Cleanliness of room was ok. However, we faced a problem with the toilet bowl flush in the morning on day 2. Technician came to fix, but the problem occurred again. He came to fix it again (hopefully it will work well now). E butler was very responsive. Very good service. Breakfast on the next morning was ok, just that the Buckwheat Pancakes can be a bit charred (maybe the cook can take note of it).

dated room with lots of mosquitoes. plugs were no where near bed and i have to unplug the lamp by the bedside to charge my phones. hair dryer was not strong enough. broken tiles and some small tiles dropping off the surface of the toilet wall. could have maintained it much better. staff were nice and warm .

Was 15minutes to Seminyak my bad should have looked an thought was bottom room I had knee replacement and the stairs were hell no rail I couldn’t enjoy the pool had to get breakfast in room went out where pool lounge on deck someone’s underwear hanging on it lovely big cane lounge covered in dog hair and outdoor mattresses had dirty feet marks a dog barked most of the night construction next door wasn’t informed staff were lovely and tried their hardest

I love this villa so much! Overall I’m satisfied with everything here! All staffs here so welcoming and so helpful! Bed is very comfortable to sleep! They will come to room to spray the anti mosquito spray evening time & clean the pool daytime. And they have provide Balinese full body spa in the room. But their breakfast taste is not nice😅 I think they need to make the improvement on this! Will have some communication with the staffs here because their English is not ok. Besides these overall also good! I received a souvenir from front desk staff when checked out. So warm! Thank you!

Really great service by the team at the resort. They were all friendly and helpful in making sure we have the best stay. In room dining food were tasty. Room was modern and cozy with exceptional room facilities. The only downside is the room is not noise proof. Me and my wife could not sleep until 3am due to next door neighbor was partying till 2am. Maybe we were unfortunate to get a partying neighbor that night. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our honeymoon stay at the resort and will definitely come back again.

The staff are friendly. The room is spacious. However, the cleanliness can be improved further. The furniture needs to regularly maintained too. Overall is good and we like the AI speaker the most.

Good experience stayed in Villa with private pool. Informed hotel on the occasion and the hotel staff put effort to give a birthday wording on mattress and a slice of birthday cake. Said private pool open at 7am, however we need to made a call to receptionist to remind him to turning on the pool’s pump. Ordered in room dining, and mess up the order. Simple breakfast included.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was amazing. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast came with juice and a choice of coffee or tea. Nearby convenience store - circle K. Would definitely come back to stay here!

Its a nice little resort that's conveniently located in the heart of Seminyak. Service was good and friendly. Quite a few options for breakfast. Toilet door was a bit cranky but its not major issue given the overall comfortable stay.
