Hotel in zona Uncle Sam's Agri-Tourism Park, Baguio

Uploaded herewith is a photo of an advisory by Baguio Burnham Suites management regarding the LIMITATION in their supply of hot water. This photo was taken inside my hotel room, after I checked-in the hotel. The hotel management should have been honest enough to publish the same advisory in their website. I checked their website BEFORE booking a 9-night stay in their hotel. Had I read their advisory in their website at that time, I would NOT have booked a stay in their hotel at all! When I actually checked-in Baguio Burnham Suites hotel, I discovered that the problem with their supply of hot water was MUCH WORSE that what their advisory admits. The hot water failed literally everyday that I was there. Engineering came twice to try to fix the hot water problem, but the ”fix” did not last! I had to take FREEZING showers in the bathroom twice. This was because Baguio City has COLD weather and there was NO hot water. I asked myself, how about the men's restroom in the ground floor of the hotel? Does it provide hot water? I tested said restroom for 5-10 minutes. NO hot water. I had to check-out of the hotel, after a stay of only 3 nights. I did NOT use the remaining 6 nights of my booking. In a cold climate, NO reliable hot water! Unbearable!

Hotel Veniz in Burnham was a good enough place when I first stayed there but the succeeding trips were quite a disappointment. When booking, always take with caution the rooms recommended in the default setting of their website. I learned a bad lesson when I trusted the system completely. Only after I have fully paid for the reservation did I learn that the room had no window and inaccessible by elevator. If you are travelling with old people, this is particularly discomforting. But the uninitiated would click the reserved button right away since the systems give only four hours to pay or booking would be cancelled. Once payment is made, only then does information on the accommodation become available. You might be shocked to know that if you book separate rooms, they might be at different floors. Rooms offered at uniform rates are not necessarily identical in size, location, and view. Last time, we were assured a family room but the place turned out to be too cramped, and while there was window overlooking Burnham Park, it was too high for a person of average height to look out into the sceneries outside, which basically defeats the purpose of having a room with a view. For some reason, I always end up getting these cramp, disappointing accommodations even when the price I paid was supposedly for the high-end type. Another problem is parking. The basement is too dark and poorly-designed a novice driver would have a difficult time positioning his car especially those mid-sized SUVs. The basement ground is uneven, and with so many concrete pillars blocking the way, parking is a challenge. They have security at the basement but none of them is apparently able to drive. You have to do it on your own. Sometimes if you get to park at the inner slots, you will surely get blocked by other vehicles and it takes a while to page the owner to move his car aside in case you are leaving. This place is not worth the trouble of staying there, I would suggest that one finds a better alternative, and avoid this hotel as much as possible.

Il luogo è al centro della strada della sessione, quindi è più facile per noi andare a diversi ristoranti e attrazioni baguio. Il mercato pubblico è anche a piedi. La stanza è quasi completa e pulita. Nessun reclamo. Vale la pena che ur paghera'.

Nag enjoy kami sa stay namin sa G1 dahil ang ganda ng location new at ang linis. Tuwing nag sstaycation kami tintingnan ko agad if malinis ang cr at malinis sa g1. At walking distance long yung burnham park at sm baguio at kung ano ano pa. Saka mababait yung mga staff. Lagi silang bumabati. Sa uulitin ulit ♥️

Questa è la nostra prima volta con Microtel da Wyndham Baguio. Ci siamo trasferiti per 3 giorni e 2 notti con la mia famiglia, abbiamo avuto una fantastica esperienza. La zona e la stanza sono pulite, il lobby puzza meraviglioso. Il colazione complementare era anche buono, il gusto, i servizi e la selezione erano accettabili. Il Wi-Fi è buono, ma a volte si sta tagliando in e fuori (ci siamo rimasti nel terreno inferiore). Ma una cosa che ha reso questo hotel magnifico è la gente. Il personale del desk front are professional, reliable, and courtyard. I custodi della casa vi salutano con un sorriso, anche le guardie di sicurezza sono ospiti. La posizione è stata anche un grande plus. Sicuramente saremo indietro. Mantenetelo in alto 😀

The hotel is situated in the center of baguio.excellent service and very clean..this is the hotel we want if we travel because it's so clean and the amenities is perfect .it's like a 5 star hotel. The food is buffet and so delicious.The personnel are so polite and very accommodating .Food is very important so this is the hotel that answeres our needs,because if you're going out it will take time to choose a resto outside. Nice idea that the hotel has a buffet food..you can choose want you want...food plang sulit kna..When we will comeback here in Baguio we will choose SoTOGRANDE HOTEL again..Dito na kayo mag stay. it's like a 5 star hotel..💯👍👍👍

We stayed for a week (7d 6n) It was a charming hotel that overlooks the mountainous Baguio City. Staff were accommodating, professional and friendly. My only downside is that there’s no shuttle to pick us up or drop us off to our preferred destination especially one night that we finished shopping at SM Baguio not so late at around 8 or 9pm and there were no taxicabs around. We were neglected by the SM’s dispatcher so freezing and inconvenient as it is, I called the hotel to pick us up since we were having a hard time booking a grab taxi. It is always drivers are busy all the time. The first lady at front desk wasn’t that helpful. She just gave a “wala na kaming magagawa” answer but the second front desk lady was accommodating and went the extra mile so kudos to her. Shout out to our housekeeper lady Grace who also is friendly and courteous and gave us all the amenities we needed. Replenished our sheets reqularly. Above all it was an above average stay but not as perfect since there were minor areas like, the bathroom sewer stinks, which I think they are aware of, no shuttle, the balcony is fine coz we were at the corner facing both the vines with some noisy construction workers chatting but tolerable and pine trees on your right. You have to lean over to get a good view but be extra careful for you might fall to your death. It was a charming and promising hotel. We might consider to comeback and tell this to friends, relatives and close loved ones.

La posizione del condominio era in una posizione molto buona vicino ai luoghi turistici e alle joints/restauranti. La nostra unità di studio era pulita e piccola, ma durante il nostro soggiorno, purtroppo, c'era un bruno a causa di un posto elettrico che è stato danneggiato quando un albero cade su di essa. Questo ci ha portato a usare le scale fino alla nostra unità di quinto piano con i bagagli, l'ascensore non funzionava e non era divertente. La nostra stanza era un'unità angolare, quindi abbiamo due balconi, abbiamo una buona vista e un aria fresca.

The room is superb, clean, smell good and big. The balcony with breathtaking view. The staff is so polite and best service given to each guest. The restaurant is super good (you must try the steak). I am sure, I will return to relax in this hotel again. Let the photo attached speak for itself 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Questo è un posto molto bello per riposare non solo per le coppie, ma anche per i viaggiatori soli che volevano sfuggire alle stressose congedo di lavoro e spostarsi da cose che rendono la loro vita pesante.
