State con la mia famiglia in questo hotel. La stanza era comoda con il palazzo di stile Balinese. Il menu del colazione ha bisogno di più opzioni. La piscina dei bambini era grande e pulita, mia figlia molto felice di passare il tempo li. Servizi: relativamente vecchio, sembra una configurazione domestica a 4 stelle! La camera con letto king size con vista sul mare che avevamo prenotato era meglio di niente! Dalle foto si vede che è molto vicino alla spiaggia, infatti bisogna attraversare una strada, ma è abbastanza vicino! Scendi le scale dal secondo piano dell'hotel, esci dal centro commerciale, attraversa la strada, scendi e arrivi alla spiaggia! La lamentela più degna di nota è che al piano di sotto dovrebbe esserci un posto sulla via del ritorno in hotel dove puoi lavarti via la sabbia dai piedi! Altrimenti basta salire al secondo piano e farsi una doccia nel bagno a bordo piscina! Pulizia: così così, capelli visibili sul pavimento Ambiente: Il vantaggio è che è vicino a un grande centro commerciale, il che è più comodo per mangiare e fare shopping; è anche più comodo visitare le vicinanze. Servizio: Il servizio è molto buono. Dopo il check-out, ho anche aiutato a prenotare un taxi con Blue Bird. Quando prendi un taxi, assicurati di cercare taxi regolari e affidabili! La spiaggia di Kuta di fronte è molto bella, la costa è molto lunga, dopo aver camminato per circa 50 metri l'acqua arriva fino alla vita... Il tramonto è stupendo!

The hotel staff and management were exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 17 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with an en-suite with a bath as well as a shower over and the rooms are dated but being renovated. The pool on the rooftop is large enough to swim properly but the stairwell accessing it is old and poorly maintained and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The quality and quantity of food was variable. I saw guests complaining, on more than one occasion that there was no breakfast foods left. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognaise which had no bolognese on it at all! Saying that, I had a delicious pizza loaded with toppings. I think I’d they can get the food service consistent, they will have nailed it. The net curtains in the room were black at the bottom and the curtains were heavily stained and the bath wasn’t cleaned ever during my stay, despite the room being cleaned. But, these are small issues which most places have. For value for money, I shopped around and my second stay was half the price of the first, simply by shopping around. It was very good value for money and a short walk from the beachfront, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.

Il Dripz Coffee sotto l'effettivo Eden Hotel offre un grande caffè più cibo, snack ecc. Amichevole e utile personale!!Abbiamo avuto molti colazioni all'Eden Hotel - molto bello e grande valore!! Abbiamo avuto colazione americana, e c'è anche un'opzione per un buffet. Grazie a molti utenti, tra cui Juni, Ari Arum e Satria dal Dripz Coffee.

This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Riepilogo: ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e consigliamo vivamente l'hotel. + : Complesso alberghiero molto bello, bellissima spiaggia, buon servizio, buon cibo - : Fornitore di viaggi che collabora con l'Hyatt (la ”gita giornaliera” di snorkeling è durata 5,5 ore e di cui 1,5 ore di snorkeling, il resto trasferimento + tempo di attesa) Suggerimento: sarebbe bello se le biciclette dell'hotel potessero essere noleggiate fino alle 22:00 circa e non solo fino alle 18:00. Quindi puoi usarlo per raggiungere facilmente ristoranti / bar circostanti.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service).
