Ottimo albergo. I panorami sono semplicemente fantastici!!! La camera si affacciava sul giardino e il balcone era meraviglioso. La camera è pulita, è tutto lì, il personale è cordiale. Buone colazioni. Posto fantastico!!!❤️

Ho scelto questo hotel senza particolari aspettative, ma una volta entrati nel territorio si avverte cura e pulizia. La camera è spaziosa, pulita, la pulizia e la sostituzione degli asciugamani è rapida ed efficiente. La colazione è inclusa, ma preferisco bere un picolo e mangiare qualcosa di dolce. Due ristoranti, il cibo è delizioso, ascoltano i tuoi desideri culinari. Il personale è attento e allegro, Miguel alla reception non è solo divertente, ma risolverà rapidamente le tue domande. Raccomando .

Surroundings were beautiful as you could see the rice fields, many wonderful eateries nearby this hotel too! Breakfast was super delicious and staff here are all super friendly and nice!!

將近一千的房價,卻是國內二三百民宿的水平。床單和毛巾黑乎乎的,電水壺超小不説還不能用,不得不叫人來修。馬桶老舊,馬桶蓋左右搖晃,手紙超薄。花灑頭水亂噴。 早餐衹能點一份,很難吃飽。更令人不能接受的是,對待西方遊客彬彬有禮,對待東方人卻很怠慢,兩人早餐衹有一份餐具,另一份得自己叫服務員才給上。餐後甜品三天有兩天沒給,而比我們來得晚的西方人卻給端上來了。 我們訂了以後不滿意不能退,這種情況擱國內肯定打12315了。國人慎重!

這家酒店位置不錯,在烏布的核心區域,旁邊就是著名的普拉塔蘭酒店。 酒店年頭有點長,所以設施相對老舊一些。 酒店在一條巷子裏,不過有自己的小停車場,打車方便。 前往酒店房間有點困難,有上坡和下坡,但有服務人員幫忙運行李。 早餐是給一張紙,選你喜歡的主食,問題是量小,一般吃不飽,要兩份的話服務員不肯哈哈。

服務招待是蠻好的, 亦常有WhatsApp跟進. 可是隔音設施太差了, 晚上常被開關門聲及廁所像倒灌的聲音吵醒. 食物質素ok, 但餐廳太貼近大自然, 會有蚊釘. 我訂的是一張大床, 可他們是用兩張單人床合併而成, 中間會有空隙, 轉身時床褥會發出聲音.
