Hotel in zona Banyan Tree, Bali

Camera pulita, bagno pulito.. consigliere questo hotel al mio amico. Buona cena, La connessione Wi-Fi è stabile e buona. Grande lobby, buon piscina. 1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

La stanza è pulita, lo spazio è grande, le strutture sono complete, l'hotel è costruito sulla montagna, intorno a sé stante, adatto per le vacanze. Il conducente Wayan, organizzato dall'hotel, è molto buono, inglese è grande, comunica con il flusso di comunicazione, servizio attento, tecnologia di guida di prima classe, ci porta a visitare le attrazioni orientale e occidentale dell'isola di Bnida, è il conducente e il guidatore di viaggio, e ci aiuta a prendere le foto. Quando ci fermiamo in attrazioni, ci aspetta con pazienza, Ci porti anche in un ambiente bello, e fornisce un ristorante sul mare che è distinto e delizioso, godendo la musica e ascoltando il cibo. Due giorni di gioco di Linea orientale e Linea occidentale, più due ore di tre punti di immersione, abbiamo visto pesci dimonici, bellissimi pesci colorati, bellissimi pesci e pirati. Il personale della società di immersione ci ha anche aiutato a fotografare e filmare video. Siamo fortunati a incontrare pirati. Stiamo cercando direttamente il manager dell'hotel, Il viaggio di due giorni organizzato è molto soddisfatto del viaggio di due giorni. E'grande!E'molto meglio di cercare un gruppo di viaggio, il tempo di gioco è pieno, l'atteggiamento del servizio del conducente Wayan è buono.Si raccomanda fortemente di trovare il manager dell'hotel per organizzare il viaggio. Il viaggio verso est, la linea occidentale, insieme al disastro, è necessario per due giorni. Servizio: buono Ambiente: buono Salute: pulito Infrastrutture: completa

This place was absolutely amazing!! I’m so glad I chose to stay here. It was super clean and had the most friendly and bubbliest crew there!! It was off the main touristy location and was in a quiet area that had an ATM and little supermarket next door. Security was on point and would check the cars when we dropped back for anything we may have left behind, or they would take a pic of the cars number plate when we were picked up by transport.

Il prezzo è davvero economico, adatto per una vacanza con la famiglia o per chi viaggia da solo, 150 rupie al giorno con cibo, è già molto economico, l'hotel è buono, pulito, l'aria condizionata è fredda, la posizione è strategica, non è difficile trovare cibo, solo acqua calda, il bollitore elettrico non è disponibile, si prega di riparare quelle strutture a parte quella, il servizio completo è sicuro. My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

I am visiting family in the area so needed to stay in a hotel nearby.on first impression the photos looked perfect. However,on arrival I was shown to a room on the ground floor which wasn’t clean, was dated and broken plastic around the shower area which I felt was unhygienic and a safety concern. The patio doors wouldn’t lock which as a solo traveller didn’t make me feel safe. I asked at reception to be moved. After a few minutes of discussion I was told I could move to a “new” room on the third floor overlooking the pool. First impression it was definitely an improvement but definitely not a “new” room. Paint peeling, laminate wood peeling, broken kettle, no fridge. A new kettle and an old fridge was then replaced. The bath and the basin were not clean with a ring of scum. The room was superficially cleaned daily by very friendly and willing cleaners. Bed linen and towels changed regularly. 2 bottles of water daily was a plus. Nowhere to put hand soap by the basin which meant crossing the room to get soap? The design of the room not thought through. Mirrors so high you could barely see unless on tip toe and I’m average height. Velvet chairs a hotel theme and not very practical for a tropical country. The safe deposit box didn’t work and despite asking it remained the same. The incessant piano music in the morning same reel which was eventually changed after I complained… the afternoon it changed to pop music but again the same reel… and no I did not want to be woken at 630 -7 every morning with piano music does anyone? Cockroaches in the room …. When I complained I was given a spray. Overall the hotel served its purpose of being close to my family. The staff were very friendly and kind which I really appreciated.

Il miglior hotel con il miglior servizio, il personale è molto utile e amichevole. È possibile entrare senza aspettare molto, le camere sono molto pulite e vicine a tutti. Anche se è un ascensore temporaneo, piscina e cucina Non è ancora disponibile, il servizio è molto soddisfacente.

Il Dripz Coffee sotto l'effettivo Eden Hotel offre un grande caffè più cibo, snack ecc. Amichevole e utile personale!!Abbiamo avuto molti colazioni all'Eden Hotel - molto bello e grande valore!! Abbiamo avuto colazione americana, e c'è anche un'opzione per un buffet. Grazie a molti utenti, tra cui Juni, Ari Arum e Satria dal Dripz Coffee.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏
