酒店裝修環境還不錯，價格性價比高，缺點是蚊蟲太多了，螞蟻還在桌面上爬， 床也比較潮濕，整體比較原生態，前台服務員小姐姐人很不錯

Отель-Вилла, в хорошем месте, зелень, красота, панорама. При заезде дали номер у дороги, я отказалась, опять разговор, что нужно доплатить 100000 за ночь за номер в глубине виллы, я отказалась. Через 20 минут поиска нашли номер у бассейна. В бассейне можно плавать. Есть свободные номера, зачем этот развод и не приятный осадок, когда клиенту приятно и нравиться он приедет ещё и ещё раз. Есть выбор на завтрак, мне понравились кофе и смузи. Номер уставший большой и беленький, ванна (покрашена белой краской внутри), уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Постельное белье не меняли, только застилали кровать. Шум с дороги от байков и машин по ночам сильно слышно и ещё Караоке у лягушек и дискотека у гепонов - тут уже ничего не поделаешь, мне живность не мешает. Есть трансфер из отеля до Палас-Убуд по времени.

Ho soggiornato qui una settimana e il servizio è stato impeccabile ogni giorno e mi hanno fatto sentire a casa :) Lenzuola e asciugamani sempre puliti e profumati, staff molto cordiale e amichevole. Servizio lavanderia ottimo e anche la cucina! Vicino al centro e alle attrazioni principali ma in una zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde! Super consigliato 💯

Beautiful grounds able to watch sunset from Balcony in Jepun Villa room. The food was nice and not expensive like some hotels charge. Some of the best customer service I have had in Bali with complimentary shuttle bus to and from palace and helping me with luggage and standing outside the hotel to wave me off they were so cute! The room was clean and bed huge very comfortable. I couldn’t get enough hot water to fill the bath unfortunately. I didn’t bother telling the hotel as I was only there for 2 nights perhaps they would have been able to fix this if I had.

The staff made us feel extremely welcome. They are all so helpful and always happy to help with any requests or problems. The room was bright, airy and clean, the pool was immaculate and the grounds are beautiful. They offer great prices on local attractions and activities.

It was perfect place for me like a solo traveler . Ive choose jure 3 villa. It’s oposite side of hotel with jungle view. No people on this side. Door to door with yoga sala. Highly recommend trying yoga there. Walking to pool wherever you want. Very cost and authentic place with a view on rice field from one side and jungle another. Cleaning was every day. Shuttle service to ubud every 2 h. I took bike right there in hotel. Feels like you come to family home the team and environment. 8 on bike to ubud,

I can only recommend staying at B Saya ! What is the most special about this place is extremely kind and helpful staff . They are always around to help you and take care of you to make your holidays even more memorable . The service is excellent and on top of that the location of the villas offer incredible views over the greenery . The food is really, really good and the restaurant offers many option. We didn't want to leave . Much recommended !

This is the second time my girlfriend and I stayed here. This is clearly our favorite accommodation in Ubud. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The view from Rijasa 1 is just breathtaking. We will definitely be back a third time. Thanks again!

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s just a gorgeous place to be, the view/scenery overlooking the rice fields with lots of greenery, just love the nature. Very neat, tidy and clean place. Good breakfast, too, but above all, the people, each and every one of them … very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

The staff were really helpful although information initially was a bit scarce, they did everything that they could to make sure that we had everything that we needed Beautiful relaxing spot to stay even if it is a little out of town The hotel shuttle makes sure you can get there
