Hotel in zona Bayraq Meydanı, Baku

Personale utile, Hotel meraviglioso Durante il mio soggiorno tutto era perfetto.Le camere sono belle e confortevoli, una piccola ma dolce terrazza e un pasto delizioso. C'è una piccola terrazza all'esterno per bere qualcosa di meglio in mattinata.La colazione è più cibo e snack turco.Personale speciale così amichevole e utile.Hotel vicino all'aeroporto internazionale di H.Aliyev.

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Ilkin, che è stato molto bene, è molto bene, quasi tutto è vicino, il ricevimento ci ha aiutato molto durante il nostro soggiorno e è stato molto amichevole. Il colazione non era buono, ma il tipo al colazione era molto gentile e utile, il suo nome è anche Ilkin. Murad, della squadra campanella molto sostenibile e in buone maniere, il supervisore della casa Sadakat con la sua squadra ci ha aiutato tante volte con le nostre indagini. Il loro manager, un uomo molto umile e buono, che si può chiedere di aiutarvi senza esitazione, che si può aiutarvi a risolvere. Ci sono alcune opere di costruzione davanti all'hotel, che a volte disturbano e non vi permetterà di godere con vista sul mare. La stanza è stata prenota per 2 giorni dal 30 aprile al 2 maggio, ma durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo deciso di prorogare fino al 6 maggio perché la posizione è davvero buona.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

hotel carino perchè nuovo ma i servizi sono pessimi , si sono dimenticqti il mio ordine in camera due volte , poco cordial al telefono (room service) quando chiedi qualcosa , posizione ottima ma le camere fronte stradra sono rumorose e ti mettono un kit di tappi per le orecchie in csamera

È un hotel più conveniente e confortevole in questa zona. mi sento come una casa. Ottima capacità linguistica del personale di accoglienza.

A quel tempo, l'hotel e Trip.com non erano in anticipo, e era molto inconveniente quando arrivavano all'hotel.Il rumore sottostante era anche molto grande.Ma il letto e la testa dell'hotel erano molto comodi e il servizio era buono.Il ristorante all'hotel era anche buono.

La struttura è molto pulita e bella, e ha un'ottima colazione e una bella sala da pranzo e una vista bella da davanti a vista al bellissimo parco.

Il dipartimento frontale era riluttante a fornire bottiglia d'acqua supplementari, avevo prenotato la suite di famiglia e ancora erano riluttanti a fornire più di due bottiglie d'acqua che erano molto irritanti. La zona del colazione era troppo piena e penso che per affrontare questo punto il tempo del colazione dovrebbe essere dalle 7:00 alle 10:30, chiudere alle 10:00 fa troppo piena tra le 9:30 e le 10:00 e il momento è 10: La gente del ristorante si trova a vento e a parlare di tutto all'interno.
