很難想象一晚人民幣三萬起價的酒店， 被這個酒店嚇死晚上我帶着三歲孩子一夜沒睡被驚嚇，打了前台酒店電話四個小時無人員接聽，太可恨了，需要幫助的時候一個人都沒有電話打不通，全球頂奢酒店聯繫酒店前台電話無人接聽，本來想報警但是在峇里島想着多一事不如少一事。中國人在外面真的被坑，酒店房間老舊和中國三星級酒店一樣，我發出來讓更多人中國客户看到。避免危險和踩坑

La villa con piscina era fantastica, due ampie camere da letto e bagni con una piscina di buone dimensioni e un divano letto per rilassarsi. Il personale era molto gentile e sempre felice di aiutare. Il cibo era buono e una nota speciale a Frida al ristorante per l'ottimo servizio e sempre con un sorriso. Anche la spa è molto buona e un ringraziamento speciale al personale della spa. Altamente raccomandato. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole.

I had an amazing stay at the Nusa Dua Renaissance Resort! The room was spacious, very clean, and offered a stunning view of the swimming pool—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The pool itself was fantastic, beautifully maintained, and a great spot to unwind. The location of the resort is another highlight; it’s convenient yet tranquil, offering the perfect balance for a getaway. The international breakfast buffet was truly superb, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every palate. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, great amenities, and excellent service!

Prima di prenotare, stavo ancora discutendo se prenotare il Ritz-Carlton o il Kempinski Alla fine, ho deciso di prenotare qui dopo aver visto che il Kempinski era un anno nuovo. Anche se non è un arredamento appartato o in stile B&B che mi piace, anche il suo design moderno è fantastico e darà alle persone una sensazione molto nobile quando soggiornano qui. Servizio: il servizio e le disposizioni in ogni collegamento sono molto buoni, molto educati e il problema viene risolto in modo tempestivo. Ambiente: è un buon posto per portare i bambini in vacanza. L'hotel è troppo grande. Il cibo cinese/occidentale/giapponese può soddisfare i gusti di tutti. Tutte le strutture di intrattenimento sono fantastiche. Puoi davvero goderti tutto senza lasciare l'hotel. L'hotel mi ha aggiornato gratuitamente a una tipologia di camera, con una piscina indipendente, il che è fantastico ~

Experience of staying at Glamp nusa overwall was positive, amazing see view with infinite pool and quite a unique experience of staying at glamp tent with amazing view. Whereas couple of points could be improved, the road travel to the Glamp nusa was bit rough understood it is a public road but if we could make it slightly better that will enhance the experience even better. Breakfast and food selection was merely western styles, if we could including some local style food that will be great.

Ho soggiornato nella camera executive di questo hotel nell'aprile dell'anno scorso. Ho pensato che il servizio fosse molto buono. Tutti ti salutavano quando ti incontravo. Questa volta lodo ancora il servizio, il sorriso del cameriere è sempre così luminoso. Anche se al club sono ammessi i bambini di età inferiore ai 12 anni, è più facile ottenere un buono una tantum per la spiaggia. Il club e il personale della reception e dell'accoglienza meritano un elogio, il servizio è stato eccellente. Ma quello che è insoddisfacente è che ci sono troppi insetti nella villa, non solo nel cortile, ma anche in casa. Sono strisciati anche sul letto. C'erano dei gechi in casa, e anche un cucciolo di geco mi ha dato una possibilità per prenderne uno. L'acqua della piscina non è molto pulita e sul fondo ci sono cadaveri di insetti, il che è un po' disgustoso. La cosa ancora più odiosa sono le scimmie, che vengono a trovarci ogni giorno. Da quando abbiamo trovato scimmie che nuotavano nella piscina della villa, abbiamo semplicemente smesso di nuotare qui. Per fortuna, la grande piscina è ancora pulita. C'era una bevanda nel frigorifero, ma la scimmia riuscì ad aprire la porta del frigorifero, svitare il tappo della bottiglia e bere la bevanda.

The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is a beautiful resort with a lot to offer. The beach is nice and relaxing. The serving staff on the beach was quick and friendly! The food and service at the breezes restaurant was good. All of the staff was very welcoming and polite. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I love the noodle/soup station. The waffles and pancakes were sweet. The fresh juice options were delicious. I loved how they were willing to bring anything we order to tables. The Breezes lounge staff were very polite and friendly! The fish dishes were scrumptious. We also enjoyed hookah there for a couple of nights and they used fresh fruit which was nice! The hotel provided us with an adapter, for our chargers, which was very helpful. We didn’t use the buggy pickup and drop off service much as our Villa was in walking distance to everything. The main pools were at a good temperature same as the one in our Villa. I really appreciated that they allowed us to check in early as our room was available. The high and low tides of the beach were great! We were able to enjoy both! Although I had a great stay, there are a few things that were under high praise. 1. We booked the pavilion villa with a private pool. The private Villa pool we were assigned was not actually private. We shared the pool with one other villa. So that was a huge disappointment since it was advertised as a private pool. 2. I understand it is a nice resort but I felt the prices for restaurants were tad bit high. Many things were overpriced. 3. At the Beach Grill, you cannot receive ice water you have to purchase their bottled water products. Also, we were very disappointed in the surf and turf buffet offered on Thursdays. It was advertised as a full feast of surf and turf however, you were given the option of choosing one main entree. There was hardly a variety of food options and the limited Buffett sides, as it was advertised as a beach Bbq buffet. They were very accommodating to the grill the few cold shrimps we chose off the buffet. Besides these things, my stay was very relaxing and fun! I enjoyed my vacation as it wasn’t first time to visit Bali but this resort.

All the staff in the hotel were very friendly. Their sincere smiles are still fresh in my memory. Because it was a cliff hotel, the rooms were relatively far apart. However, there were dedicated vehicles and staff to pick up and drop off and help with luggage. The rooms were also very beautiful and luxurious, each being over 100 square meters. It was already past eight or nine o'clock when I checked in. When I ordered food at the restaurant, the waiter informed me that the food could be delivered to the room. There was a large dining table in the room, and I also ordered cocktails. So, I enjoyed a big meal in the room facing the sea. The hotel's breakfast was also very rich. The infinity pool faced the sea. It is worth mentioning that outside the hotel was a glassy sea where one could snorkel. There was also a water sports club nearby. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I wasn't able to experience them one by one. On the day of departure, my sunglasses were dropped on the beach chair beside the pool. The staff was very enthusiastic and helped me find them. If I have the chance to come here again, I will definitely stay for a few more days. It was truly a wonderful experience...

La tipologia base della camera di Qianba è più vecchia e i piani inferiori sono più umidi, le mele sul piatto di frutta fornito avevano segni di denti. Il cibo nel ristorante italiano è buono ma l'ambiente è un po' buio; il ristorante cinese è buono ma anche affollato, e ogni sera ci sono stranieri che fanno festa e fanno rumore dopo aver bevuto troppo; la colazione è molto varia ma il cibo è meno delizioso; , e non è soddisfacente perché ci sono molti bambini. Ma è estremamente popolare. In breve, è adatto a viaggi in famiglia a cui non importa l'a**osfera. Se siete una coppia, potrebbe essere adatto per un hotel in stile villa. Il vicino samabe è buono. Costa mille yuan in più ma ne vale la pena soldi.
