice resort but I felt the prices for restaurants were tad bit high. Many things were overpriced. 3. At the Beach Grill, you cannot receive ice water you have to purchase their bottled water products. Also, we were very disappointed in the surf and turf buffet offered on Thursdays. It was advertised as a full feast of surf and turf however, you were given the option of choosing one main entree. There was hardly a variety of food options and the limited Buffett sides, as it was advertised as a beach Bbq buffet. They were very accommodating to the grill the few cold shrimps we chose off the buffet. Besides these things, my stay was very relaxing and fun! I enjoyed my vacation as it wasn’t first time to visit Bali but this resort.

I would like to commend Anom and Novi for being good on their job. Anom helps me a lot for me to be familiar in the place and Novi introduced different Indonesian Foods. They are so friendly and have excellent customer service!

Un posto bellissimo con tanto potenziale ma.... Durante la nostra prima notte, abbiamo sentito un topo che girava sul tetto per tutta la notte. Ci siamo svegliati e abbiamo trovato cacca di topo ovunque, anche vicino al letto. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera e non abbiamo sentito più nulla di notte dopo aver cambiato la nostra stanza, ma ogni mattina abbiamo trovato cacca di topo vicino al letto. Inoltre, non poter utilizzare Grab è un grosso problema. Gli autisti locali fanno pagare una quantità ridicola di denaro, quindi se hai intenzione di fare un giro nel centro di Ubud, questo resort non fa per te.

Uno dei piu bei soggiorni mai avuti. Il personale è estremamente gentile e cordiale, pronto a risolvere ogni tuo problema o richiesta. Sono stato così gentili da portarmi anche una fetta di torta per il mio compleanno. La villa è impeccabile, completa di ogni comfort. Sono stato 11 giorni e non mi è mancato nulla, ci tornerei. Grazie a tutti!
