Nice stay. Friendly stay. The rooms equipped the tv, hair dryer, iron box and table. Comfy beds and clean toilets.

The room absolutely stunk of *********, the previous guests had obviously been smoking it in there and it would have been obvious to anyone cleaning the room that the room stunk I arrived late with my heavily pregnant wife and she was so exhausted she said she just wanted to go to sleep immediately so not to complain, we went to sleep and the bed was comfortable but when we woke up we both still couldn't stand the smell so left early and didn't get breakfast. I have normally had good experiences with holiday inn so it's a shame to see their standards have dropped and would put a pregnant woman in a room that stank of *****

Took quite a while to connect Wi-Fi which needs guest name and room number, and they confused my surname with first name. A long hair was found on the toilet towel! The room service lady was knocking the door as early as 9:30am. Breakfast finishes at 10:00am on Sundays which is quite early as most hotels end at 10:30am. Room is very spacious with a large double bed and enough power sockets.

Very nice hotel , included breakfast is an advantage. Room rate is competitive, considering free breakfast. Definitely will come back again.

Better to go out for breakfast.. because buffet very weak. And no window to take fresh air in the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff provided good service from arrival to departure. I had left my property behind on the desk after realising I had forgotten about it. Staff was able to keep it safely for me when I retrieve it.
