Hotel in zona Rəsulun qarajı, Baku

Camminando 🚶♂️ 🚶♀️ distanza dall'aeroporto, solo camminare direttamente all'hotel, vedrai proprio davanti a te. Svelto Bypass il parcheggio del taxi Hawking in un sentiero nelle alberi che portano all'unico edificio dell'hotel, camminare attraverso la bella Rosa Damascena, passate le mani sul fragrante Rosemary piantato accanto a lui L'interno dell'hotel è bella e pulita, il personale dà una buona impressione di quanto amichevole possa essere la gente dell'Azerbaigian, dalla ragazza che la visita, al personale della porta. Le camere avranno più acqua potabile, perché mi sono disidratata dopo il volo e l'acqua è andata via in secondi. Quando parlarono al personale, dissero di aver immediatamente cominciato ad aggiungere più bottiglie d’acqua potabile a tutte le camere dell’hotel, e mi mostrarono di avere un intero magazzino pieno di bottiglie d’acqua potabile. La colazione era molto buona, la colazione Waiters era estremamente utile. Anche il bar notturno/restaurante è stato bello, un assistente molto paziente ha attraversato il menu telefonico e poi ha attraversato il menu intero di nuovo, fino a quando non mi ha visto soddisfatto delle mie scelte. I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

Per la prima volta utilizzando questo hotel, principalmente per la posizione e la facilità di andare a lavorare il giorno successivo. È una passeggiata equa verso la piazza principale della sorgente di Baku, ma in questa occasione il mio lavoro era intorno all'angolo dell'hotel marino così perfetto. – Vorrei usare di nuovo? Certamente – in realtà ho prenotato 2 date future che coincideno con il mio lavoro, in realtà il prezzo è anche sorprendente a causa della posizione – Se fossi li per il F1 saresti sorridente come potresti cadere dal letto e essere sulla pista principale..

È un hotel più conveniente e confortevole in questa zona. mi sento come una casa. Ottima capacità linguistica del personale di accoglienza.

L'hotel è circondato da persone ricche, molto sicure, le strutture dell'hotel sono complete, e il bagno è quello di portare i denti e il tipo di colazione ricco.Il prezzo è giusto per il complesso.Non è molto conveniente mangiare intorno.

Sono ancora in questo hotel e mi aspetto di controllare il giorno dopo. Prima cosa, ho prenotato 2 notti e la prima camera che hanno assegnato è 323. Rumore da karaoke o banda fino 11.30Pm anche con il suono. Il letto, di dimensioni reali ma sul lato destro, si è ingoiato e se si dovesse ruotare a sinistra si sentirà più alto e anche la progettazione del bagno è atroce apparentemente pulito a un occhio ma guarda più vicino. Il pendolo è così alto che solo le persone più alte possono raggiungere le tole. Ho avuto il feedback e sono stato dato un'altra stanza 325. Era meglio, ma la pulizia del pendello è ancora sottostandard. Dopo la seconda notte, ho controllato se potessi mettermi il bagaglio in hotel per una notte a Sheki. Il giorno dopo, tornai a controllare ancora una notte e questa è la mia ultima notte in questo paese. Quando ho chiesto alla ricezione del mio bagaglio, egli uscì dal ricevimento, andò all’angolo del lobby e mi trascinava il bagaglio. Mi è stato terrorizzato vedere tutto questo mentre non era stato correttamente sgombrato in una sala mercantile, ma spinto in un angolo del lobby dell'hotel all'aperto, dove c'è un sacco di traffico. Quando mi ha chiesto il personale perché questo era così, non ha risposto e mi ha guardato ******ic. Quando sono arrivato da Tbilisi ho incontrato tentato di rubare dall'aeroporto di Tbilisi e ora questo. Questo è troppo stress per una vacanza. La ragione per scegliere questo hotel è perché sono vicini alla vecchia città e hanno un ascensore. Trova altrove non hanno alcuna considerazione per la proprietà della gente.

Mi piaceva davvero questo hotel. Persone dustose e amichevole, buone camere confortevoli. Beh abbastanza cibo-Abbiamo comprato un alloggio con colazioni. Colpi, formaggio, uova, salsicce, uova, verdure. Dai frutta: mele, pere e mandarini. Serve diversi tipi di succhi, tè, caffè.C'è un centro spa all'hotel, mi piace il Ham e la sauna finlandese con una piscina è gratuita per gli ospiti. L'hotel non è nel cuore della città, ma c'è la stazione metropolitana di Nizzami vicino alla porta, o si può andare in taxi, è economico in città. Usiamo l'Uber. Nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato Grandmart, una rete di negozi Bravo. E se si va un po' in strada, si può andare al Zaura Cafe, l'unico posto che penso si può mangiare caldo e zuppa a un prezzo economico.Un momento importante quando si paga per il vostro soggiorno - se paga sul posto, prendi solo dollari e manate. Raccomando molto questo hotel, qui è creato tutto per un confortevole riposo!

Il dipartimento frontale era riluttante a fornire bottiglia d'acqua supplementari, avevo prenotato la suite di famiglia e ancora erano riluttanti a fornire più di due bottiglie d'acqua che erano molto irritanti. La zona del colazione era troppo piena e penso che per affrontare questo punto il tempo del colazione dovrebbe essere dalle 7:00 alle 10:30, chiudere alle 10:00 fa troppo piena tra le 9:30 e le 10:00 e il momento è 10: La gente del ristorante si trova a vento e a parlare di tutto all'interno.
