This one-bed condo is IDEAL for couples or small families, within steps of everything South Haven offers! This condo is on the second floor of the Harbortown building. Park your car when you get here and don’t move it for the entire stay if you wish…that’s how central this place is! Located within a few hundred feet of restaurants, bars, and shops! Very short walk to South Beach/ lighthouse, and the South Side Transient Marina offering daily boat slip rentals through the Michigan DNR (Visit midnrreservations.com to make slip reservations). This comfy climate-controlled condo offers a comfy king bed, added closet bunk beds for the little-ones (bunk beds are 30"x70"), and a pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen has everything needed to provide those wishing to eat in with all necessary pots/pans/utensils. Of course for those eating out the condo is ideally located within steps of The Idler, Joes Bar, SuCasa, South Haven Brew Pub, and of course ice cream! Condo also has a washer/dryer for all laundry needs, smart TV's, and the all essential WiFi! There's a nice balcony overlooking the alley and bank next door providing excellent people watching for the times you are back at the Condo! When you want to go to the beach or for a walk to see the sunset just walk outside the controlled-access building and the harbor is directly across the parking lot. Condo does have a private parking space for busy days, but it's just as simple to use the public parking lot located directly in front of the building (parking in lot is free 24/hr). This condo will provide everything you need for a fun stay in the beautiful Michigan beach town of South Haven whether you come for a couple nights or months. Nestled on a corner lot opening up to hiking paths and only 1/2 mile to Lake Michigan is our wonderful getaway in South Haven, Michigan. This home is in a brand new development called The Harbor Club with a brand new indoor community pool as well as an outdoor pool. It's perfect for families or other mid sized groups. Enjoy the amenities of a subdivision created for vacationers both in season and off season. We even have a Tesla EV destination charger in the garage. The nightly rate covers the first 3 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Have a pet? It's $199 per pet per stay to bring them along. We have exterior cameras located at the front door and back door (there are NO cameras inside the home). The base rate covers the first 3 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The private, in ground heated swimming pool and recreation area are available to guests for an additional fee which will vary based on total number of guests, length of stay and the time of year.The home has all the amenities a vacationing family should need for a fun-filled experience to create lasting memories!The location is within a one minute walk from the spectacular North Beach with no huge hills nor endless staircases to walk up and down when going to and from the beach!Also within a ten minute walk to all of the boutique shops and restaurants in downtown South Haven. This home will provide the perfect setting for family & friends to enjoy with five spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms including an outdoor beach shower. All bed and bath linens are provided. We do ask our guests to bring their own beach/pool towels. The kitchen is ideal for large family meals with two ovens, a six-burner natural gas stove top and a large butcher block island where friends & family can gather while dinner is being prepared out on the natural gas Weber BBQ grill.There are multiple expanded cable TV's as well as the fastest wifi speed available. A high chair for infants through young children is also available as well as a pack-n-play, bassinet, stroller, and wagons.Please note that there is an additional rental fee for access to the private in ground heated swimming pool and outdoor recreational space which provides over one acre of outdoor living space including an outdoor kitchen, sitting area, pool, splash pad, waterfall, and additional yard space for outdoor games. The pool and outdoor recreation area fee will vary based on the total number of guests, the length of stay and the time of year.The house is available weekly from mid June through mid August. The high season rental schedule is from Saturday at 4:00PM Eastern through the following Saturday before 10:00AM Eastern. The upper level or third floor consists of the primary suite with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the upper level that have one queen size bed in each bedroom. The fourth bedroom located on the upper level is the bunk bedroom and has one set of twin bunk beds with a roll out twin trundle bed below the lower bunk. There is a full hall bathroom located on the upper level. In summary, the house accommodates twelve (12) guests in beds: One king bed, two queen beds, five twin beds and a pull out queen size sleeper sofa bed in the lower level family room.
