È molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana ed è uno dei migliori hotel locali Ma non aspettarti troppo, tranne che per i migliori hotel a cinque stelle, Baku è molto piccola e puoi camminare molto.

Ti senti un ospite, non un ospite. Tutti i dipendenti sono molto cordiali.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable stay. Had an amazing time.

Stayed here for little over 2 weeks. Didn't enjoy the breakfast in the hotel, just not to my personal taste. The gym is much tiny than the photos shown, very limited equipments and not well maintained, ie. The cycling machine is faulty. Used the room service couple of times, the food was not reasonably priced for the quality. Daily housekeeping not consistent, I can tell the cleaner just empty the bin and changed the towels. However, I didn't see shower and basin area getting cleaned up during my over 2 weeks stay, as it gets dusty. Towels provided had marks on it sometimes. Overall, I think my experience here is subpar, personally, will not stay here next time.

Good value

This is a clean, convenient, stylish and lovely hotel. The room was the perfect size. The location was great, close to the Flame Towers. And the best part was the warmfull staff.

Its a new hotel but the location can be a bit better as its around 10 minutes from Nizami main street

The front desk were reluctant to provide additional water bottles. I had the family suite booked and still they were reluctant to provide more than 2 bottles of water which was pretty annoying. The breakfast area was too crowded and I guess to address this the breakfast timing should be 7:00 to 10:30, closing up at 10:00 is making it too crowded between 9:30 and 10:00 and the moment it is 10:00 you will find the restaurant people winding and talking all things inside. Too much chaotic and rude.

The customer service was very bad, there very lazy and last day very request for early breakfast and they said ok, and morning we are waiting but didn't come after that left with out breakfast because we have early flight Really Disappointed
