Room 302 flooded during the rain. No front desk services were available, the one security guard/doorman stationed there does not understand English. His boss/superior was not contactable during the whole fiasco. There was no available room to change, neither any offer to assist to help nor to change a room. They just wiped the dirty flood water off with body towels and shoved it in the area of the room which the ceiling was leaking. My luggage bag which I left on the floor was affected by the flood. I checked out of the hotel without completing my stay as I was already frustrated with the dirtiness and the handling of the flooding situation. Prior to the flooding, the housekeeping was slightly below standards, I did not see any housekeeping service staff for the duration which I stayed there. The soundproofing of the walls is thin, you can hear bikes going by, the next door neighbours conversing during the day and the cats in the alley wailing at night. Lights for the common area on the 3rd level were spoilt, so the entire level was dark. Water pressure for the shower is dismal, the hot water for the shower is less than tepid. Wifi and aircon is strong enough, There is a washing machine but no dryer or anywhere proper to hang your clothes in the room There were utensils, bowls, cutlery, a large fridge and a microwave in the room type I opted for. No safe is available. The saving grace is the location, which you are at the heart of Ben Thanh Market, just a skip away from all the shops, bar and eateries along Le Thanh Ton and reasonable walking distance to Vincom, Diamond Plaza and Saigon Center Do not stay there when there is a chance of rain. Otherwise, if you are on a tight budget, it is an option.

Suites located not there on the the google maps. Also when we came at 11 am to hotel, guardian didn’t give us room key, but the room was ready to check in. Very strange. Also in the room weren’t some room stuff like spoons and forks.

Room is super new and clean. The apartment is located in Ly Tu Trong street which is the city center of HCMC. Nice experience here!

New hotel in Ly Tu Trong street. Very small alley to walk in but I was surprised with the room ! Room is very new, 24/7 staff . Hotel has no FO counter but a staff is always there to support you. Strongly recommend!

Hidden gem in busy busty Ho Chi Minh City Right in heart of district 1 2 mins on foot to Ben Thanh Market Many eateries around Room is good size, AC worked well Nice bathroom with full amenities Staff polite stand but 24/7 Check in is fast n easy, wifi good no password

This hotel is truly amazing! Its location is incredibly convenient, close to many amenities and right in the heart of District 1. The room rates are surprisingly affordable considering the quality and prime location. I'm thoroughly satisfied and will definitely return when I have the chance!

Despite the unexpected change from MIHN Suites Ben Thanh to The Noble Swan Hotel Saigon due to overbooking, my stay was pleasantly surprising. The Junior Suite provided was spacious and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and pillows ensuring a restful night. The hotel's proximity to Ben Thanh Market made exploring the area effortless, and its accessibility simplified my travel plans. The complimentary laundry service was a thoughtful touch, adding convenience to my stay. Although unplanned, my experience at The Noble Swan Hotel Saigon was delightful, offering comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.

Booked for premium deluxe double bed with window and this is what we get. For me, it’s look like internal window. Talked to front desk(using Google translate), he explained that the system is not updated. We have no choice but have to accept the only room left at lobby level. Overall, the hotel is new, front desk is polite, bed is comfortable and the toilet is clean. However, water drainage is slow and sound proof for my room is not good. Suitable for those who need more space. Not advisable for light sleeper like us.

Super friendly staff. Free laundry service. A bit away from the street but it also makes it a bit hard to find. Superb location near anything you'd wanna do. Cleaning was.. Ok, I kept finding random hairs on the floor that were clearly not mine.

No reception. One man operation. Poor guy covers porter, receptionist n security... This way to your hotel. But surprisingly the small little room is cooling n clean )maybe it is new). The lift can not accommodate 2 luggages n 1 passenger. If you want a quick stop over. This is a good resting place.

Good service. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good location.
