Lovely hotel located in the Old City of Baku. The check-in was really quick. The hotel room was spacious & clean. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Anything required was provided immediately. The restaurant (Natavan restaurant) on the 4th floor had a lovely view of the entire city. The food was good. However, I hope they could improve a bit on the breakfast. The breakfast served was mostly the traditional dishes. Overall it was was good, However, they need to keep some more hot breakfast items. The best part of staying at this hotel was the location. Everything was a 5 - 10 min walk to most of the tourist attractions - Shirvanshah Palace, Miniature book museum, the double gates, Nizami street, Phalharmony gardens etc...

Quite disappointed. Firstly, do not book the breakfast. There is no choice at all, it’s porridge or omelette every day - you can’t even get your eggs done another way. The woman who serves it just stands blankly in front of you without saying a word, doesn’t explain the options, when pressed just replies “omelette” over and over. This is served with a croissant, a few olives, and a bit of bread on the side etc. The croissants are soggy and inedibly chewy at the bottom, clearly from frozen, literally couldn’t eat them. Bread is rock solid. We initially thought the price was decent when first booking breakfast (and hadn’t had it yet) but the street is full of cute places offering actual nice breakfasts for half the price, so it’s very high for the area. There’s also no air con in the restaurant and the sun hits it directly so it’s very warm. Besides the sad breakfast, the experience was mixed/poor. Besides the strange interpretation of customer service in the restaurant, staff are generally pleasant and ready to help with luggage. The bathroom is well stocked with toiletries and has a spacious shower, and the hotel’s location in the old town is ideal. 15 minutes from fountain square, maybe 10 to the promenade. Now for the flipside: only one flat pillow each, looking very lost on the large double bed. Duvet is the wrong size for the bed, it doesn’t even each the sides of the mattress, let alone hang over, so you’ll be duvet fighting all night. Room has a lot of floor space but they clearly didn’t know what to do with it, it all just feels a bit lost and uninspiring, certainly doesn’t feel like a boutique hotel at all. For some inexplicable reason they are reluctant to replenish the toilet paper until you literally go down to reception to ask for some each time; the cleaner is happy to replace shampoo but seemingly not toilet paper, and they only provide one roll at a time, so you’re always caught short at some point - just bizarre. Window for the room without a balcony is not to the outside but to the corridor which lacks privacy, not sure if we missed this in the room description but what couldn’t be expected is that the corridor remains fully illuminated all night and the curtains don’t block the light. You obviously also can’t really air the room because of the window situation.

Sono ancora in questo hotel e mi aspetto di controllare il giorno dopo. Prima cosa, ho prenotato 2 notti e la prima camera che hanno assegnato è 323. Rumore da karaoke o banda fino 11.30Pm anche con il suono. Il letto, di dimensioni reali ma sul lato destro, si è ingoiato e se si dovesse ruotare a sinistra si sentirà più alto e anche la progettazione del bagno è atroce apparentemente pulito a un occhio ma guarda più vicino. Il pendolo è così alto che solo le persone più alte possono raggiungere le tole. Ho avuto il feedback e sono stato dato un'altra stanza 325. Era meglio, ma la pulizia del pendello è ancora sottostandard. Dopo la seconda notte, ho controllato se potessi mettermi il bagaglio in hotel per una notte a Sheki. Il giorno dopo, tornai a controllare ancora una notte e questa è la mia ultima notte in questo paese. Quando ho chiesto alla ricezione del mio bagaglio, egli uscì dal ricevimento, andò all’angolo del lobby e mi trascinava il bagaglio. Mi è stato terrorizzato vedere tutto questo mentre non era stato correttamente sgombrato in una sala mercantile, ma spinto in un angolo del lobby dell'hotel all'aperto, dove c'è un sacco di traffico. Quando mi ha chiesto il personale perché questo era così, non ha risposto e mi ha guardato ******ic. Quando sono arrivato da Tbilisi ho incontrato tentato di rubare dall'aeroporto di Tbilisi e ora questo. Questo è troppo stress per una vacanza. La ragione per scegliere questo hotel è perché sono vicini alla vecchia città e hanno un ascensore. Trova altrove non hanno alcuna considerazione per la proprietà della gente.

I had a business trip to this beautiful property in Baku. As far as I understood, it is newly rebranded hotel. I was staying in standard room. The room was spacious, but work desk was what I was looking for in order to work on my laptop. I contacted hotel staff and Mr. Ali Aliyev, who was on duty that day, promptly contacted me and offered me to change my room. But my room was enough comfortable for me, so we sorted out my issue by putting a chair and desk into my room. I was happy with the service and hospitality I faced, thanks to Mr. Ali and other hotel staff. Keep it up! Surely will come back again!

Probably one of our best stays. Got a sea view room with balcony! Huge palatial room with equally huge bathroom with huge bathtub. 4 bottles of water and fresh fruit platter replenished everyday. Overstocked mini bar if you wish to remain in your room. Highlight was the breakfast. Huge spread suitable for every palate. We being eggitarian were getting a different form of egg every day. Knowing that we were Indians, they served us Paratha and yoghurt! We had our fill of local food - Gutab, Pine (Azerbaijani Pizza), Hummus, Bellpeppers, Eggplant, Badambura, Sakarbra (local sweets) Location of Four Seasons is probably the best. Behind is Old City, 10 mins walk gets you to Nizami Street - shopping district with european cafes and restaurants, Sea Side Boulevard just across the road, Dinez Mall, Carpet Museum, Little Venice all in walking distance. Funicular Railway that takes you to Highland Park, Flame towers is also just 5 minutes walk!

È un posto molto migliore di quello in realtà, ma ha ancora molti aspetti positivi. Ho la camera 314, un enorme spazio di vecchio stile con un tappeto beige piuttosto svanito e un fottuto papier pettinato d'oro - ma lo spazio è buono e il letto era davvero comodo. Il mio bagno era in buona forma, matite pulite, pioggia grande, acqua calda e asciugamani morbidi. Il telefono non funzionava e la camera era debole. Il pranzo era piuttosto ”non europeo”, con olive, pomodori e formaggio, ma il latte (iogurt, crema e caymak per morire!). L'hotel è anche un servizio per grandi gruppi turistici: quando hanno invaso la sala colazione, è stato difficile trovare un posto e il personale ha lottato per tenere il buffet aggiornato. Ho trovato tutti i membri del personale, alla reception, al servizio in camera e al ristorante, per essere super amici.

Очень грустно уезжать, такого гостеприимства мы не встречали ещё нигде! На ресепшен работает очень милый парень по имени Ибрагим, он встретит вас так же добродушно. Владелец отеля уделил нам тоже особое внимание, угощал вином и рассказывал много интересного, каждый вечер мы проводили время в общей компании и это было очень очень здорово! В общем, друзья, если вы в поиске отеля - однозначно выбирайте это место! Рекомендуем выбирать номера на втором этаже, в отеле имеется красивый балкон , в номерах чисто и проходит регулярная уборка. Ребята , вы просто лучшие 🔥

L'hotel è in una posizione perfetta a pochi minuti a piedi dai ristoranti, dai bar e dalla Old City. La stanza è abbastanza grande per due persone. Il colazione è ok, ma non aspettare che sia lavissante. Il servizio è sempre tardi, quindi meglio se si può portare le cose da soli. Non c'è parcheggio in hotel, ma c'è un parcheggio pagato che è solo 2 minuti a piedi. In tutto, questo è un buon posto hotel sagge. È un hotel a prezzi preziosi, quindi non si aspetta che si soggiorni in un hotel 4 o 5 stelle.

E' solo che ha una buona posizione, non ha altre caratteristiche, e' un peccato per i soldi che mi ha dato.

Небольшой,уютный отель в старом городе. Расположен в глубине улицы, во дворе, поэтому в номерах тихо. Не слышно ни машин, ни людей. Метро в 3 минутах ходьбы. Номер был делюкс, чистый и просторный. Всё есть для комфортного проживания. Лифт . Завтрак включен, каждому подают на подносе . Выбора нет. Оплачивать советую только по приезду. Нам оплатили местные через Букинг со своей карты и на ресепшн ни как не могли найти оплату. Работникам ресепшн за работу оценка два. Ноль информации и внимания. L'unica cosa buona su questo hotel è la posizione vicino alla piazza Fontana e il parcheggio incluso.Inoltre, l'hotel è vecchio, stanco, malato, sporco e poco merita una stella. Le quattro stelle sono state colpite dalla corruzione che si trova in tutto il paese. La prima stanza sul retro dell’hotel al terzo piano era così cattiva che abbiamo avuto un’altra stanza al quarto piano. Probabilmente questa era la suite dell’hotel. Questa stanza ha la vista sulla piazza Fontana, ma il piano si muove come se le lampade fossero rotte. La stanza di bagno è profumata e non è neanche pulita o nuova. La sedia nella stanza aveva una gamba libera e le lampade laterali quasi cadde. La scorsa notte abbiamo dovuto andare in un altro posto, ancora sul terzo piano (305), ma sul fronte dell’hotel. Questa stanza aveva un letto terribile con materassi e un bagno mal mantenuto. Il colazione in questo hotel non è di alcun tipo. molto poca scelta, uova bollite blu, prodotti del giorno o dei giorni precedenti (non fresche). L'ascensore non ha funzionato poche volte, quindi andando su e giù dalle scale. Il personale dell'hotel non parla inglese. Se non ti interessa il posto per dormire, ma vuoi una posizione perfetta a Baku scegliere questo hotel, ma se ti interessa solo un po' l'alloggio: trova un altro hotel !!
