Era davvero una bella camera, mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che ci sia una terrazza tutta sua. Ma una delle lampadine non poteva accendersi e l'illuminazione in generale era così buia, quindi era piuttosto triste di notte - la stanza stessa e il bagno. E le lenzuola erano sporche, ho dovuto chiedere il cambio.

camera super bella, begli interni, bella piscina, pessima area del parco, ma nel complesso va bene, tornerò per questo hotel?

Awesome place to stay at, clean facilities and friendly staff. Definitely a good pick for Canggu

The staff are not very friendly and welcoming. The area for breakfast is average as a lot of mosquitoes flying around and the breakfast is average too.

The hotel was far from city. And traffic in Canggu is very busy everyday. But the room and the hotel was very nice. Clean, spacey. Air conditioner was very cold. The hot water could run well. I’d like to recommend this hotel to my friends if they ask for hotel around Canggu.

Great hotel with a beautiful view and nice pool. A good place to have quality time. Very recomended!

Hotel bagus cuma mungkin agak sepi aja jadi keliatan sunyi waktu malam. Lokasinya strategis dekat dengan pantai dan cafe cafe

Staff are lovely, food good, noise from The building site - all the way along the side of the pool incessant- it is no more than 2 metres away-very loud 7 days from early to late. There is no escaping it as there is only a thin ***** sun lounging area next to pool, next to building and all rooms face onto building site. All you can smell is cigarettes from builders. We stayed last year and emailed several times and were assured building would be finished then laterally, it is low level, but it’s not-one building is several stories higher than hotel and the ones just being built now run paralel to the perimeter fence

Whilst the hotel is good and the staff are very pleasant, this hotel is in the middle of a building site and the constant drilling and noise will drive you mad. We were promised that the work would be finished but they just want to get you to come and stay. I would say another couple of years at least until completed.

I was staying locally to the Sense Canggu Beach Hotel and I booked in for a full body massage which was AMAZING! The facilities were immaculate, clean and comfortable. My therapist was pleasant and listened to my requests. Totally recommend using the SPA at this hotel. I will be staying locally in September, and I will be sure to book in again.

I checked into this hotel on Friday and have booked via Agoda as it was centrally located and close to the yoga centre where I like to attend. The website describes “ An exquisite luxury 4-star Resort which guarantees a relaxing stay in the enchanting village of Canggu on the island of Bali, Indonesia. The hotel is nestled amongst the rich green rice paddies of the Balinese countryside and can be found just a short stroll from the prestigious Echo and Batu Bolong beaches” Unfortunately this was not the case as is very misleading with fake advertising. The hotel is located between two huge construction developments from left side to right side. There is NO PRIVACY or quietness or relaxing space in your room. There is heavy loud construction noise that happens from 8am till late evening. As soon as I stepped into my room it was dark,old and mouldy. The shower was broken and water spluttered everywhere. I called reception and asked about the loud construction noise which was bothering me and asked for a refund as I wanted to stay and rest in quiet and peaceful room. I spoke with the manager Pak Wayan and he rudely refused to refund my request and offered me to stay in another room which still had construction noise and construction workers looking in. I said I was looking for a quiet place to sleep and rest and he said the policy is they don’t do refunds and that I had to speak with Agoda. I contacted Agoda and they said that the hotel won’t refund as a part of their policy. I l checked out and said Its unfair for guests that want to holiday in a quiet place and I found it misleading as it doesn’t reflect what is advertised on the hotel website. The manager Wayan said that the other guests are not complaining about the noise. I tried to contact him on WhatsApp over the next day to request a refund however there was NO response and no effort in responding. I’ve been living in Bali for 12 years and worked in many hotels and resorts and this is the most disappointing hotel I’ve ever experienced with very unprofessional manager and staff. I recommend better off booking at Uma como and 5 star resorts with professional and proper management. Sense Beach hotel is definitely NOT 4 star it’s more like a 1 star!! Be aware. Very noisy with constructions noise happening all day.

Very nice hotel and staff to relax and enjoy Canggu, they have spa on site and very beautiful pool where to enjoy a breakfast while taking a bath. If your room is on the first floor you can acces the pool direclty from your room. Unforgettable experience.
